When I arrive to hotel, I asked front desk if I can pay for a late check out, they made me take out another room for another full day a more expensive room if I want to have the same room for two days. It was supposed to cost me $288 ended up costing me $678. I feel like the front desk took advantage from me and overcharged me and when I asked to speak to a manager they told me he went home. Would not recommend to stay here. P.S. The room was dirty, and the linen was not washed. I did not get my money’s worth.

Really just an overall unpleasant stay, marked by many unpleasant encounters with sloppy management and rude staff. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. I will list the issues for those interested in details: 1. The staff was beyond rude. My father, at age 69, came to vacation for the first time in over 2 and a half years and came in very good spirits, only to be treated horribly by rude and condescending staff. 2. The cleaning staff came into the room *while I was in the shower* and then *knocked on the shower door* to ask me a question! 3. The rooms were not clean. There were spiderwebs on the walls and the hot water looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in some time. 4. Zero precautions were taken to make people feel safe during the peak of the Delta variant. The pool and dining rooms were both packed to the brim with maskless people. Our stay here was very disappointing. For the price paid, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere-- it's likely you will receive much more for your money and be treated with better service.

Excelent food. Dusty room. Very poor noise isolation, even on high floor. Often parties and weddings take place in two location at this hotel, using powerful speakers causing balcony windows to shake. Perfect place for those who enjoys powerful noise over the complete night

Pros: 1. amazing sea View 2. Bed is very comfortable Cons: 1. Rooms are not clean enough. 2. Elevators are stinky. 3. People are smoking everywhere, even in the rooms and upper floors hall 4. Overly crowded in weekends. 5. Hotel staff are not experienced and confused. (Most Are new to the job and dont last long) 6. And what made me rate this hotel so low is the following reason: The guests. They are uneducated and behave like animals yelling and making you feel like you are in a zoo and not at a pricy hotel. 7. In the pictures pool is overwhelmed by people.

Beautiful ocean view from 7th floor window. The infinity pool which isn’t very big also has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Breakfast was excellent! The shower was spacious and very good water pressure, however, the bathroom floor got wet because Like at many other hotels the shower is only partially closed off 🤷🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately, the beach is not accessible right across the street from the hotel. One must walk a bit to be able to get to the beach.

The entire experience was terrific, from checking in to checking out. The staff was welcoming, understanding, and supportive, and the hotel facilities were superb. The vast entrance hall gives a very welcoming feeling. Moreover, the number of elevators allows travel, even when the hotel is fully booked freely and without waiting too long. The large parking attached to the hotel supports electrical charging while parking, handicapped areas, and family parking. The little details of the room were beautiful. The design is balanced and uncomplicated yet inspiring and comfortable. The showers are fantastic. There is a good stream of water, unlike many hotels these days, incredible heat, and enough room for two people to enjoy a shower. From the room balcony, we could see the city outskirts and the ocean, except one evening, the nights were quiet and comfortable. I haven't enjoyed a hotel in Israel's central district as much as I enjoyed VERT.

Rooms are great! Spacious enough for a couple and 2 kids. Great view of the sea. Food was delicious. Very nice hotel. The location is great, really just 2 minutes off the coast line. It is fairly new so the interior looks neat and fancy. The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need. The view to the sea is so beautiful. The service and everything was good. The main downside is that the pricing is way too much. We stayed as a part of a discounted price. Also, the food was good but not as great as you would expect from such an expensive place. It’s not really that close to the centre of the city, minimum few minutes of driving and not by for. To sum up, we enjoyed and had a great experience at the hotel, but for the actual price, I’m not sure it’s worth it for everyone.

Very nice hotel next to the beach. One of my favorite things there was activities for kids there is a special room for babies and crawlers and outside there's a really cool Garden for the kids and the view is amazing. Good and Plenty and delicious and in an international level this place is pretty awesome. Just know that this place is also not cheap and as usual is Riley's can be rude sometimes please don't take it personally. If you found this review helpful please click the like button

The worst breakfast ever. Poor selection. Extremely dirty and sticky place, including cutlery. Rude staff, arrogant and not helpful. The manager told us that the demand is high for this hotel so he doesn't really care if we are not satisfied. A V O I D!!

