Great experience, even better staff My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven wonderful days. The location is very convenient and allowed us to walk the city. The room was the best and largest for its class (much more expensive hotels don’t have comparable rooms). Best of all was our experience with the staff, clearly “best in class”. Alon, the GM, Gal, the front desk manager, as well as the others did their best to make our stay a great experience.

Hip and friendly hotel; with amazing staff. Hotel is in a great location in the city, with many things to do within walking distance. The hotel has a happy hour everyday( free drinks & snacks) and has an amazing espresso machine. There are free bikes to use. Our bags did not make it on this trip, but the staff made the calls to the airlines on our behalf. I cannot write enough how the staff made this place special and they went above & beyond. Shout out to Litta, Nicola/Nicole ( sorry for the mis spelling) & the night manager; they gave us great tips on places to visit & truly engaged with us. There is construction going on next door, but the noise is not really noticeable. We were staying in room 18.

A wonderful place to feel well: My visit in TLV this time was under unpleasant circumstances - luckily I had just enough luck to stay at this hotel. I had their simplest room, and it was just right: well planned, nicely and tastefully decorated, cleverly organized, moreover - pretty silent, although the hotel is at the heart of the most visited area - the lovely Rotschild Blvd. A fun fact is that it is a family run hotel and the family history is present. A huge plus is the welcoming "living-room" lobby, in which coffee and cookies are complementary and the atmosphere is comforting and home-like (if you have a great family of arty intellectual people...) The staff was always beyond helpful, always friendly and available. The location is clearly without any doubt the best by far. Absolutely a place to return to!

Great service with very nice rooms in a historic building. Each room has an espresso machine and a minibar plus the downstairs lounge and library has a great happy hour that is complementary. It is in a tight location between two other buildings so many rooms don't have much of a view but that is more than made up for by its location and the very friendly service.

Best hotel experience ever, I interacted with many different staff members and every single person was amazing. I stayed here for a work trip for a week and felt at home every day, the staff there was so caring and considerate. I would stay here over a larger hotel any day. The location was amazing as well, lots of great restaurants and bars around. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for any traveler.

I travel a lot for work, and picked the rothschild because I like unique, comfortable hotels. The architecture and styling of the hotel is beautiful, and the service is nothing short of 5 star. The lobby staff were always ready to help with anything I needed, above and beyond for the modest price. It was also very easy to come and go quietly treating it like my own little posh apartment on Rothschild Blvd. Above and beyond for the modest price. The location is fantastic, I didn't try the restaurant out front, because I didn't need to, there are so many little cafes and bars in the neighborhood. They also have Nespresso machines in the rooms, and even obliged my addiction with extra cups. Theres also refreshments in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Not the largest living space, but the quality of the hotel made up for it! Great customer service with state of the art, modern technology throughout in the actual hotel-room. The lights, tv, all of the technology seemed so "smart house" like. Would definitely invest in future reservations.

as it may seem, it is a clean place. spacious rooms, quite, and have almost all the facilities. yet! as a high level place there are a few things they miss...such as rooms service late at night. but they do have a clean place and simple clean decoration.

Great service and location. My room was very spacious and comfortable and came with a complimentary bottle of alcohol. There's a bus stop just a few metres away so it's very convenient as well

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. I came in expecting a good experience, and they blew it out of the water! The rooms are comfortable and well kept, the location is central to the beach, shops, etc, but the people are what really make it- the staff was super friendly and not only helped us out with anything we asked for, but anticipated ways to make any request better. They’re top notch, I highly recommend staying here!

Best hotel stay ever. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Free happy hour is a must and they let us take their bikes for free to the beach and gave us beach towels

We love this place and stayed here for the second time. Comfortable and clean room in style. Very friendly and helpful staff! Not to mention the great location at the famous Rothschild boulevard.

We did not know what to expect when we booked and walked in the front door. We were very happy that we tried it. Great location, We had a large apartment. Staff was outstanding. No on site restaurant or gym, but we got vouchers to nearby restaurants and gym that were very good. Great value at reasonable price.
