I was already in Tel Aviv looking for a hotel to stay and enjoy my stay in Tel Aviv, as I rented a place so awful I literally had to escape. I came to the Rothschild 65 and was greeted with the most wonderful reception. Ilana, the head of reception, as well as all the staff in the whole hotel, are friendly, helpful and always there to help you with whatever you need. Located in the centre of Tel Aviv, the hotel's location is unique, my room was beautiful, bright and clean, Omer the F&B manager takes care of an exceptional experience in terms of breakfast and the "happy hour" from 5pm to 7pm. All in all, I really did not want to leave the hotel, I had extended my stay, but...I will be back! This hotel deserves a million stars!

The most welcoming boutique hotel we've been to. Extremely comfortable and lots of complementary treats that make you feel at home. We'll definitely be back :)

I had gone on a solo vacation on a whim a few months ago and was daunted with the overwhelming task of choosing a hotel in Tel Aviv. One will easily get lost within the many options, including those adjacent to Rothschild Boulevard. A highly strategic location does not guarantee satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my spontaneity did not back-fire, and I was immersed in a beautiful experience within my stay. Staff is extremely responsive, and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and if you like urban beauty as much as I do, you'll find that the rooms with city-center views more than satisfactory. The hotel is overlooking the Boulevard and gives a point for thought for those contemplating between a sea-view to a city-center view room. If you are a tourist, I recommend getting the room with the city-center view, as it will give you a unique and authentic insight into the daily life of the locals. 65 offers one of best breakfasts a boutique hotel offers for this price range, so I recommend including a breakfast in your deal. The pricing is more than fair so value for money did not disappoint me. If you are on a budget but somehow still look to get the full "Boutique Hotel" experience, and get a real sense of Tel Aviv, as well as a winner location close to the beach, and all the attractions - This is the ultimate winner in its price range. My only tip to 65 - Never change!

Without knocking, a worker unlocked our room while we were there and walked straight in, thinking no one was there. He said sorry and quickly left. A bit later, I told the front desk and they were aware of what happened. They apologized and said his intention was to make sure we had chocolates, which we already did. But they failed to recognize the gravity of the incident; trust in safety, security and privacy were breached, and their main response was to give an excuse, that the worker's intention was well-meaning. I understand that accidents happen, but it just felt like they didn't care much, like it wasn't a big deal. I won't be returning to this one, and I'll be wary of all Atlas Hotels in the future. But the room itself was fine. There's access to a rooftop view. Breakfast was good.

We just finished a 9 night stay at Hotel 65. From the checkin to checkout the staff and service was impeccable. The breakfast and Happy Hour are on par with the 5 star hotels in which we have stayed in Tel Aviv. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the amenities are perfect! The rooftop provides a quiet retreat and is lovely. Bottom line ā€¦ great value and absolutely the best area to in Tel Aviv!!!!!

Hi. I liked but couldnā€™t say I loved the 65. The price to value is not aligned. I stayed for five nights and was planning to stay another two nights. But I had a bad taste as when I added my fifth night, the rate was way higher ($300) than the value. No deference to my already having been a great for four nights. The final value point is I canceled the added 2 nights after looking at a modern 5 āļø hotel a few blocks away. 65 was 33% more expensive than a fantastic property. The rooms are minimal with extremely small bathrooms. Housekeeping makes your bed but doesnā€™t change sheets. Maybe that is the local practice. Breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. Excellent food with incredible choices. Two excellent employees are Carmel and Yossi.

Cannot say enough about the service and this property. First, the breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent omlettes, great French toast, wonderful accompaniments. Just overall excellent. And great coffee. The waitresses were so friendly and adorable. The front desk staff was ultra helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The cleaning staff was attentive and actually asked you if you were happy with your room when they saw you. A great property that is obviously managed very well. Oh - and the roof top views...top notch! The location is in the heart of everything. Walk on Rothschild in either direction and you're in the middle of great restaurants, night life, activities.

Great Hotel, All is rebuilt and revamped. New rooms, Very few rooms in every floor. Great food, Center of Tel Aviv - Great rooftop balcony and great services. Not a walking distance from the beach - But central to everything else in Tel Aviv.