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, especially in Israel. We chose this hotel as it was one of the only ones offering a baby crib. However, the crib we were provided for our baby was not safe at all. The mattress was smaller than the crib, and the sheet on it was dirty and lose. I had to fix it after every night and hope my baby won’t suffocate on it. Very dangerous and we are lucky our baby is old enough to not be at high risk of suffocation on these sheets. Breakfast food was absolutely disgusting. Mostly cold and tasteless. The rooms are never cleaned properly and we were not provided towels on any of the days we stayed there. We always had to call reception and ask for towels to be brought for us. The bedsheets never got changed, and we were lucky they at least looked clean. They don’t even provide hair dryers, slippers, or bath robes in the rooms, even though one of the drawers claims it should have a hair dryer in it. It doesn’t though. The kettle in the room was full of limescale so we were unable to use it to make coffee, not even to mention making baby food with it. One night the hotel had an event on and the parking lot was full of people who weren’t even staying in the hotel, so parking spots aren’t reserved for guests at all. Overall a horrible and unpleasant experience, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never chose to stay here again.

The Vert Lagoon is good from far but far from good. The room we received was modern looking but not cleaned properly from the previous guests. There was hair in every corner of the room. There was a used shower cap hanging in the shower. The tissue box cover was very dirty and dusty, and the cups in the bathroom were filthy inside. The shower had a 6 inch piece of glass acting like a shower door. I flooded out the bathroom every time I showered and had to use all my towels to sop it up.. Housekeeping barely came while we stayed there. If we didn't get out of the room by around 9am, the maid just skipped over our room and didn't come back. I had to call for towels 3 days of our stay so we could shower. The "Clean the Room" light didn't help the situation, nobody came to look if it was on. The towels were never quite clean enough. The pool was pretty small and jammed packed with small children. The pool water looked a bit cloudy, so I didn't try to enter. There was no air conditioning in the hallways of the hotel. The elevators were very slow. By time the elevator arrived, I was sweating from the hot hallway. There was no English menu at the main lobby restaurant, so we had no idea what to order. The lobby furniture was dirty and sticky. There was nothing to do around the hotel walking distance. The beach closest to the hotel was down a mountain. I couldn't walk down and back up, so we didn't go to the beach. There was and Asian restaurant and and Italian restaurant just outside the hotel. Both were pretty booked, so I recommend making reservations early. And probably the worst thing in our room was semen stains dripping down the wallpaper. Someone probably tried to clean it up but there were drooling semen stains oozing down the wall perfect height next to the bed. GROSS! I took pictures but they are probably not appropriate for this review. And finally.....the common areas of the hotel were loaded with flying biting bugs, maybe mosquitoes. All day long, not just in the evening. Mosquitoes biting me all day, it was unbearable! But, with all that being said, I hear it's the best hotel in Natanya.

This hotel has amazing views of Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel Staff are exceptional, it has a large infinity swimming pool, and places for kids as well. Eating includes an enormous buffet with lots of variety, and again the hotel Staff are exceptional. You have to stay at Vert Lagoon if you're in Tel Aviv...

Better than expected. Look, it's not perfect. The food is not great, but it is very good. The pool is a little shallow, but it's quite fun. The decor is trendy, but quite pleasant. All in all had a good experience here.

We had the pleasure of spending Rosh Hashana at Vert Netanya, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The rooms exude elegance and are impeccably modern. The bed is luxuriously comfortable, and the breathtaking ocean views from our room were nothing short of incredible. The pool, perched on the rooftop and overlooking the stunning ocean, is a true gem. The service provided by the staff is not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and friendly. And let's talk about the food – it's nothing short of spectacular! In fact, it's among the best dining experiences I've had at any hotel, and I've stayed at quite a few. The freshness and variety of the cuisine are truly impressive. A special thanks to the hotel's CEO, Mr. Avraham, who was exceptionally kind and ensured that our stay was flawless. The hotel is truly fortunate to have him at the helm! The Revivo Family.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel and rooms were beautiful with a great view of the beach. The beach and location was really good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Negative: The hotel is not kept well, lots of holes open on the main balcony, where kids got stuck. floor boards in room are broken, mold in shower, shower head is gross. Under the bed and couch in the room is a significant amount of dust, I don’t think anyone has cleaned under the bed since this place opened. Seems as though management just does not care. Positive: majority of staff were kind and the pool is good.

Lovely experience, helpful friendly staff, very clean and everything you would expect. Beautiful view out to sea. Also has a fantastic restaurant on the roof that’s just incredible, the food was out this world, although it’s technically not part of the hotel itself so have to book a table independently.

