Great staff, nice rooms, extraordinary breakfast. They have a gym and a business lounge which is also great. Good for business trips, kind of far from city center. They change the towels even if not left on the floor, so basically if you want to avoid that is to leave the do not disturb sign on the door.

My husband stayed in the Hotel not me but I messaged their staff if I can request for a birthday cake surprise sent on my husbands room for his birthday since he was celebrating it away from home (Canada). Sapir, the Reception Assistant Manager gladly sent some desserts, fruit platter and wine! My husband was so surprised and so happy. Thank you very much. I really appreciate this. Also, the room my husband stayed in was superb and he said everyone was so friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Extremely rundown and disappointing. We used to stay in this hotel in the past and it was lovely- however the rooms are nowadays extremely dirty! Carpets have never been clean, shower is full with rust and unfinished silicon details, peeling bowling wall color, dirty light switches and outlets. By accident one of the pillowcases came off and the pillows were stains in the worst way possible. Rusty water was coming out of the shower head for about a minute or so before we could get under the water and of course it wasn't warm enough and it was not a nice feeling to even step on the non-clean shower floor. Service was nonexistent as it used to be in the past. Highly recommend to avoid staying in this hotel if you like us prefer clean well maintained establishments. ps- If you look at all the past comments and feedback you'll note that hotel management always responds with understanding empathy and wishing they could contribute to change a bad experience. However bottom line nothing changes. This establishment is dirty rundown and maybe equivalent to a low-grade hostel in a Third World country.

delicious varied breakfast, new bottles of water were placed in the room every day, there is underground parking, although for an additional fee, but very convenient.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, the only complaints are: the room was not ready on time, took them one hour to prepare the room and when you take shower it takes a lot of time to wait until water becomes hot.

Some of the rooms are fine. Some of the rooms are dated, dirty, small with no natural light.

It is a good and cheap hotel, clean rooms, perfect breakfast, basically for the nearby hospital residents' families ,not many things to do or see in the area ,parking costs money

Generally overpriced, just as any hotel in Israel. Interior design is kinda creepy, some of the pictures on the walls are actually postmortem images of people, learn some history if you want to incorporate old photos in your design. Update post-corona. The industry in general took a hit, we all need to admit that. It's a long way back to normal and we as customers and as businesses partners are here to lend a hand and vote with our money and trust, but it cannot be a one-way street. Both the chain and the hotel are obligated to try harder. You just cannot go away with "it is what it is" in 2022. Be professional, take responsibility, make things better during your watch. Remember that you are the gate for our guests, you are among first people they see in Israel, your hospitality makes lasting impression. Please, try harder and do your job well.

Good hotel, rooms could do with a refurbishment but reasonably priced and good location if your working locally. Don't forget the roof level bar.

Great value for money, nice, clean, new hotel, with great comfortable rooms and a nice lounge. Location is only good if you have business in Ramat Hachayal area, or the Assuta hospital nearby, with dozens of restaurants around to cater for this business park. Otherwise it's very far from Tel Aviv-Yafo center, or beaches, or any attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week due to business. It is a average 3 star hotel and not much to comment on. The breakfast has good food varieties, which is nice to see. The room at 3rd floor is ok but you can hear the noise from street down below.

Horrid. Dirty. Unkept. No service. Poor facilities. Zero management. Avoid . I stayed a week in June 22. Business. Not good.

Located near the business district, the hotel is an overall good choice, with a wealthy variaty of food at breakfast. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Totally recommended.

5 stars for location. 3 for hotel. Average of 4 stars. Location: The location is amazing. My office is only a 10 minute walk by foot and there are a ton of amazing restaurants and stores in immediate walking distance. Couldn’t pick a better location for my needs. Hotel: the hotel is OK, very dark hallways and rooms have a weird styling to them. Not the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but just for sleeping it’s fine. The bed was actually comfy. Room service came every day and cleaned up / replaced bathroom stuff. The business lounge is subpar vs others in Israel, could definitely step up the service/ offering here. The breakfast also was average. Good by American standards, but not as good as other hotels in Israel, smaller selection. All in all was a good stay. I would stay again given the location is so good. Be wary of the traffic during rush hour. If you are taking a taxi, might be easier to walk up to Raoul Wallenberg street.

Rooms are good. Room cleaning was done daily. But they used to miss keeping towel or water bottle many time. Then we need to call reception again for it. Kettles are give on request only. Breakfast was good. Chefs are not ready to take out early breakfast if we planned to go out early even if the food was ready. Need to keep all valuable items safely in the locker. We faced money missing from rooms. And the hotel management was not ready to accept it. Better be safe with our belongings.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff, nice international beeakfast with Israeli culture touch. They have a nice executive lounge for all hotel guests. They dont serve free alcholic drinks free here. They only give 1 free wine during happy hour. Comfortable place with light hot and cold snacks. Hotel rooms are relatively large, well decorated and clean. The only thing I did not like is; there is no shelve to put shampoos in the shower area, you should put them floor or keep in your hands during showering. A shelve should be put.

Very chic. Excellent breakfast. Air conditioning is highly effective. 😉 They serve a small glass of local beer and a warm croissant on check in! Good location with plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

This is a good hotel. it is clean it is a fordable the service is really good a lot of amenities in and around. The reason why it's only three stars is because there's a nightclub half a block away and sleeping is virtually impossible while the night Club operates and the nightclub operates well into the small hours of the morning. So if you planning a cozy weekend retreat or just to stay asleep at night this is probably not the best place you can go to. If you ignore that this is a really nice hotel, good prices clean rooms good food and great amenities. And again the service is really good.

Great place, very close to many restaurants, the hotel is relative new, so everything is good. Food is excellent and a lot of options. The service is extra superb, very helpful and always ready to help. The view from the rooms is to office buildings, so the window drapes were shut so the time. The room is a bit small, but new and nicely arranged.

March 2022 The visit was related to Assuta hospital which is across the street. That is why location is 5* for me. The hotel was closed until recently and has reopened mid-March 2022. It literally was a life saver for my family. They could visit in a minute when I needed them after my surgery. Its a business hotel, but in a good enough area, with cafes, restaurants and market nearby

This is most probably the one and only Hotel which can be called Hotel in Beersheba and therefore quite busy. In special over weekend it is normally fully booked. The rooms are clean, big and the bed is confortable. Breakfast buffet offers a large choise of warm and cold dishes and even Capuchino. Dinner Buffet is served as well with quite a big variety of dishes. It's a good but, as said, a very busy place.

Rooms are small, windows did not shut, air freshener was heavily sprayed on all the pillows for some reason (why would they do that...) called and asked to check the room, no one arrived even though they promised to do.had to call again and again, every time they promised that they are on the way, it became late, bad experience. Eventually I asked the guy at the reception and received a new room that was looking better, realised the first room did not have a rug and that the air freshener was not used in the new room.
