Very good hotel in Tel Aviv downtown. Not on the beach but close, which is better. Quiet. Very good breakfast. Makes you feel at home. Nice people.

Found online with reviews and the hotel did not disappoint. The location was fabulous in a residential area right by the Dizengoff restaurant and shopping area that is always hopping. Hotel room was very large for Tel Aviv which our research had shown so it was accurate. We were aware that this hotel was smaller and did not have its own buffet / breakfast. They have a deal with a local restaurant. We did not participate and just found coffee and pastry near Ben Yahuda and Ben Gurion Streets where there is a great bakery and also an excellent coffee hut. So if you really want the hotel breakfast buffet this is not for you but we enjoyed the chance to walk through the wonderful neighborhood. We really liked the small hotel size where walking out into the neighborhood took just a minute from the room, not going through a large hotel lobby. Someone at desk till 11PM then on call, they give a night key to enter hotel if you're coming in between 11-7 as the doors are locked and desk not staffed during that time, but there is a phone number in case of issue and someone can be there in 10-15 min if for example you get yourself locked out between 11-7. Overall excellent and would definitely stay again. See main reveiew, location and room were excellent.

This place is amazing. So cozy, clean and the staff are super helpful, friendly, and make you feel at home. We stayed here as a family of four for two weeks. We made it our home base while travelling throughout Israel on day trips. The accessible room worked perfectly. Lots of space. The location is incredible - just steps from all the action on Dizengoff but nice and quiet b/c it's just around the corner. Our kids loved the patio egg chair and the fish in the pond - especially the yellow guy. Great coffee. Great service. We'd go back in a heartbeat and always return to this hotel.

EXCEPTIONAL. We travelled with a baby and did a lot of research before we booked the Arbel. We booked a suite to have a kitchenette for heating milk and ease. I have to say one of the best hotel guest service I have ever experienced. Everyone we met was helpful, went above and beyond and so friendly. Nice coffee machine downstairs for guests whenever they want and a really lovely terrace area. Centrally located in dizenghoff and clean well equipped rooms we were all very comfortable. The hotel did have some construction work on one day which we weren’t told about but they did their best to move us and reduce the hours of this which we really appreciated. They offered us a crib, high chair and baby bath. One thing to note the walls are thin - and the soundproofing mentioned needs work. We had noisy neighbours and could hear everything. The photos show a roof terrace which we never found / was mentioned to us but ultimately these issues were minor.

Arbel Suites Hotel - rude customer service. Complete misrepresentation and fraud. Terrible Experience at Arbel Suites Hotel. Misrepresentation and fraud. We booked a studio with description that it will accommodate up to 4 people. When we checked in they try to charge $50 more saying that the room is only for 2 people and they charge have to charge $50 for additional person. None of that was disclosed on the website when we booked the room. We booked a double bed and sleeping sofa to accommodate 3 people. The receptionist and manager tried to scammed extra $50. When we showed them our reservation they ignored us and said that we are not getting a room unless we pay $50 more. Elon, the manger got on the phone and stated making threats when we informed him that we will make a honest review informing the community what’s going on here so others won’t get trapped as we did. They refused to give us a room or money back. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Be aware and DO NOT STAY at Arbel Suites Hotel. Avoid this place. The manager recorded our conversation without our permission. This place is doing illegal activities. Stay away.

Very bad experience. Rented a studio there for a couple of months. at some point, my room was contantly full of cigarette smoke (one of the other tenants was a heavy smoker. he used to smoke for hours near the lobby entrance and all the smoke went up into my room). No need to mention that secondhand smoke causes numerous health problems... I addressed the owners more than a few times, but they didn't care and didn't do anything about it, so eventually I had to leave.

We didn’t know what to expect in Tel Aviv but the Arbel and the city didn’t disappoint. The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptional. My husband and I can’t read Hebrew and when paying/trying to pay for our exit fees for the king Hussein border, the Arbel team we’re on the phone trying to help us. BIG thank you to them for taking the time to help us sort things out. As for the rooms, they were amazing! You even get delicious FREE coffee in the morning and ginger biscuits (to my husband’s great surprise). We hope to visit again and highly recommend the hotel. It’s close to everything you want to see without being in a noisy area.

Good value for money, central location, clean and neat. Great service, nice kind staff. Suitable for families who want to spend some time in the city. Not too fancy, but well sustained. Close to everything.

This is our third time staying at Arbel Hotel, and we certainly plan to come back. The location is perfect, the rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is just absolutely lovely. Booking directly through their website (rather than through a booking site) seems to have better prices or discounts.

Boutique style hotel. 5 floors. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the charming Tel-Aviv Dizengoff Street. With outdoor cafes, bars, markets and shopping on every corner. The rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. The lobby is not manned 24 hours, but every guest gets an access key. Elevator provided. Rooms all have TV's and a mini kitchenette. Within walking distance to the beach also. No pool. No gym.

Not a good place if traveling with car. Zero street parking because its nestled in the middle of a neighborhood. The parking on site is limited, they charge per night, and they pack it like sardines so it is not easy to get out. The room is a neat idea, but there are narrow stairs leading to the actual room. Not good for large rolling bags. The balcony was large and open and incomplete with parts of unfinished project just laying around. The staff were less then friendly. May be a good place if travelling for a short business trip.

Great staff and location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Three things would have improved visit. First, some English language TV channels among the hundred available, there was maybe one at times. Not a big thing, but after a day if touring, it would have been nice. Next, it would have been nice to be told when booking that a noisy construction site is across the street. Since we were up early to go touring, it wasn't that bad. But if we wanted to sleep.in a bit, it wouldn't have been possible. Third, breakfast didn't start till 7:30am, so most every day our touring started about then, so no sit down breakfast. The staff was just great though, got us 'to go' breakfast boxes. We would stay here again.

One of the best if not the best place to stay in Tel Aviv. Staff is very helpful and would go out of their way to help you any way they can, we had some car trouble and they helped in our situation, rooms are great , location is superb!!! They have private parking which is a huge plus, great breakfast in the morning, very clean place. You can also contact them directly to save 10%. Very close distance to the beach and other attractions of the city. And once again the working staff is awesome!!! Thank you so much and we hope that we will see you again!

Lovely little hotel. Tidy, clean rooms with mini kitchens and powerful AC. Perfect Israeli breakfasts with many choices of cheese, veggies, eggs, fish, yogurt, juices, with fresh omelettes to order. Nice outdoor patio and fish fountain. Stayed here for a total of 4 nights, split between 3 check-ins. Close to beaches, easy walking to great food and downtown. Very helpful about booking taxis, leaving bulky luggage between stays.

If you really want to feel like you live in Tel Aviv, this is the place for you. This place is perfectly located within the beating center of the city but in a super quiet area - you can't beat that. Plus, this place is family owned which gives it the boutique vibe and it's always nice to support local business. Rooms are well designed and the shower is perfect, we'll definitely be back.

The hotel was lovely! The staff was efficient and kind. The rooms were spotless. They were also very comfortable and modern. The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable & the sheets were of a high quality. It was so easy to arrange what we needed, both before we arrived & once we were there because the staff was so readily available & willing to help. We could not have asked for a better and more comfortable hotel!!

Cute little apartment hotel, great location and very sweet, helpful staff. The street is small and quiet, short walk to the busy commercial street. We loved the apartment with small kitchen, and loved the small area outside at the front.