I stayed at the VERT Lagoon midweek and enjoyed it quite a lot. The view of the sea was very nice. I would have liked a full or queen bed instead of two twin beds. The hotel is very luxurious which justifies the relatively high price, however the weekend price was too exorbitant for me. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and guest oriented.

Perfect location, nice designed, comfortable room with outstanding sea view. Rich breakfast. Level of personal service is strongly below high positioning of the hotel. Reception guys are not quite open-minded and hosting. No smiles, minimum instructions to the quests. Some of them have pure English. Table service in the restaurant is also pure, chairs are not cleaned. The same level in the pool area. Supposed to be luxury, but personal is far away from that level.

An okay 4 star hotel. Sure the lobby is quiet impressive and the view is very nice from the top floors but the rooms are poorly equipped in my experience. Elevators smell a bit and not ventilated enough. Food is ok. No water bottles in the minibar, nothing else basically.

Great hotel. Best, high quality buffet that we had on our Israel and Italy tour. Hallways were a bit dated, but rooms were fine. Excellent lobby and dining. I would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the Mediterranean Sea. There are many restaurants and bars on sight, and the staff was super friendly. Great visit..

The rooms are dated and could use a renovation. The service was outstanding, lobbies were nice and the dinner buffet was well put together. The hotel is located across the street from the Mediterranean Sea, and ypu can see it from the balcony of most rooms.

This place looks very nice and has amazing views. The gym, breakfast, and general cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Finally, they had a barely working iron which was frustrating.

No question this place is upscale and gives the feeling of luxury. However there is definitely a ton of room to improve. We got a premium room sea view. This is their nicest rooms that are not suites. The room is a very nice size along with the porch. The bathroom shower and tub are also a very nice size. However when you take a shower the whole bathroom completely floods. The rooms are super slippery with wet shoes/feet. The porches are a legit privacy concern as the wall does not extend until the ceiling which makes it super easy to put a chair along the partition and climb right over to your neighbor. Breakfast was extremely nice and tasty. Service people need to learn how to smile

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, we had such a nice experience there. It sits right on the shores of Natanya's beach and the view is just spectacular. The rooms are very nice and clean the atmosphere in the lobby is fantastic and the infinity pool that looks over the shorelines is really amazing. The only bad thing for which we have decided to take one star off was a person in the pool that decided to open up a very loud speaker and let everybody else around him who know exactly what his taste of music was and though I have no objection to the music itself, the fact that no one of the staff got him out of the pool area and let him continuously turn that thing on was very disappointing.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are great. Wonderful view. I took a spa massage and defined what I need but the therapist didn't do it and when I told the spa representative she said she will check but they never came back with an answer. She offered a coffee as compansation! The reception said the same. Still waiting for a call.

We went for a two night getaway and it was perfect! Hotel was modern, new, clean and fabulous! Location was central and beautiful walks right from the hotel. Only wish the pool was open! Maybe next time! Spa was also nice and food was fresh and yummy!

This is a fabulous modern hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The rooms are incredibly clean and well stocked. Towels new and bathrooms spotless. Glass balconies do not take away from breathtaking views. Just off the lobby is a full bar and dining area or you can pop on down the hall for the main dining room served buffet style with many authentic Israeli foods to choose from. Friendly staff and top of the line pool and spa ensures a return visit from us. Thank you Vert for an amazing stay! ✈️🎯

We got a room with the smell of cigarettes everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Luckily we only took just one night. The food was reasonable. The price however was very expensive and did not really match the level of the hotel.

  • 4/5 Lynn K. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is lovely. The food was great. The pool area is very crowded and very few lounges available. There are no instructions for the airconditioning and it kept going off and I woke up several times hot. The wifi didn't work properly . Everything else was wonderful.

Not recommending at all. The spa experience is the worst I’ve ever seen: There’s no match between what you ordered and what you get, the service is so awful. I would stay away from that hotel.

At the check-in, the receptionist was very apathetic, she didn't smile, didn't even say welcome. She provided us with a room on the 2nd floor while we were promised a higher floor room and she presented it as an "upgrade" and said the room we asked for is not ready, while we came an hour later than the check-in time. We demanded the room we asked for and eventually got it. The bathroom was not the cleanest and so was the balcony. The fridge made a lot of noises. Other than that, the room service was great and so was the entire staff.

