The good reviews are 100% fake! This is probably the worst hotel ever, dirty, mouldy, unfriendly staff - they don't even say hello when you come in. Old (stolen) towels because they say "government" on them for some reason. The manager is just smoking outside, he should be cleaning rooms because it's an absolute joke. Oh and as a nice addition, a painter put his head through our jail-size window in the morning to yell something we couldn't understand! Please, don't stay here, the pictures and reviews here and on booking are 100% fake, also I see some reviews talking about diner and breakfast, this hotel doesn't even serve either of them, there is no restaurant!!

The only good thing about hotel is the staff. The room was not too clean and the smell of mold was really bad. The spa is just a little pool on the roof. Close to beach is another good thing. But again, the room that we got was one of the worse we ever stayed in. Never will return to this. I think the reviews are a little fake or we had bad luck. The room that we got should not be rented until not fixed.

We loved our stay here, a small family run hotel, room suited what we needed, okay size but no hanging space. Its located perfectly, minutes from the beach and shops. The staff are delightful, friendly and really helpful. This is a superb place to stay on a budget, we did 4 nights for just over £400. It does not have a restaurant but we ate on the beach or in the local restaurants.

Decent location close to beach and restaurants. The man who checked us in was lovely and helpful. However, the room was very small and had a terrible smell coming from the drain, the shower made a mess of water all over the floor, the walls are thin so you can here others in their rooms, zero communication from the owner on changing dates. The hottub on the room is a nice touch although the water was was green on day one and then clear on day two, which leads me to believe it needed to be cleaned more frequently. Spend your money elsewhere

Very disappointing. The pictures shown on Expedia were nothing like reality. We were charged $165/night and after check in saw that the price for the room on Expedia was $107/night. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew and the room we had looked like a crypt- 2 small windows, both fully covered. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable.

Very bad experience, don't go there! Aweful! Rooms are small and were not cleaned during our stay. Just 2 clean towels on the bed, but even that not always. Most of the pics on booking, com are NOT from this hotel. Also most of the positive review are fake. Nowhere is mentioned that the breakfast is from 09:00. Because I was traveling for business I was not able to use the breakfast (early leave in the morning). The hotel refused to come up with a solution and is not willing to pay a refund for the breakfast. To get an invoice I had to beg for 4 days via mail after I checked out. Finally I received one without even the name of the hotel on it. Checkout is before 11:00, reception is manned from 11:00. So no way to ask for an invoice when you check out. Don't believe all this 'oneliner' positive reviews, probably all fake or people got paid to post a positive review.

Location is good, service is good. The room though was not clean at all, and didnt get cleaned at all during our days in telaviv. The sheets smelled like cigarettssmoke,. There was no space for hanging up your clothing, towels etc.. The bathroom smelled liked sewer.

What can I say Dreadful hotel I read the reviews before booking and was really looking for to a grate stay. When we arrived I thought this can’t be the place. Saying that I went in and asked to see the room. OMG it was so small that the bed only just fitted and you had a rail to hang your clothes on Plasti hangers bathroom also so tight that if you sat on toilet your knees where against the wall. The sun deck was dirty and the hot tub was full of green water There restaurant !!!!! Well they don’t have one you have to go out the hotel down the street around the corner to a restaurant (I might be the same owner I don’t know) but it’s not in the hotel like the photo show To sum up I can only say that it’s a dump for the money we paid. If you want a good hotel I would recommend you go across the road and stay in Prima hotel. The only thing I can say good about Beach Boutique TLV Hotel and Spa is they gave me a full refund

I thought it was a prank when we entered the room. Small room separated from bathroom by a dirty glass door. Am I supposed to ask my husband leave the room when I use the toilet? Dirty floor and mould everywhere in the shower cabin, cracked walls. And previous guest’s hairs on the bedding. Will try to contact a sanitary inspection or something. There must be some sanitary standards set for the business!!!

Excellent hotel. Concierge literally never said no. They made everything happen. The servers by the restaurant were so professional and gave amazing service. This hotel was incomparable to any other hotel we stayed at in Israel! Highly recommended! Ari at guest services always went above and beyond for us! Thank you!

This hotel and the room was gorgeous, modern and luxurious. The service was fantastic - the staff were really nice and went out of their way to make sure you felt welcomed. Was greeted with some bubbly on arrival which I thought was so nice. A really pretty communal rooftop with sun chairs too. The location is also 5/5 - right on the beach. It’s the perfect boutique hotel that’s not overpopulated with tourists / loud families. Would recommend for solo or couples I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Tel Aviv. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Bustling streets with bars and restaurants in crawling distance. The beach just a block away. Parking next to the hotel. Very nice and fresh breakfast with made to order omelettes and a barrista. Amazing views from spacious balcony, some construction going on around. Interior of rooms clean modern and tasteful.