Nice little gem of a hotel with great location and friendly staff. I stayed for four days in late July 2023. The first two nights I didn't get much sleep because of road construction outside the hotel from 10 PM through the night. But that's hardly the fault of the hotel. I would stay there again.

Overall I felt the reception staff let this hotel down from being rated 5/5. + Great location. Clean. Vibrant area. Hot water. Nice amenities. Really happy with the hotel itself. - Reception manager, Romashkin, was not hospitable when I checked in. She was fine with the other clients. She was distracted and doing other things when she was checking me in. I asked her to repeat what she said and she closed her eyes in what I perceived as frustration - Iā€™m a native English speaker and she was mumbling and speaking extremely fast so it didnā€™t make sense at all. She needs more warmth and more patience with foreigners. - The shower of the room next to me was next to the wall where my bed was - makes no sense as I heard everything and it disturbed me. - They didnā€™t fill the complimentary mini bar even though they are meant to. - I left my bags with reception upon check-out but it didnā€™t seem safe because anyone could have taken my bags. They didnā€™t give a receipt for them nor did they make sure it was me who was picking up my bag. So anyone could have taken any bag as the other lady at reception rudely said ā€œjust take itā€.

This is a three-star hotel with four-and-a-half-star service and five-star friendliness. You might have to make some concessions in terms of cleanliness. It's better not to look too closely. But don't get me wrong: On the one hand, the rooms are quite clean, but on the other hand, the corridors, the floors, the bathrooms and the walls are so dark that one suspects that the cleanliness might not be taken very seriously. The toilets are very small, by the way, and the sinks are even smaller. And neither in the restaurant nor at the bar there is beer (but only "noble" wine). It would have been better to do without carpets. Because carpets never forget ...

A wonderful hotel. Great service lovely clean rooms. Best location in Tel Aviv. Courteous staff and great service. The management goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. On top of all that the breakfast is outstanding

The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to so many sites. Our room (classic room) was well sized, cleaned every day, and the minibar restocked everyday (which was free). There is complimentary wine and espresso, along with a nice happy hour for food. Their breakfastā€¦phenomenal!!

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Customer service is fantastic, hotel is extremely clean, coffee/wine always available plus a lovely little happy hour in the afternoons. Rooms are lovely, even the standard/basic room. So pleasant. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back when weā€™re in TLV again.

Excellent hotel manager - very present throughout the day, very friendly with both guests and his staff. When we were not entirely happy with our room after check-in, he made personally sure we would be able to change it and even offered us breakfast for the inconvenience of changing room. Best manager we've seen so far. Great location, calm, excellent breakfast (never seen everything being replaced as fast as here when something was only half full). Amazing view to the Tel Aviv skyline from the rooms, especially on the higher floors. Great rooftop terrace. Free wine, snacks 24/7, large aperitivo from 1700-1900. Great massage offering also.

Yes, clean, modern & amazing breakfast. Also, Outstanding service! We had a medical situation and the hotel was able to call a doctor, with whom I spoke for 5-10 minutes, free of charge.

The room had a large king bed, free water bottles every day, prompt service; the breakfast buffet is out of this world; complimentary happy hour every afternoon; and free wine 24/7. The hotel is also in a truly amazing location thatā€™s perfect for exploring Tel Aviv (Jaffa, Nev Tzedek, amazing restaurants, Carmel Market, etc) and catching tours to Dead Sea, Masada, Jerusalem, etc. Everything is walking distance at 25minutes or less.

Chose the hotel for the location and the breakfast, and indeed both were wonderful. Service is courteous and efficient. On the other hand though, the room was very basic and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Free wine all day was a nice touch. Weā€™ll come again for the breakfast, but will try other hotels in this chain (Atlas).

The staff of the reception (and more specifically the lady that was working on the 20th of March 2023 at 16:00) are inappropriate for this hotel. I would have rate the hotel with 5 stars if I could forget everything about the reception staff! The room was good size, with enough storage, clean, with all the amenities needed. The only thing I would change are the pillows (but this is a personal choice, and I donā€™t consider it negative for the hotel). Something I am super exited about is the breakfast. It was delicious ā€“ full of local flavors ā€“ and very friendly staff.

