Great experience - surpassed all expectations. This is the perfect place for the traveler who enjoys a comfortable room but doesn't need a reception, bar, or restaurant. The location is ideal. In the right season it would be delightful to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine. Self check-in and out. Very clear directions given. Fantastic shower with ample hot water. It is a walk-up. Not suitable for handicapped travelers.

It's a perfect hotel! We loved the location and the room. There are no staff members and it's really ok. You can contact them via WhatsApp and frankly you have everything you need in the room. You even get a small complimentary wine bottle. There's no elevator so pay attention if it's important to you. The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the middle of the down town, 5 minutes from Mamila and 3 minutes from cicar tzion. The water current is really great (my wife had no complaints haha). There's a terras right in front the room with a great view to the city center. Great for sitting and chilling. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location for Jerusalem festival. Small, but clean and reasonably priced. Complimentary wine!

Lovely apartment in the centre of the action of Jerusalem. 5 minute walk from the Old City and surrounded by unlimited restaurants and night life. Apartment was clean and comfortably equipped.. Nicely serviced with fresh towels each day. A huge common balcony was also big plus, nice to sit outside and do some reading. The rooms are located on the third floor and there's no lift, so you need to be ready to use the stairs. No frills, so you are paying just for a great little room. Great value for money !

The location is great, close to the old city and to all the restaurant and pubs, but that's exactly why it's extremely loud. So loud that you can't sleep at night. On top of that the shower was leaking badly and my bag and clothes got soaked with water, they moved me to another room where the ac didn't worked. Very poor experience.

First of all all, you have to know the hotel is So noisy, the hotel is on top of a small bar. But I wish this was our only problem that night. They didn’t change the sheets! We arrived late and saw these hairs on the matress under the blanket. They didn’t answer us on whats app (it was midnight) and we spent the night searching for other place to go. Everything was full so we had to sleep there unfortunatly. + the beds are so so uncomfortable! Real Horror night. In the morning they didn’t believe us and said the sheets were replaced. So disappointed by there reaction. Never go there !

Nice place for an overnight stay, no human contact check in/out. Friendly staff. Greeeat location. Not a 5 star hotel, but for a budget trip it will do the job.

Location is amazing and it is clean, but you can hear everything from the outside streets (people talking, music) so it makes it very difficult to sleep. Plus the bed is lumpy and uncomfortable.

First time in this hotel and i loved it! The location is amazing, everything you need is at your doorsteps. Modern looking rooms with a nice design, very clean, mini kitchen that actually had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the terrace the hotel has, the look is beautiful and very spacy. Would go again for sure.

never again it is not hotel or hostel - poor Airbnb is ok name - no reception connection is via WhatsApp - just the highest floor in an old building that been arranged for rooms. for 6 hours but ! the price on booking was one and the charging was including tax and different from the publishing price on booking - we travel all over the world it never happened to us - they hide it in tiny letters on the email after you can not cancel the order. the place is ok clean but the shower was o.k not amazing relatively and the aircondition was not realy cooling just air

I like this hotel. There is no reception desk, but you can solve all problems through WhatsApp with the owner. Rooms have good design though it is not very spacious it is still cozy and comfortable. There is small kitchen in the room with microwave, kettle and fridge. And the terrace is great! ))

The location was perfect to everything such as the Western Wall and the Church of Holy Sepulchre. However, it was EXTREMELY difficult to sleep at night. Because the hotel is so close to many restaurants and bars there is loud music until 2am. After the music stops here comes all the drunk people shouting, singing, fighting, etc. We were exhausted our entire trip because of lack of sleep. Also, the rooms are not that good. They are very outdated, very small, the hot water doesn’t always work. It was hot despite the air conditioner on. I really am surprised at the ratings. The hotel is in no way shape or form a 4.8. One last thing, there is no breakfast. When I booked through Expedia it stated “breakfast included”. It advertised that the free breakfast was near by and you would need to make reservations. However, when I asked about the breakfast I was told “there is no breakfast and there are many cafes around where we could go get something”. This is besides the point though. Part of the reason I booked were reviews and the breakfast.

There was a lot of noise all the night. People shauting and singing, a lot of noise trafic, drivers honking. It was horrible. It's my 6th time in Jerusalem and never i was in this situation. Other hotels were not news but you can rest so good. Olga told me that it was becouse of the weekend and the party in this street, but she didn't give me any solution. If you want to rest on night in Jerusalem don't book in this hotel.

Very well located and comfy place. Nice balcony to view part of shlomzion street. Place have no reception and all is made online by automatic codes. ( entrance,check in/out etc) there are no elevators and the Toilet have humidity/ not fresh smell.. that can be a bit bothering. but if you look for a place to stay not too long in Jerusalem center this place definitely can be a good choice.

It's always sad when you have to clean the room upon checking in. Time and Time again I see these nicely appointed spaces that aren't cleaned or maintained properly and without on site staff it's not hard to see why there's Never any quality control. Rust and mold in the bathroom. Some sort of "things" under the sheets. Dust everywhere even the door hinges looked like they were growing fur and whatever had died on the glue trap out on the terrace had been there so long it was only recognizable as having fur though it was much larger than what a mouse would have been. Needless to say it was there when I arrived as well as 3 days later when I left.

I loved it here. Owner was very nice and helpful. Location is great. Rooms are very clean and have modern facilities. Rooms are studio styles with kitchenettes installed where you can make your own simple meals. Price is unbeatable!

Was looking for a place that would be in the centre of everything and I wasn't disappointed. Nice room, very clean, everything looked new and the balcony was a nice edition.