I stayed here with my husband and it was a great experience overall. They upgraded our room, since we were on our honeymoon, and we got an incredible view of the beach every morning. The location was perfect, the breakfast was good and the staff was kind. We were very pleased with our stay!

A homely and special hotel with a dignified and respectful reception. There is always an answer for everything. Nice clean room and excellent food. The beautiful hotel manager is always around for any problem, there is a conversational and sociable atmosphere. Of course we intend to come again soon. Thank you.

Tel Aviv is one of the most expensive cities in the world, so one has to set moderate expectations. Dream Beach Boutique Hotel is in a great location just one street away from the beach and short walking distance to the old town. Even Jaffa old town is walkable, being only 3km away. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, but a little small (as stated on the website). Breakfast is just a few steps away in a sister property. The manager Arthur and his staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was unlike any other we have experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We also loved the hotel's restaurant, which had some of the best food we've ever had. The hotel also offered a range of activities and events, such as wine tastings and yoga classes, which added to our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, we had an incredible experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it easy to have snacks and drinks in the room. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and had plenty of seating and towels. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to public transportation and easy to access. We loved the hotel's restaurant and bar, which had delicious food and drinks. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. We received a disgraceful service from Artium the representative, the service is at the lowest level. There is something very suspicious and concerning about the hotel. For some reason, in booking it's rated quite high which is absolutely far away from reality.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and we all had a great time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel amenities were excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the city. My kids loved the pool and the game room, and we all appreciated the family friendly atmosphere.

The word to describe this place would be "austere". Though it's not all bad, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The good thing is that the breakfast is great, the Mena restaurant has an awesome shakshuka. The WiFi works and works well, providing a stable connection and livable speeds. The check-in process is fast and painless. The rooftop is relaxing (and still has WiFi!) with the lounge chairs and the jacuzzi. Finally, the price point is low, but this very much shows in how the hotel is equipped. However, I cannot ignore the negatives. The rooms are *small* and the furnishings are ... non-existent: aside from the bed and a single steel shelving unit, nothing of note fits in the room. The shower fittings are somewhat worn, and the shower cabin leaked slightly. Power outlets are placed precariously around the room and there are few surfaces to store items on. Overall, I would say that this is not a hotel to *stay in*, but rather a hotel to *sleep in* while you explore the city or lounge on the beach.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning beachfront location. The hotel's design seamlessly blends modern elegance with a laid-back coastal vibe, creating an atmosphere that instantly put me in a relaxed state of mind. The breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from the hotel were simply unparalleled. The staff at Dream Beach Tel Aviv Hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any request, and their genuine warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. The rooms at the hotel were luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable beds and high-quality linens to the modern amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony, which allowed me to soak in the breathtaking views while enjoying a cup of coffee or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The pool area was a true oasis, with comfortable loungers, a refreshing pool, and attentive staff always ready to provide a cool drink or a towel. The spa facilities were also exceptional, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling pampered and refreshed. The location of Dream Beach Tel Aviv Hotel is superb. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of some of Tel Aviv's best restaurants, cafes, and shops. The hotel also provides easy access to the vibrant nightlife scene and cultural attractions, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the city's unique atmosphere

It can hardly be considered a hotel. The room lacked place to put the luggage and the clothes (no cupboard whatsoever). It had only the bed, TV and bathroom. On top of it, it smelled of smoke. It was supposed to have a SPA but it doesn't. The breakfast it is in a restaurant about a block away from the hotel. The jacuzzi on the top floor had a nice view but the water in it was milky... I wouldn't dare to get in it.

This dump (this is not a hotel, not a hostal) is a shame for the hospitality industry. Hair in the shower, not just a few, no door between the bed (not a room, just a bed) and the "bathroom". A simple see-through glass separation. Perfect for intimacy 👌 Lights not working in the room. No comment on the rest of the place, terrible. The manager offering to cancel the Booking reservation to deal directly with them. After one shower we decided to leave to another hotel, they said they wouldn't charge the scheduled 5 nights... And they did charge them! Fantastic. Now dealing with Booking to get our money back. Tel Aviv being the most expensive city in the world...

The person at the reception was super nice and welcome. The hotel itself is kind of super simple and more like a small room in average apartment in tel aviv then a good hotel. The equipment was basic The bed and pillows were medium range not well products. The hotel has no lift and we had to walk 3 floors. It’s also noisy. It’s good for young people who wants to party- the walls are super thin and you hear all the noise.

