In the heart of east Jerusalem, close to everything, it's perfect, clean and comfortable with just a little bit of noise in the evening but you're in the middle of a great city.

Nice, modest hotel. It's located close to Jaffa St and right across from a nice Kosher Restaurant, Cafe Rimon. Breakfast and happy hour are offered at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Fairly quiet yet steps away from Jaffa Street. They also have a cool Happy Hour from 5-7 with wine, vegetables, fruit and cakes. A lot of guests attended. Our bathroom was remodeled. The internet was very slow, we could hear noise through the walls and the little flies were annoying. A bit pricey. Thatā€™s why the 4 star review.

Don't stay here, well located in the center of new Jerusalem but old and dirty, dirty rugs and terribly dirty duvets, is more like 2 stars in USA

Great little hotel with lovely dƩcor, comfortable rooms and friendly staff right in the center of Jerusalem's pedestrian mall

Very bad breakfast, staff wasnā€™t good and the rooms had really bad windows and a horrible view. Maybe good for a 3 star hotel but not for 5 STARS!!!

Absaloutly fantastic - the service, hospitality and demeanor is of the Ritz in London except better since it is sincere. The staff at reception define elegance, kindness and service. I have been here 3 times and they remembered me from my last visit 1.5 years ago!!! You will not find better staff anywhere. The rooms are charming, clean, with character imparting a sence of sophistication and home. You will not find a better hotel in Jerusalem than this.

Perfect location located in the centre and close to the tram station but if you are coming with a private car parking might be an issue

Nice hotel with small but well equipped rooms. Clean and maintained. Great location , in the mid between Machne market and old city. The staff is nice and helpful , and there is also a parking near by with parking agreement. Welcome water , few sweets and fruits in the room which is great ! Things to improve : Breakfast - although it has a good verity , the taste is very simple , the coffee is bad (not sure why don you use espresso machine like you have in the rooms which is great !) , salmon fish is gummy (not best quality), the pastry were dry and cold (there are so many great bakeries around you , can you get a fresh pastry ?) The happy hour (which is nice idea !) also can be better in terms of food quality... WiFi - sucks !! we are in 2023 , fiber is everywhere , and hotels WiFi is hardly working (forget about streaming ...)

Nothing like it's sister hotel in Tel Aviv. Staff need retraining in customer service(ecpt the Armenian girl, sorry for name), poor wifi, advertised happy hour but on available on Sat apparently due to Shabbat. Was available on Friday when it was Shabbat? Breakfast was available on Shabbat and your hotel in Tel-Aviv services it everyday. No mention of this when checking in.

One front desk staff was awesome and super friendly. Kudos unfortunately I did not get her name. The other front desk and restaurant head person seems disinterested and borderline angry. Almost like the guests are an annoyance, very unfortunate. A fly got in our room and when trying to swat it away an unbelievable thick layer of dust flew off the ledge and trim that circles the top of the wall so perhaps better cleaning. Other Atlas hotels offer welcome drinks, but not this property. Rooms and hotel is nicely decorated and comfortable, food was ok, but doesn't compare to it's other Atlas properties. Poor wifi.

Excellent location (halfway between old town and Mahne Yehuda). Incredibly helpful staff. Our flight got in early and they let us check in by 9am 'cause they had a room available. Clean, comfortable rooms. Couldn't ask for more.

It's a very sweet hotel right in the middle of the city, walking distance from all the fun places. The hotel is very clean and the service is super nice. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit small

This hotel reminds me of boutique hotels in Manhattan. The rooms are not spacious but they are so much thought through that you don't mind it. The design does not resemble US based hotels as it has a middle eastern vibe to it. The location is also superb right on the main shopping street. All in all, the Arthur hotel is one of the best accommodation choices in Jerusalem regardless of nightly rate.

Prime location, close to most restaurants, close to the old city, excellent staff. They have parking arrengment with a near underground parking, about 5 min walking distance. The happy hour between 17:00 to 19:00 is a very nice concept.

Atlas is our favorite boutique hotel chain in Israel. However we found Arthur hotel to be sub-par with the rest of the hotels we stayed in. Avoid breakfast - usually breakfast meals in Israeli hotels are lavish and diverse. This one was not fresh and with very limited selections. You can find much better and cheaper options just outside the hotel

I cannot speak highly enough of the Arthur Hotel. The hotel is part of the Atlas group, which has a number of hotels in Israel. The group is focussing on smaller, boutique style hotels in central areas. Their hotels are notable for great service and little extras, such as a happy hour. The rooms at the Arthur aren't huge, but they're big enough. The rooms are modern, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and consistently maintained. Air conditioning and quiet and works well. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. In the bathroom there is a range of shower products. One suggestion for improvement would be some more shelf space for storing bathroom products. The staff at the Arthur are exemplary: young, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Faultless. As for the breakfast, which is part of the deal, wow! The breakfast features a lot of local delicacies. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious, including eggs done multiple ways. You can also get excellent espresso coffee. I was particularly taken by the range of teas that can be freshly brewed in clever litte teapots. At 5.00pm all guests can partake of the happy our. A range of complementary mezze and snacks are provided, along with white wine, red wine, juices, tea and coffee. I believe that every Atlas hotel does this, and it's a terrific idea. Really nice to sit down and take the edge off after a big day exploring this magnificent city. The Arthur is brilliantly located about 1k from the Jaffa gate to the old city in a very vibrant and exciting area with many bars, shops, cafes, and restaurants. You really couldn't get a better location. If I ever return to Jerusalem--and I hope I do--I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

We were in a room with a balcony. The room was big enough for a couple and the mattress in the room was very comfortable! The hotel staff was very kind :) We ate breakfast at the hotel on Saturday, I liked the meal less (maybe because it was Saturday and the meal was different for kosher reasons). To sum up: the hotel is great for a short vacation in Jerusalem and is in a great location!

Arthur hotel in Jerusalem is part of Atlas hotel group, Last year we stayed at the Harmony hotel also belonging to the Atlas group in Jerusalem and we have had a fabulous stay. This year we decided to stay at the Arthur hotel. We fell in love from the first moment. The check in was very easy and the reception was kind. The hotel is cozy and clean. Very comfortable and has a perfect location. The crew was service oriented and tried to fulfill any of our wishes. Breakfast was excellent. We also used the parking arrangements of the hotel which worked perfectly for us. One can tell that the place is managed professionally with lots of care and love to the guest as well as to the employees. We will definitely come again also with friends. Very good value for money.