Great hotel, the rooms are small btlut jive, breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are OK but you can hear the other rooms (neighbor) as šŸšæ is just close to the šŸ›.... The location and free parking is really great also the happy hours and free drinks. Would be 5 šŸŒŸ if no noise.

Loved this hotel. Staff was warm and friendly. Free wine and coffee 24/7 downstairs. Beautiful view of Tel Aviv from the rooftop. Excellent walkable area

We lucked out with this beautiful, intimate hotel right in one of the best areas in Tel Aviv! I was skeptical booking another hotel in Tel Aviv after a disappointing experience with one just off the beach during our last trip. Let's just say the pictures definitely hid the reality. I was a little afraid that would be the case here too. But oh my goodness, did Hotel 65 deliver. The lobby is one you actually want to hang out in, with comfy seating and wine and coffee offered 24/7. There are snacks at happy hour as well and their breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful. So good that it draws in passersby who come to eat there. Our room was modern, cozy, and - huge for me - PROPERLY air conditioned. Lol. The bed was comfy, there were places to sit, a vanity, well appointed bathroom with perfect water pressure in the shower. I couldn't have asked for better. And the view! So awesome. The building is circular so the rooms - at least the one we stayed in - have a curved bank of windows that look out into the city. Draw the curtains and you have complete blockage of light. Open them and you see the beautiful trees of Rothschild, and the gorgeous city of Tel Aviv. You can even pop one of the windows open for some fresh air. On our checkout day we finally took advantage of the e-scooters parked so conveniently just outside and spent several hours exploring, able to head to places we wouldn't have been able to by just walking. Yaffo's flea market, the beach boulevard, up and down Rothschild, Nevet Tzedek... we had a fabulous time. The staff at Hotel 65 are also wonderful and have my gratitude. You made our stay, thank you. From check in/check out, to answering questions, to the service during breakfast. You all are certainly one of the reasons we will absolutely be back. I can't wait to visit again.

The breakfast here is phenomenal, the staff at breakfast were so friendly and their English was flawless. I can't say the same about the front desk staff. Staying in this area of Tel Aviv you see Bauhaus architecture everywhere however this hotel is a repurposed bank building built in the 1970s. It makes for terrible hotel rooms. Unlike the surrounding Bauhaus buildings, there are no balconies here or even windows that open. In fact we paid for an upgraded higher floor with a view but the tinted glass is covered with polka dots that block the view. And because it is not a purpose built hotel, the bathrooms are squished into a tiny little corner. I have never seen a smaller bathroom in my life. On a positive note, the free water in the fridge is a nice touch. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience at hotel 65 for the second time. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, just like my previous visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Food and location are great! but the rest is pretty regular, no more. Rooms are small and with standard conditions (no view, very small bath, coffee machine, sodas, no hot tub), location is perfect - market, restaurants, bars, theater.. the happy hour is nice, the breakfast is amazing. Perfect if the city is what you're looking for, and not the room.

Fabulous place to stay. Right in the thick of Rothschild, great happy hour and breakfast. I have nothing but praise for the quality relative to price.

Stayed here for a brief getaway with my wife. We were upgraded to a top floor suite which is obviously a good way to start. We enjoyed the wine and Capuchinos in the loby. As well as very nice Breakfast(breakfast recommendations was one of the reasons we selected the place to begin with). Just in general we felt pampered. Perfect vacation.

The good: location, location, location The bad: rooms are small, actually it's not possible to sit on the toilet straight because of the sink. AC, phone, furniture, all look old and need to be replaced. Only two black coffee doses, you want more than one cup p.p? Too bad, call the room service... We came with a baby and they didn't had place in the underground parking, when we checked out i came to pickup my wife and nobody helped her with a suitcase and a stroller to get to the car. Overall, we will never come back...

