Negatives:
Nearly
impossible
to
get
ahold
of
reception
from
the
room.
Rang
them
a
few
times
for
minor
requests,
waited
on
hold
for
five
minutes
before
giving
up
and
just
walking
down
to
the
front
desk.
Tons
of
little
really
bright
lights
in
the
room
at
night
from
the
TV
and
light
switches,
so
bright
they
cast
shadows.
You
have
to
find
creative
solutions
to
black
out
the
light.
Carpet
is
old,
stained,
and
kinda
musty.
Positives:
Staff
is
friendly,
the
views
are
beautiful,
we
were
upgraded
for
free,
there’s
free
parking.
Overall:
For
the
area
it’s
a
value
for
money.
Hotel
needs
to
be
maintained
better,
and
is
in
need
of
an
update/remodel.
Customer
service
needs
to
be
more
attentive.
There’s
no
reason
that
guests
should
have
to
walk
down
to
reception
in
order
to
make
minor
requests,
or
wait
on
hold.
If
you’re
looking
for
a
4/5
star
hotel
in
Jerusalem
for
<$200/night,
this
is
a
solid
option.
With
a
little
more
attention,
and
staff
this
hotel
could
really
shine.
