The rooms were as we expected. Very kind and helpful staff. Big parking in a garage ( cost extra but it were worth it). When we staid we could also go to a nerby very good gym with everything including a big indoor pool and it were free fore the guests at the hotel. It was easy to go by car to different places. And there was also a nerby bus that take us down town to TelAviv so we could leave the car at the hotel.

My family and I have been clients of Prima Millennium from the beginning. Our recent visit in January 2023 did not disappoint. Thanks to Deena, Guest Relations Manager, whom made our visit extra special. She went the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were not just met but exceeded. The breakfast was delicious and service people ensured that all was to our satisfaction. Though the hotel is beginning to show it's age, I was assured that management is looking into every part of the hotel for future upgrades. If you are in Raanana, please stay here. You will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is very convenient to visit my father who lives in Ra'anana rather than staying in Herzliya or Tel Aviv and being at the mercy of the traffic. The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of a great shopping centre which has many good eating options. It is also only 15 minutes drive from Herzliya Pituach where you have the beach and lots more excellent eating options. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and well appointed with pretty much everything that you might need for your stay. There are different levels of rooms from the standard room to the 3 rooms that have enormous balconies that you would pay more for but well worth it when the weather is warm and sunny to be able to be outside. There is an extensive breakfast buffet with both hot and cold options together with fruit and juices. If you are a breakfast person you will definitely find something that suits you. There is an excellent roof bar and restaurant where there is a great selection of food which is all very tasty and is enjoyed by hotel guests and non residents who come in the evening for a drink and or something to eat. It has built a good local reputation. Is it the most luxurious hotel in the world, no it is not but then it does not pretent to be and charges accordingly. I think that its prices are good value for money for what the hotel delivers. The staff are friendly and helpful and always do their best to make sure that guests have a good stay with them. If you have work to do in the area or business to conduct then I would highly recommend that you consider staying at this hotel.

This place is fine. Not the best but not the worst. The breakfast was my favorite part. Not the most fun area but not the hotel's fault.

Revised: Initially I gave a bad review because I had issues with the hot water (none) for several days in my room. While I understand there can always be issues I was more upset about the way I was treated. Post visit I received an email expressing concern about my problem and more importantly expressing a willingness to figure out a way to take care of me. (too late but nice to feel that they listened). I can't give a better rating than 3 because they didn't take care of me while I stayed there... several days of cold showers is horrible and I felt completely ignored. I have moved my rating up from a 1 because finally they did show me that care about their guests. (maybe it is just a small staff training issue? and I should have asked to speak to a manager?)

Not sure how this hotel has a relatively good score on google maps.... Staff were not nice, the bed, air-condition, linen, pillows, carpet are all very poor quality. Air-condition blows like a blizzard on the bed, so you can't really sleep well, pillows are all synthetic, carpet was old and dirty. the first day I got there, they put a single blanket in a double blanket cover... never saw anything like it before... Ah, and at 8:00am sharp the cleaner would knock loudly on your door and walk in to make sure you're awake... (There was no 'do no disturb) on the door. On the beautiful roof top, it's also pretty hard to geta smile from the staff - but that's across all staff - no one would even lift their face to greet you when you walk in the small lobby. Needless to say that next time I will choose to stay further away.

I ordered the premium room but when I got to the hotel I was given the deluxe room (i.e. a downgrade) without any refund. I was told I would need to call customer service for a refund. When I entered the room itself I saw it had only 2 single beds instead of a double bed as I ordered. The reception told me there's nothing they can do. All in all I felt like the conduct of the staff was completely amateurish. The beds were uncomfortable as well. I would not recommend staying here. Edit: The hotel contacted me and apologized for the incident and also issued a full refund. The service representative was very kind and attentive.

The hotel provided a very high standard of service throughout and gave very good value for money - especially the large, well-appointed bedroom and sumptuous buffet breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A shoutout to Deena of Guest Relations who spared no effort to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Excellent service and accommodation - particularly from the lady who cleaned my room and always made sure to offer extra towels, water and chocolates. Deena went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was good and any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I have stayed at a few Prima Hotels in Israel but the Prima Millennium in Raanana is like being at home. Will be visiting again soon. Tracey Barnett.