Our third time in this hotel. Still very nice.Excellent breakfast, great location, tidy rooms, but this time the service was dissapointing. The guy in the lobby looked very tired and bored. What happened to the great people that used to work there before? Happy hour included only wine that we have to pour by ourselves from machine.A little bit sad...

Spent 1.5 weeks in this hotel and I can say that the location of the hotel was perfect. Easily accessible from the airport by taxi and it made it easy for me to discover the city from this area. In general, the staff was very kind, polite and accomodating towards me, except for one bald guy who was working in the restaurant. He had his own issues or something personal towards me but I didnā€™t allow him to ruin my experience. The breakfasts were really delicious and there was a wide range of choice to choose from. I added a few pictures just to give an idea of what to expect. On the 8th floor, the view is quite stunning. It was marvelous to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view, especially during the evenings. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend to everyone.

Flawless amazing hotel at a perfect location. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute! Best service I got in an Israeli hotel. Special thanks to Koby the restaurant manager that made our experience even better and spoiled our boy with special treats and amazing attitude. He literally waited to meet him at the hotelā€™s restaurant every day. Also the breakfast is absolutely ammmaaaazing!!!! It is well noticeable that this hotel is managed excellently. Very impressive.

Fantastic boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Tel Aviv. Our second time there and it was as good as the first time. Top notch service and facility, great room layout and size. The breakfast is excellent too.

Lovely boutique hotel! Fantastic location, great design, nice rooms, very clean, excellent service from a friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast is great, and there is complimentary wine throughout the day and a Happy Hour in the afternoon. I was also impressed by the level of compliance with Covid regulations. You walk out of the hotel into the bustle of Rothchild Blv. with great cafes, restaurants and shops all around. Loved it- and will be returning.

Enjoyed very much the stay in the hotel. Location is perfect and close to the center as well as to all attractions and to the hype of Tel Aviv. All services were excellent, the room and facilities extremely pleasant. Breakfast - the best to my taste-not too much but very nicely served and rich. Staff at reception and lounge extremely helpful and warmly polite. Will be happy to spend more time in the future and warmly recommend!!

Although the hotel room was comfortable and in a good location - the staff was rude, unsynchronized and ruined the vibe. I was supposed to get my car and meet a group of people for breakfast (additional charge + the staff was informed twice) but the staff actually prevented them from entering the garage (with my car) for 20 minutes by asking them lots of questions and even after theyā€™ve entered the staff was rude enough and set them up from the tableā€¦ really unpleasant Iā€™m sorry but thatā€™s not a hospitality of a boutique hotel.

Very nice hotel in an amazing location for a city getaway/vacation in TA. The room wasn't very spacious and the decor, while pleasant overall, does occasionally lean towards tacky. But other than that our staying was highly enjoyable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room and hotel in general were clean and generally well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and hearty. The roof is very nice, especially at night. So is the wine dispenser at the lobby. We might come back, and would definitely recommend to friends.

  • 4/5 Tal 1 year ago on Google
In all, the experience was good. The breakfast was the best, full of taste, fresh and a lot of variety. The rooftop is a great addition, lovely vibe. Also the service was pleasant. On the other hand, the look and feel of the room was a 3 stars level. Ours was not clean, couldnā€™t use the bathrobe due to stains, the fridge didnā€™t work properly, the floor was sticky and the bathtub drainage was clogged so while taking a shower you stood in knee high water.

  • 4/5 amit h. 1 year ago on Google
Nice and clean room, small like most hotels in Tel-Aviv. Free minibar and chocolate + wine, pretty generous. Good breakfast but the Lobby was packed at breakfast time, people were angry around that they don't have a place to sit. Roof top is nice, but small and doesn't have a sea view.

First time visiting Tel Aviv / Israel. This hotel was amazing. Very updated in design and actually functional hotel rooms. Breakfast and happy hour every day, which was super convenient. Itā€™s conveniently located on Rothschild so you can walk essentially everywhere. Lots of restaurants up and down the street. Hotel staff were excellent! Iā€™m definitely coming back to stay here the next time I visit Tel Aviv. I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to friends and family.
