The stay was very comfortable. The room was very chic and modern. Breakfast had huge varieties. The staff were helpful and courteous. It was conveniently located to public transportation, supermarkets and the Jerusalem Holy City (10min walk). Highly recommended!

I’ma solo traveler from the states. I’m still staying at the Leonardo. I have been here 6 days so far. When I first checked in I had some concerns. But, Hassan took care of all of my concerns and did it with a smile. He not only took care of my concerns, but he was extremely nice and extremely friendly while doing so. One of these concerns was that I have no freezer in my room to freeze my ice packs. Hassan happily took care of it by putting them in the restaurant ice cream freezer. He treated me like I was the only guest he had to take care of. When Hassan is not here, the rest of the hotel staff takes care of it for me. Hassan and the rest of the hotel staff go above and beyond what they need to. All the other staff have been wonderful. The Sabbath dinner was very impressive, and delicious to say the least. Sophian, the restaurant Manager was nothing short of fantastic. The service that Sophian and his staff provided was also fantastic. Sophian had a way of making me feel important with his kindness and giving his time and attention when needed. There was also candles outside the restaurant along with challah and a small bottle of wine designated for your table only. In addition to the great Sabbath dinner, the breakfast that Sophian and his staff provide is not only delicious, but there is a very large variety of foods to satisfy just about anyone. He had a way of making me feel appreciated. Very nice room with a balcony that has an impressive view of the cathedral down the road. The location couldn’t be better. It is a 5 minute walk to Jaffa Street, 12 minutes to Jaffa gate at the old city, and 15 minutes to Mahane Yehuda Market. I highly recommend the Leonardo Boutique Hotel.

The receptionist Marnan went above and beyond, truly impeccable service. The parking garage was difficult to figure out and she took the time to explain it succinctly. Really strange candies at the front desk though… do not eat those.

A small hotel located in the heart of the city, close to everything important. The rooms and the shared spaces are well maintained. There is a jacuzzi (no pool). The food is very good. All in all, highly recommend for a quiet urban vacation.

I stayed at Leonardo Boutique with my parents for 5 days (25-29.07.23) and it was the best choice ever. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the location was perfect - very close to the old town but at the same time a walking distance from the urban city center with many pubs and restaurants. But the best part was the staff - it’s very rare to encounter people so welcoming and friendly, determined to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special shout out to Anas from the reception who was so kind and helpful at all times. The head waiter at the breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Thank you very much, we’ll be coming back for sure! Shukran ❤️

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, perfect for couples as it’s very quiet and we had a room with a jacuzzi . The location is fabulous, 10 minute walk to the shuk and 20 minutes to the kotel. The service is first class and the staff super friendly and helpful in every way. I especially want to mention Mohammad who has taken care of us from the minute we arrived to the hotel and made sure we got the best service. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, important sites, and all within walking distance. Soufin, was such a gracious host at the restaurant where we usually had breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding and his staff made sure our group of 16 had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I’d recommend checking this hotel out!

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is nice and always helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choices, specially good quality and variety of cheeses. They also have a cafeteria offering free coffee and biscuits all the time. I stayed with my group at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The hotel was very wonderful in terms of location, services and staff. The reception staff, especially Anas and Qamar, were very kind and helpful with us in terms of guiding us to the old city, as well as the streets and restaurants around the hotel, Also the breakfast is excellent, it has everything you need, and the lounge manager Mr. Sufyan Al-Sayyad and his staff were distinguished in performance and keen to provide 5-star service in addition to making you feel at home, and the cleaning staff were also wonderful, this hotel deserves to be 6 stars, not less that.

We were group of seven and visited Israel for the first time to see Holy Land. A great boutique hotel with good services. Clean room with good amenities! Great breakfast with ample spread! Certainly recommend if you are looking for a good accommodation and great BF with a reasonable price.

This is a very good hotel located close to "Mahane Yehuda" market. I enjoyed the large and clean rooms, as well as the tasty and flavorful breakfast. The staff at the hotel were very nice, particularly Sufian, who was an excellent host. On my next trip to Jerusalem, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff is so accommodating, kind, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend the mango salad 😍 and all of the pastries!! The chef was so kind and welcomed us. The hotels manager is an absolute pleasure she welcomed us and made our stay feel like home. Would 100% recommend this hotel. The location is also amazing 10 minute walk to mamila and 5 min walk to tons of restaurants. Can’t get better than this.

We stayed for one night at the Leonardo Boutique in Jerusalem. We had an issue with a noisy vent in our room but after I called down, they quickly checked into it and decided it was best to move us to a new room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient & walking distance both to the old town of Jerusalem and to Jaffa Street and the the shops and market there. Special thank you to Qamar at the front desk - she was professional, friendly and very helpful! Recommend this hotel!

Nice boutique property, no fresh air in the rooms though. Room temperature was between 25c and 23c had to sleep with open door to balcony as there's no windows or screens in the room. Multiple calls and requests to front desk had no results. If you need a good temperature to sleep look for another hotel. Front desk didn't agree to cancel my 2nd night either and promised to fix it, nothing changed!

Nice designed boutique hotel in a very good location in the city center. The room was nice and clean but the air conditioning system was bad and hardly worked most of the time. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, coffee could have been better but the coffee in the lobby was good.

Beautiful rooms! Specifically decorated for our wedding night. Great service. Allowed us to check out late. Very friendly. And we loved the jacuzzi in our room (except that there we some mosquitoes I think and that it's partially exposed to the street. But that almost didn't take away from our great experience). Would definitely recommend going here.

DO NOT COME CLOSE TO THIS PLACE! Omg What we have experienced there just never happened to us before! We got back to the hotel at 10pm at night, the TV wasn’t working, no one answered in the desk, had to go downstairs No one was there!!! I found this guy working as a facility manager asked him for help After 30 min! He got back with ANOTHER BROKEN remote and the TV was still not working I asked them to switch us rooms- his response was “ what do you want lady?!? These kind of things can happen, we have no one here in the desk and I’m here all alone”. Long story short, we had no TV, no one to provide service , front desk was EMPTY for the whole night. And we got no compensation. I have never in my life experienced such back service . Terrible

The hotel was very good in terms of quality and more specifically location. I also to.particularly point out Hasan the hotel representative in the front desk. He was courteous and provided critical recommendations regarding places to visit, where to eat and better modes of transportation inside the city His help saved me tons of time and made my stay much more productive. So Thanks Hasan

This trip became a wonderful experience because of Hasan at the front desk. He was very friendly, very patient, and extraordinarily helpful. He guided us on where to go, how to get there and recommended some outstanding restaurants. There are a lot of places to stay in Jerusalem but not a lot of Hasans at the front desks. Hats off to Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem.

We were a large group of 23 people, and considering the complications of that, the hotel team did great. The rooms were clean and nice, the view was pretty, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was amazing.

Wonderful service and personalized attention! The daily breakfast was exceptional! AND even beyond these accolades, I would like to give particular mention to Khaled who served us daily at breakfast! He could not have been more hospitable! He is an exceptional professional! He was the best start to each of our mornings!

Located close to Yaffo street, very easy to reach all the good stuff. Not so close to Ben-Yehuda market though. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a nice design. Service was great, and the food was delicious and diverse. We went there to celebrate our anniversary, together with our baby girl, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is fine for Shabbat keepers, though it lacks a dedicated room for prayers (no Sefer Torah). We totally recommend this hotel for couples. We think of returning for another vacation.