Deteriorated in the last couple years. We have been spending around a month every year in this hotel since 2017, and I don't think we will return again. Staff is rude and can best be described as 'sour' and rooms are dirty which is quite disappointing for the cost of staying at this hotel. In addition, showers have been freezing cold every few days since May 2021. WiFi is sometimes okay but more often unusable. Breakfast and gym are decent. Would recommend staying at any other hotel, perhaps even an AirBnB over staying here. Hotel is truly embarrassing for the cost they charge to stay here. I know that hotel management is reading this review. They can contact me privately for names of staff (that I do not want to call out on this review publicly).

It was a short but very pleasant business trip! The room where I stayed was cleaned and big comparable to the other hotels. The staff were super nice most especially Deena who assist me in every way possible! Since the hotel is just a few steps away from our branch office, i will definetely be back again. In gneeral, it was really a relaxing stay.

Awful hotel! First off when we checked in to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working . The man at the front desk said open a window! It was 80 degrees out ! If that ain’t the stupidest thing to say I don’t know what is. The air conditioner did not work and we had to switch rooms at 10 pm after a long day of traveling with 3 kids. Shower had a stain and felt dirty. Area rugs felt dirty. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. We were supposed to stay there 5 nights but cancelled after the first due to all these issues.

Rooms are large but not clean. When I arrived the floor was a bit greasy - very unpleasant. The slope in the shower was wrongly built ao you'd end the shower with 3-4cm of water in the shower. Unpleasant smells in the room too. Great rooftop bar.

TV music is very good. Bathrooms are very dirty. And getting dirtier. Room floor also. Rooms need detail cleaning. I understand its Saturday but you are managing hotel. Restaurant and bar could be open, maybe afternoon to evening. And you have to accept USD, EURO etc. for the payment. This is a hotel. A lot of foreign people is coming here. But the big guy is very helpful who is at the reception.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prima Millennium and would recommend it to anyone. The rooms have nice views and the service is exceptional. Getting to major attractions will take some time but there are several bus stops close by & the front desk sells & reloads transit cards. The breakfast is excellent & so is the service. The rooftop restaurant & bar were convenient with good food (it’s listed as Italian which doesn’t seem accurate as we had tacos one day and fish & chips another day). There were also several other restaurants close by. The hotel does offer bikes you can borrow but the roads in the immediate area seem a bit busy. The only complaint is that wifi on the middle floors was not reliable but it worked fine in the business lounge on the top floor & breakfast on the 1st floor.

resident of Raanana, we wanted to go have a drink on the roof of the prima millenium… we call around 8:00 p.m. to find out if it is necessary to book… the switchboard operator tells us that it is not necessary to book. We go there around 10:00 p.m. we go up to the 12th floor. A young girl at reception is on the phone and typing on her computer. The place doesn't seem to be full. The interior is completely empty. We wait, we wait, we wait. Finally, the receptionist ends her call. "Do you have a reservation" she asks us? we answer no. she laughs in our face…kind of impossible on a Thursday evening! she didn't even make an effort to check if there was room. she doesn't even pretend. looking at her phone she replies that there is no room. she was not involved at all. We bothered her. so my question? until when as a customer, do we have to suffer a total absence of service, politeness? why all its employees do not go to do an internship abroad, in any country it will be better than here! why don't these employees go to a hotel school. They are sickening. They make you want to boycott this country and spend our money elsewhere. Just out of fairness for the team, I have to point out that this receptionist had pink fingernails… she will recognize herself.

My wife and I spent a few days at the Prime Millenium in Raanana and we were both very impressed by the high level of care and service we received at the hotel. All the staff members were extremely pleasant to deal with and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I have to give a special shoutout to Deena, the guest relations manager who was very hands-on throughout our stay ensuring that we were well taken care of. It's rare to find a service provider who does their job at the level that she does. If you have any debate whatsoever on where to stay in the area, I highly recommend booking the Prima Millenium, you won't be disappointed

Very nice hotel. The staff is generally helpful and the rooms/amenities are what would be expected . It is a business hotel, so the breakfast buffet and the roof top bar are nice when short on time for food or drinks. Also, there are not a lot of great options for restaurants in that s part of ra’annana. I really liked that the privately owned gym was accessible to hotel guests- it is well worth it. I will be a frequent visitor when back on the area.