We ha d a really great experience in the vert lagoon netanya. We stayed one night over independence day. The room was really clean and beautiful, with a great balcony over looking the ocean. Stunning view. We got complimentary macaroons and water. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was so good with soo many different options of food. And even after we checked out we got to spend plenty of time by the pool while the hotel held on to our luggage for us. And even gave us a guest pass to make sure we got to spend the day without a problem. I would definitely love to go back for another stay. And i definitely recommend this place to my friends

I don’t think they deserve even one star! We stayed there last week ( august time) And I don’t think we will come back! The first day we arrived , the bedroom was ok , the joint of the shower in the bathroom is black, it’s a bit dusty and the cleaning is not done to perfection on a daily basis. Apart from that, they advertised as kosher hotel: 1) music blaring at the pool, they made a concert on Friday night on the terrasse . It’s not a kids friendly hotel. The last day I was leaving , after staying a week , I found out there was a kids club. I was maybe told but I was hand out a paper in Hebrew for the shabbos programme but we didn’t understand and no one is the hotel asked you if you need help to translate. Friday night meal was a disaster to come in into the hall . They made you wait 20 min in the line with no explanation. My husband complained the the manager and she said to him: : if you not happy , go and get your money back for the meal. Oh the meal cost roughly just for Friday night 250 shekel per adult and a bit less for kids. I thought I would be treated like a mench but I don’t think in this hotel they know what customers service is. No one smile , no one asked if everything is ok? All they do is tell you what you not allowed to do with a grumpy face. If you have the money , maybe take a nice Airbnb for your stay in natanya with a nice cleaner and a good chef because honestly , the experience we had was terrible . It’s my first time writing a review because I don’t want people to waste their money there. It is not worth it. We actually now staying in hertzilia in the Dan Acadia and our experience is much better.

Too bad for such a hotel with such an excellent view. Bored staff keeping themselves busy on the phone. Peanut and sunflower seed shells on the lobby floor. Impossible access to the Wi-Fi and when I complained I was told it was because of my device. Ha ha ha. Open buffet was good I must admit. The girl at the reception told me the hotel has 4,5 stars. I take away the half star right now

The place lacks any soul staff on there phones never a Smile or a greeting just a bark if they need to tell you some thing rooms are not cleaned professionally Friday night was a disaster 0 organisation after charging 280shekel per adult the line in was chaos people pushing was dangerous for my kids I lost my cool and instead of the manager Tony taking control and realising every one is just pushing in some even pretending to be part of the Kadosh fam just to be allowed she started screaming at me to leave and my kids will not eat in end security came saw that the manager is nuts he let me in the security guard the building is beautiful and quiet new but it’s terribly run by unhappy looking staff its expensive and no service over charge and under deliver I would avoid at all cost we work hard all year to come on holiday and relax this place only stresses you out

It doesn't matter how good or bad the rooms are, it doesn't matter how tasty the food is. What matters is only one thing: NOISE. Not just typical city noise, I mean TERRIBLE NOISE. A hundred meters from the hotel there is a site where huge boulders are being loaded and unloaded from trucks 6 days per week, from 7 o'clock in the morning. This permanent loud rumble makes your life in and around the hotel unbearable. Bottom line: Don't go there for the next couple of years; the boulders are being loaded for a long-term shoreline reinforcement project, so unless the hotel administration goes to court to force the city authorities to move this site away from the hotel area, you'll have to live in a nightmare. And the fact that the administration hasn't done anything about it shows how much they care.

Clearly a 5 star hotel in everything. Service, cleanliness, beauty, efficiency. My daughters didn't their a coulee nights. One of them before getting married. The staff gets it, they understand the importance of good service

This hotel was recommended to me as the best hotel in Netanya. First the positives. Bed was comfortable. Negatives. Breakfast was a mess. At one point it was impossible to even get a coffee. Pandemonium is the term that comes to mind. Hotel is only a few years old - feel much much older. Half the menu items in the lobby restaurant were crossed off the list. I think the big annoyance were the lack of any lounge chairs in the pool area. The pool itself was beautiful but the only chair to be seen was a plastic upright chair, more familiar to the patio of a college dorm than a five star hotel. And for me that’s the crux of the issue. At almost $400 a night and 5 stars, you expect more. The staff were so so. General sense of ‘whatever’ or a shoulder shrug.

Mira is the most awful person I’ve ever met in my life as a hotel reception. Don’t come any closer to her. She is always in a bad mood and doesn’t like people. The rooms are dirty and it looks like no one cares. I’m staying most of my life in other countries and I was super sad to see this hotel and bad hospitality (unlike Eilat or Tel Aviv).
