Where do I begin with this Gem? Do I start with its impeccable appearance, both in and out? Or should I begin with the owner, his family and their staffs hospitality? I think the most important thing for me was it gave my mother, my niece, my nephew and I an overwhelming feeling of comfort, a home from home. This was our second time staying at a hotel when visiting Palestine, our last experience (not going to mention the hotel) was a disappointment. But Mizirawi exceeded our expectations, honestly it did. Words cannot describe the genuine kindness of the owner/his family and staff. Prior to arriving, I had inquired about a gym near the hotel. On my second day, one of the employee's walked me over to the neighborhood gym and translated everything for me( my Arabic is horrible). When I had agreed to sign up, I did not convert USD to shekels yet, so the employee pulled his OWN MONEY from his pocket, PAID for me and told me to pay him back whenever!!! First time meeting this gentlemen and his gesture took me back. Obviously I paid him back, but no exaggerations, thats was a very small example of the genuine kindness I experienced from Mizirawi. It got to point where I began to hesitate to ask questions lol. The cleanliness of this hotel was on point, I mean spic and span, floors were always glowing, the beds were extremely comfortable, their double rooms consisted of two QUEEN BEDS! They barely have that here in America lol, but to have that in Ramallah?! To sum up how staying at Mizirawi Hotel was such a beautiful experience for my family and I, I intend on purchasing land in the near future and building a house very similar to the exterior and size of this beautiful hotel, a home from home.

I originally booked for 2 nights and then extended for 3 nights. This is an excellent hotel, quiet, clean, and friendly service. It's close to the city center and at the same time quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ramallah. I plan to stay at Mizirawi Hotel next time I visit Ramallah, and I hope to stay in the Beit Room which has the old architecture.

Rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, showers are fantastic - hot and with great water pressure. Location is perfect too - it’s about one block from the center of Ramallah, but somehow on a quiet street.

Great location, great staff. Mahmoud the receptionist is very helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond every time we asked for something. Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service. Food was good, just an overall great value for the money. Rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Seraj picked us up from the border arrival terminal and made our commute to the hotel smooth and easy. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Our stay was about 10 days long. The service was extraordinary! Greeted every time we walked in and out of the hotel. Our needs being constantly met and more from directions, taxis, restaurants or even tourist attractions. The owners were extremely helpful in every aspect! Helping us by getting us the best prices, best routes, even telling us which coffee places were the best! They were so helpful and accommodating with our 2 children. The hotel is owned by an amazing family. They were there everyday and greeted us with smiles! The location of course is perfect! Walking distance to everywhere you want to go to in Ramallah. I would strongly recommend this hotel and definitely can not wait to book again!

Me and my family stayed at Mizrawi hotel for 2 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel and the rooms were so clean, comfortable and spacious. Me and my husband got the historic room and it was authintic and incredible. The breakfast was delcious and personal. The staff were friendly and kind. The location is in the heart of Ramallah, many facilities are nearby. We will difinitly visit again, highly recommended.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in the city. Fantastic location, next door to the cultural centre, within walking distance to shops and places of interest. The rooms are bright, clean and very spacious with everything you could need and extremely comfortable. But particularly, the staff and service was outstanding. We had a warm welcome and great advice for touring round the city. I cant rate highly enough. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers - big thank you to Mizirawi Hotel for a wonderful stay.

It is unfair to be named a hostel! It qualifies to be a 4-star hotel. - The rooms are big, spacious, high quality furniture, private bathroom, wide range of entertainment on tv - the location is very central - the manager Oday is very welcoming, funny, generous and helpful - so you will feel home - the property is an ancient buidling with a modern interior - very authentic - the price is very reasonable We loved our stay and we will definitely book there again. We stayed for 6 nights in March 2022. A family with a 5 years old kid☺️

I felt like home. very nice place, the host are kind and helpful. room is clean. enough hot shower. there are free coffee and tea. Big kitchen, laundry machine 10NIS by yourself. Close to city center, you can get Everything near by.

Beautiful hotel at an excellent location with a very modern/nice infrastructure. The rooms are big and come with everything one needs. The hotel manager and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us getting an appointment at the best hairdresser in town, find a nice place for dinner and organize our transportation in the area. Furthermore, they assisted with all kinds of tips and local insights. A truly great place to stay where one immediately feels at home. Can only recommend :)

Very polite and helpful hosts. We had always interesting talks and got tips what to do and how to go there. We enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very clean. The location is perfect in a calm neighbourhood but still in the city centre near Arafat Square.

We enjoyed very much our time in the hotel. We visited much hotels in Palestine but this new hotel is something very special. Because of the great location we could visit much places every day and be back fast to relax in the hotel for the rest of the day. Absolutely stunning hotel, and very convenient location. This was our first time visiting Ramallah and the staff was so warm and welcoming. Their level of English is great and they even helped us to know a great place to eat. The whole hotel was so clean, despite a dust/sand storm the previous week. The rooms were well equipped also. It is such a beautiful gem in the city. If we are able to return to Ramallah, we will definitely stay here again!

I unknowingly booked a room at this hotel on a fake website. However when I arrived, the employees were very helpful and were still able to find me a room. The room was super nice, comfortable bed, everything was clean, and great location in Ramallah.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful luxury hotel with a very spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. We initially had booked one night but decided to stay longer because we enjoyed it so much. This is a family business, the owners and employees are so friendly and helpful, thinking of every little detail that made our stay so special. Also the location is very central in Ramallah, this hotel is 100% recommended!

I visited Ramallah with two friends from London in October 2022. The Mizirawi hotel was our home for two nights and it was excellent. We had a huge room, the staff were very welcoming, and it's located only a few minutes walk from many bars and restaurants (check out Aleppo Cafe!). I look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was on point👌. We do NOT regret visiting. If you're wondering about anything... let me tell you, they take care of everything. You don't even have to worry. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, it's well organized, cozy sooo comfortable, big rooms, and the most important thing it's CLEAN, breakfast was amazing, they make sure you have everything , quiet, close to many things in the city, and it felt like home 💕. I've visited Ramallah before, but if anyone asks, I will definitely recommend choosing the Mizirawi hotel. I can say that THEY made the trip absolutely beautiful, especially since we came during the rainy days. Very thankful🤍

Very nice new well-maintained boutique hotel with garden in the heart of Ramallah , close to city centre and a lot of attractions ,coffee shops and restaurants، But still far from the crowd or noise.. The hotel itself is new but it was before a very beautiful old stone traditional house that was renovated and enlarged,with large rooms/suites well aminated,very clean and excellent breakfast, east and west style.. The owners an the staff is very kind and helpful,and do everything to let you with gorgeous feeling.. Very recommended specially for people looking for special experience, either couples or families..

This was my first stay with the hotel, and it definitely will not be the last. From the workers to the owners of this hotel everything was just perfect. Through out our month long stay they treated my family and I like their own. Whenever they saw me alone they’d ask if I needed assistance with getting around Ramallah or anywhere I needed to go. We’ve even had the owners themselves call in to check up on us while out in the country just to make sure all was safe and good won’t our family. Never have I experienced such loving and genuinely caring people. The hotel it self was very clean and always stocked with all the amenities needed for our long stay. Hospitality throughout their business was exceptionally great! If you are planning a stay in Ramallah, whether alone or with family like myself, this hotel is definitely the place to be.