The fridge in our room was broken, after leaving a lot of food in it overnight and having to throw all of it our, we complained a few times. The manager refused to respond to the issue and after complaining many times during our stay, there was no compensation. We were promised that once we leave the hotel, the manager will reach out to us to help with it. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything In addition, we paid for a larger room for extra space, and there was a massive beam/ pole on the side of the room, taking up a few feet of space

Loved the gym access to Holmes gym in the connecting building, and opens at 5:45, which is the earliest I've found in Israel! Room was nice, except floors were kind of dirty (thankful there are slippers), and the bathroom light bulb doesn't go OFF! I had to get the maintenance guy to cover it up so I could sleep. Decent morning breakfast, and nice after-work snacks too. Main downside is the hotel is in the middle of the nowhere, nothing like Tel Aviv with restaurants & shopping to do, so you basically just stay at the hotel - which was fine for my business trip, but food options were tough nearby.

Nobody likes traveling so much for business, but spending time at a great property with excellent staff really helps. The property was modern, clean, and well ran. Breakfast was great, and the hotel is located in a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to make my team and I feel welcomed and comfortable in our stay, at all hours. Evenings were spent on the rooftop, with excellent service and friendly smiles all around.

My company booked me here for a week. I utilized the entire establishment to the fullest, I think! There is a gym on one floor and the hotel gives visitors free passes while they're staying. This was a very valuable resource alone. It is a full-fledged hotel gym including a spa and a pool. I did my regular gym routine the entire week with some equipment I don't even have at my regular gym. There is a breakfast every day which I should have utilized more! It has an amazing spread of food from eggs to veggies and pastries galore. Later in the evening, there is a wonderful happy hour as well as some free food. And if you're still hungry, call room service - the food was amazing. I felt right at home at this hotel, and I think you would too!

Nice business hotel, clean room, the facility is relatively new, the breakfast is very simple and yet good products, the staff are very nice, relatively quiet, there is a parking lot with a discount arrangement over 24 hours,

My groomsmen and I stayed at Prima Millennium the night before my wedding, while my wife and her bridesmaids also stayed there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience (with just a few minor drawbacks). While the staff at Prima Millennium, especially the receptionist Israel, were exceptional and made us feel very welcome, the location of the hotel was not ideal in my opinion. However, it's worth noting that this is just my personal opinion and others may feel differently. As for the rooms, they were comfortable and had everything we needed, but they weren't super high class. Nevertheless, we had a great night's sleep and the thoughtful treats left for us made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurants was a highlight of our stay, with delicious food and attentive service. And the rooftop had a great atmosphere and stunning views of the city, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some downtime. Overall, we would def recommend Prima Millennium as a great place to stay, especially for the fantastic hospitality, food and amazing staff. Thank you to Israel and the rest of the team for making our wedding weekend so special!

I stayed at the Prima Millenium as part of a tour group. My room's AC didn't work so they moved me to another, even nicer room. Super helpful staff. Bed was great. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was amazing. Just a great hotel. The only issue is that if you are sightseeing, this hotel is kind of out of the way, not close to any major sights. But for our tour it was great.

This is a good hotel in Ranana area. Rooms are good, spacious. The rooftop restaurant is there. You can have complementary items like nuts, milk, juice etc. If there is some program going on, food may be issue. They also provide complementary access to gym, indoor pool and Cycles. You can also get local currency against US$. Best item is buffet breakfast with lot of veg items: antipasti, pasta, salads, corn flakes, milk and so on. Some egg and fish items are also available. They will helo call a cab if need be. Beware of Friday and Saturdays: restaurant is closed, local malls are closed. Food can be issue. There is Dominos in GreenMall around 1km away.
