The worst hotel experience I have ever had! I have booked for two nights, I wrote them that will be coming around 4.30 in the morning, they said reception works 24/7. I am coming and there is no one, I try to call, call the phone, knock, absolutely nothing. So at 5 am I had to walk around to find another hotel all by myself with luggage after long flights. So when I did find another hotel, of course I decided to stay for both days there. I had no time to move, I had an extremely busy day. I wrote to the hotel, saying that it was completely their fault, that they put me in deeply uncomfortable and dangerous situation and that of course they should not charge me for their mistake. I did not receive any reply, any apology, but they did charge my card for the night. Absolutely don’t recommend

Excellent location at the heart of Dizengoff street, however, inside the hotel was very quiet :) nice touch of free candies and tea/coffee, cold water facilities at the entrance. We were upgraded and received a room with a small balcony. A bottle of water and a bottle of wine were waiting in our room, also as a bonus. Breakfast was good, but I guess for the price you could skip it and buy breakfast at any other place around.

Stayed at the Cucu Hotel, Tel Aviv - a delightful blend of hospitality and design! The staff made us feel welcome with their superb service. The food was exceptional and the location was perfect, right at the city's heart. The design was impressively unique. A must-visit hotel!

Hotel situated in the city centre of Tel Aviv. Tidy and clean room, but very small. Kind and friendly staff. Average prices.

My elderly parents booked a trip to visit Israel for summer 2020 but when COVID struck, they had to reschedule the trip indefinitely. The hotel assured my parents at the time that when they return to Israel, the hotel will honor their reservation. 2 years later my parents finally feel comfortable enough to travel again only for the hotel to renege on their promise. Very shameful customer service.

Small, independent and amazing! The small hotel has superior service. It started already in the beginning with a friendly and compact welcome. In the room you have all the amenities. I have even a little garden! The bed has different choices of excellent pillows. The air-condition works well and no noise!

This was the cutest quirkiest coolest boutique hotel ever. It's perfectly located in the trendiest happening area of restaurants shops and beach. The rooms are small but has everything...comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, TV, slippers robes, wine and water and kinder chocolate eggs! In the lobby they have several jars of candy, unlimited coffee and water and in the evening bottles of champagne, all complimentary. I loved my stay here and will be back!!

The restaurant-bar was very nice. We set on the bar, had some great cocktails based on the bartender recommendations. The salad was fresh and the over all atmosphere was really great. I will definitely sit here again

The friendliest of friendly Happy people at the reception making sure you know about all the free stuff they offer. Happy hour when you arrive after a long day. Happy in a way there were free drinks! When going to our room there were cookies and milk waiting for us :-) Good products at the bathroom and everything clean and cozy.

Unfortunately, I would definitely not recommend the hotel. All in all, bad value for money. The positive: Location is great, service is generally good and breakfast is tasty. The negative: our (tiny) room smelled aweful (cigrates, mold, you name it), no hot water in the shower, elevator was broken.

Great hotel. I loved the decor, especially the fun, comic theme. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You should defenitely include breakfast. Excellent Location, friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Just a perfect stay. Modern funky small hotel, at central location, near to Dizengoff center, Perfect location, for all city experiences. The rooms are small, clean, with comfortable beds. All details are taken care of for a best mood, including wine at the room, and a free coffee machine and candies at the lobby. And with welcoming and kind staff , it was a perfect place for me.

A very clean hotel, everyone were kind and nice, the hotel's restaurant is just GREAT, and its location is actually the real highlight as you're a couple of minutes walking from almost everything in the center and from the beach. Highly recommended!

We stayed for family holiday. 3 nights and 2 rooms in-between 4 people. Very nice interior and lovely staff. There is complimentary coffee, tea, water and sweets available at the lobby. We had included breakfast at their Cucu Restaurant downstairs with absolutely superb options and food downstairs. We had some complimentary kinder eggs, wine and water in our room when we arrived with jazz playing - very nice touch. Room service every morning. Only thing is I found some toe nail clippings in my floor from previous residents (perhaps?) second day of my stay and they didn’t move despite room service every morning 🤷‍♀️ our other family members room door lock front had come off so all wiring and batteries were exposed which is not the best image if we are talking final touches. Other than that - I would recommend this place for my friends and 100%. Location is perfect. Right in the heart of buzzing Tel Aviv! Thank you for the lovely service whilst we were staying with you!

Comfortable modern stay in the heart of Tel Aviv. Our special request was kindly fulfilled and the staff were very accommodating in general. The room comes with complementary wine and Kinder eggs, which was a really fun surprise.

The staff really cares about its customers here. That’s why I will return. That and the amazing location, the perfect breakfast, access to a large gym and 20m swimming pool, and car park

Needed a place to stay last minute and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were great at checkin and offered a very nice dinner suggestion, not to mention that they upgraded my room (:. But even more helpful was that we stayed in an apartment nearby the rest of the week and they still offered to hold our bags on the last day before our flight. Very well located in the center of town near the bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Also, I usually have to tolerate bad coffee when I travel away from home in San Francisco but loved the cafe connected to the lobby. I went back there all week even after I checked out.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is super friendly and can help you with every demand. There is free coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. Only negative is the size of the rooms but you shouldn't stay in your in Tel Aviv anyway :)!

We stayed at a standart room with a balcony. The room was extremely small . Definitely no room for your belongings. The room was clean and the shower was great ! Hot water all day long . The windows and door to the balcony were old and dod not work properly so you had to play with it for a few good moments each time to close it. The AC is a central one for the whole hotel , which means tou cannot change the temperature on your room... weird.. and when you call the front desk they say that there is not much they can do to help Not a fun experience. Location is amazing.

Very nice and cute hotel. Very well located, few meters away from Dizengoff shopping center. Very fun decoration with happy hour and unlimited candies available. The pillows, cover and the bed are just perfect! The rooms are a bit tiny. We were coming for a weekend so it was perfect for us. But if you have big suitcases, I’m not sure how you can manage. Also, avoid the ground floor rooms as you have a pathway and people passing by all night long. But the overall is very good.

Best boutique hotel I have stayed at in Tel Aviv to date. Once you get over the genuine friendliness of the staff (I'm more accustomed to sterile chain hotels where it's all strictly business or faux manners) you'll have a great time. Also a fantastic location right on Dizengoff.

  • 5/5 Eli G. 4 years ago on Google
The star rating is relative to the price which was cheaper than the large hotel chain brands and included a splendid breakfast. Staff is pleasant and friendly, willing to give out information about almost everything in the city. The location is obviously fantastic and the hotel restaurant is exactly what you wish for (fine food, good ambiance and located on the main road). Our room was small (we took the option without a balcony, weather was rainy), very clean and well decorated. For us it was a bit too small. The TV had some channels from YES Satellite TV but not all and a small variety of on demand (extra fee) movies, we missed the option to cast videos (YouTube, Netflix). Bed is comfy and the ceiling is high above, a pretty large closet located on the small corridor. Shower is decorated in a fresh and tasteful manner, rubber door seal was damaged on a point where water could be leaking and the window rubber seal was not tight and a bit of cool outside air managed to get inside. You get large nice towels and bathrobes and matching home shoes. Lobby is nice, medium sized for that kind of hotel and offer free candy and cookies and hot beverages which was nice. After noon cold beer is served on the house. All in all, very recommended for couples. Maybe they have larger rooms (we did spot some small families around).

Great hotel, nice and cozy vibe. Great staff. They were very cooperative, I asked them to decorate the room for an anniversary, they did it beautifully and gave us wine on the house. Loved the Kinder Surprise surprise.
