We had a lovely night at the Norman. Yes its pricy but the quality is top notch. Breakfast is well known in the Tel Aviv and rightfully so. Pool on the roof is lovely & clean (salty water 💦 ). Would love to visit again some day.

What Norman hotel forgot, other luxury hotels have yet to learn, this is an amazing boutique hotel that truly pays attention to the details. Once you stay there, it kinda makes it difficult to try anything else.

Came to stay with big expectations but the hotel kept disappointing time after time. Few examples - The receptionist was clueless about charges and prices and rude, the rooms are noisy - from outside buildings that are just on top of each other, and from corridor and internal echo. You sit in the room and hear the conversation in the lobby! Poorly designed! The rooms are tiny compared to what you get at other five star hotels in TA, the closet is tiny and the shower room is claustrophobic! Overrated, you are better off staying at the Setai !

A truly extraordinary hotel. Everything there is beautiful, nothing is too much for the fantastic staff and in a great part of the city. I hope to visit again soon, and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Highly recommended. We moved here from another hotel that was well-reviewed and looked nice online but was shabby and loud in person. The folks in reception - hat tip to the amazing Jillian - were super accommodating in helping us move and get set up here. Nice roof deck, nice bar. 💪🏼

Food was great, portions are fairly large. The acoustics are pretty noisy when the indoor dining area was filled up with people talking. Service was standard, not superb but also not bad. Beautiful decors and nice location.

A true luxury experience from top to bottom. The entire visit was amazing and the restaurants here are incredible. The service is unmatched in Israel.

Stylish and elegant. Very central, next to Rothschild Blvd, but still quiet. Wonderful Breakfast!

Very luxurious Art deco / Bauhaus buildings in the heart of the city. A lot of interesting art work all over the property.

Nice, service, good food, pool on the top.. Service at the restaurant was good, We felt it was a little bit too expensive for what it was But service was good regarding the overall service in Israel

Even if I’m not from the hotel, I am still a consumer. So you should not agress clients at the door, first. You are a doorman and should learn how to talk and receive people. 2 weeks ago I came a the same moment to have a drink. Today, surprise, the bar is closed, no more service. When I get in, the bar is full, and people going out from the rooftop told me that’s is full too. Guys, never offend chic and fancy people cause that’s what makes your bad marketing. If you rather prefer sandals or shorts, then you re not the right place for me.

Breakfast could have been better... Nothing unique culinary wise... Just ok. Not a big selection. Service was good and settings are nice for this part of the city you feel in a quite and calm place.

Best place to be. The nicest boutique hotel in all of israel. The breakfast is 10/10, service is great. Rooms are very decorated and nice, lovely pool on the roof and food of any restaurant of the hotel is just amazing.

Do not stay here. I decided to book a balcony suite for my one night in Tel Aviv, upon arrival I was informed that my balcony suite was a balcony-less loft. The manager then said if we wanted to have the room with a balcony we had to pay more. I voiced my concern and she Kindly said that she would upgrade us and include the balcony which we had originally booked and paid for… We showed up to check in We ended up checking in at four instead of three because the room was not ready which is fine. The room was lovely. Incredible minibar unfortunately, the view was anything but lovely. I have attached a photo because it’s important that you should know if you’re going to spend $1200 a night what you’re going to be looking at. The following morning we went to breakfast and walked over to the servers to ask for a table, we were hurriedly directed to the hostess. When our server took our drink orders we tried to place our food order but we were quickly silenced as it was not time to order food he said. I called a waitress over she lipped to me from across to wait. They slammed the drinks on the table and never took our order; after patiently waiting she never came over we finally got up and left. We are frequent travelers who like to spoil themselves and we have never received such poor service like I did at this hotel. I am really surprised that they are classified as a five star establishment. The only redeeming quality is their amazing valet, security, and housekeeping.

Don't get me wrong...I gave this rate not because it was not good or not tasty...it just that for the price they charge per person it just feels ain't worth it...you can get a great breakfast for half the price in other great restaurants...that what it felt for me and my wife... service was great, the buffet was rich and tasty (my eggs Benedict came bitter from the spinach so I asked to take it out)...so for more than 400 shekel for a breakfast for two (I included the tip and parking in TEL Aviv) seemed to us like a one time visit.

Creme de la creme!!! Best hotel in Tel Aviv in my opinion. Classic and elegant! Love the ambiance, exceptional service and delicious food. Croissants are handmade and the French toast is to die for! It tastes as good as it looks :) I also recommend treating yourself to a drink at the opulent Library bar!

My husband and I were at the Norman’s rooftop restaurant when we were in Israel pre-pandemic. We thought the hotel looked so charming that we said to each other at the time, “wouldn’t it be nice to stay here one day?” Well, we returned to Israel this past year (2022) and we can’t say anything more than everything met and exceeded our expectations! During dinner, we got engaged!! The staff was in on the surprise and they helped me plan and carry out my plan with perfection. They were so warm and kind and caring and everyone on the staff kept wishing us “mazal tov” throughout our stay. The Norman has it all…exquisite decor, fine food, and the wonderful atmosphere of a cozy boutique hotel. But the staff pushed things over the top. From the guys up at the pool bar who took great care of us, to the library bar staff, front desk staff and restaurant staff, we could not have chosen a better place for our special moment. The Norman made it memorable and for that we will never forget our stay — and will be returning often.

A level of service, sophistication, and swagger never before seen in Israel. This hotel has everything going for it - beautiful decor and art, warm, welcoming, and attentive service, and food that is out of this world (don’t miss the Pizza Alena and artichokes at dinner and the shakshuka at breakfast). The courtyard is simply charming and we can’t wait to visit the newly renovated rooftop pool. There is not a detail they missed in their excellently appointed rooms (they even have top notch hair dryers). Won’t stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv now that we’ve discovered this place.

Excellent stay and loved all the little details and design of the hotel. I especially enjoyed the privacy of the rooms on the 3rd floor, and the fantastic pool environment. Only complaints was that they ran out of bread at breakfast and I was served a random collection of pastries (like a croissant) to go with my shakshuka.

As I’m writing this we are on our last day with the hotel. It is a beautiful property and central to a walkable urban core that is where the pros end. They ruined some of our laundry confused our guest when we hosted a 10 person dinner at the restaurant and provided poor recommendations with great delay. Also the bikes were both rusted and had flat tires. When asked if they had a bike pump they said no, which is baffling. And stated another company maintained the bikes. To this I say who manages them? If you want to be like the great boutique hotels of the world you need to actually provide hospitality not just a beautiful building. I do want to give a shout out to folks at roof top pool they actually do a wonderful job.

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