Worst experience ever. So dirty, couldn’t shower as door didn’t close properly and water went everywhere. The rooms smell so bad, moldy floor, dirty bed sheets, we asked for 2 more towels and we were given 2 dirty and wet towels and then when we complained and asked for new ones we were lectured by the hotel owner who said there’s no more towels and we should use what we were given

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. That’s includes Hostels. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I stayed for one night and didn’t want to shower since it was so disgusting. Also the main door was broken and didn’t close properly.

We stayed one night at this hotel. Clean and fresh looking. Very spacious room. Very good service. The room and hotel furnishings are very eclectic but it all integrates to form a harmonious whole. A few steps walk from the beach and good restaurants. One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in anywhere.

Great location and still very quiet in the night. The rooms are basically furnished and the only window is tiny(and when opening it we have found cigarettes). The shower is good and the water is hot and the stream is well. There is a fridge in the room but there is no hair dryer. All in all maybe for Tel Aviv it is a good value for money but for more than 100$ a night you would expect more.

I went to check the hotel my mum booked on Booking.com, when I arrived there I got to talk to a very mean receptionist, that didn’t want to help at first, then accepted to show the room my mom would stay in, I discovered dirty spaces and the room looked nothing like on the pictures. So I asked for cancellation immediately, the guy told me to check with booking and even if I asked for cancellation on time through booking et through them, this “establishment” still charged me the complete stay like if my mum actually checked in. One of the employee before not answering anymore to my calls, actually confessed that his manager told him to not accept cancellations . Someone needs to take responsibility here !

The hotel is one street away from the beach. The staff were super friendly and approachable. The breakfast included is not on the property but rather at a bistro on the beach about a 2minute walk from the hotel. All in all I really enjoyed my time at Dream Beach. 3/5 stars due to travelling in winter while the rooftop was closed which was unfortunately to main reason we choose to stay here.

I have to say hands down one of the best customer service I have had at a hotel in Tel Aviv. Out front desk guy was super cool, helpful kind, telling us the good spots to visit and eat. They have a really nice reception , with complementary coffee. The rooms on the first floor are a bit small and dark. They have a fantastic jacuzzi on the rooftop perfect to relax after a long day at the beach with views to the ocean I would recommend it and come back !

Dream Beach TLV was the perfect choice for our Tel Aviv getaway. It's just a few meters from my favorite beach location, on some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. The staff was polite and friendly, the room was small but clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, at a very reasonable price. Looking forward to returning!

It has a very good restaurant. The waiters were very quick and kind. When I ask them for something, they do it immediately. The animation shows are great... Air conditioning in our room was working smoothly, I was able to find the channels I wanted on the TV. I am happy ❤

  • 3/5 Rasa T. 1 year ago on Google
The room was TINY. I was on my own and with a duffle bag. Anyone travelling as a pair with two suitcases would not have any spaces in the room. The windows were also frosted and you couldn’t see anything at all. Thankfully the plan was never to spend too much time inside, the location was good and the bed was comfortable. They need to communicate better between themselves though as I was told I can stay 1.5 hours longer, but the receptionist had no idea and was initially a little rude.

t is truly a miracle to be able to have a holiday at these prices. Although the hotel is quite crowded, there is a fast enough staff to deal with all its customers. They also prepare thousands of dishes, especially world cuisine. I gained 3 kilos on my vacation :) But I am happy.

After seeing it in the comments, I decided to stay in this hotel. So many people couldn't be wrong, could they? First of all I loved my room on the south side. Wifi was pulling comfortably in my room. It was a nice accommodation experience for me where I could carry out both my holiday and my business. If you are looking for a quality hotel at an affordable price, you should consider this place

Nice and cozy family hotel. Room was small but clean and bed was so comfortable. Building looks old and ugly from the outside but inside is new and stylish. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is the best! Overall good value for money (considering prices in Tel Aviv of course)

Terrible. Photos and advertising are total deception! No food, coffee or anything. "Spa" is not ever available. Hot stones are a joke. No such thing as couples massage. One masseuse, never there. Dinghy appearance throughout, no proper housekeeping, one light over bed was out the whole time. Location is great, Irish pub next door is fun and great selections of whiskey and English leagues soccer.

The price of the hotel is very good price cuz it is one block away from the beach, the main issue here is that the rooms are super super small and tiny and very compact and you need to open the window to make sure that you have enough room to breathe. Just make sure you take with you and measuring tape so you understand the dimensions

This is a perfect location that is close to the most amazing beaches and food destinations. The staff was amazing and helpful and always had what we needed. Artur at the front desk is amazing. The rooms are typical small rooms with little space for much but when you are there for the beach, you don’t need to bring much. Would stay there again.
