Location is very close to beach. View of sea from my room. Cleanliness level I found to be great, same as the customer service. The breakfast was very comprehensive and fresh. Parking for free was awesome. Will definitely come back here.

The family suite is huge - two bedrooms (one ensuite) and a large living room. There is a small fridge, a small electric stove, a kettle. While I think the offical capacity is 5 a larger family would fit well to. The double bed in the parents bedroom is from 2 single-bed put together and the matress wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast is in the lobby buffet-style. The selection was quite limited, possibly because we were during passover.

Like many of the old hotels on the Beach in Tel-Aviv, this hotel has suffered the passage of time. The lobby is clean and nice enough, the hallways to the rooms have a distinct scary factor and the rooms are dated (read: original) and need a lot of love. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is that it has free underground parking, albeit in a very tight space. It is a stone's throw from the beach, so that's a plus. I wouldn't stay here again.

5 stars for the size of the suites and the location and view of the sea. 3 stars for everything else. This hotel looks like it had a face-lift a few years ago, but not a very successful one, although it still charges the same rates that some of the nicer, swankier boutique or large hotels charge. The hallways reeked of what smelled like Axe body spray. The rooms all felt a bit dated. Staff did not clean very well and we had to ask for extra towels (two in the entire two-bedroom suite when we arrived). Reception was weirdly aggressive, rude or helpful. I never knew what I would get. Breakfast was also a bit of a disappointment--it looked like it would be amazing from the photos, but it was a just okay with a good amount of salad options, but coffee came from a machine, pastries were stale, limited fresh fruit and healthy cereal options. And our stay ran through Shabbat, so breakfast was even more limited on Saturday morning. Would not ever book there again, but could see how this would meet the needs for others, especially families that need larger suite space.

The one-room suite is very big and has a beautiful view of the ocean, only 1 block away. The rooms are very quiet, and the front-desk clerks are very friendly. Free parking!! (Good for small cars.) However, the hotel seems old and a little damp which made us stuffy - otherwise Tel Aviv is the only city where we have no allergies and we love that. Due to the musty feeling of the rooms, we would choose a more modern building next time. But this might be really good for a large family that values space.

The hotel is really close to the beach and it has underground parking. The parking is pretty narrow, suitable for small cars. The rooms, bathroom, fridge and the kitchen are really outdated and tiny. We took the family room and it was surprisingly small. The area is pretty noisy, hearing cars beeping all the time. Some information is misleading, we looked for a place that provides laundry service. The hotel description implies that it has a laundry service, however I have been told that there is a nearby laundry shop if I'll need it.

Smart location very close to the sea (so perfect for an early morning swim); friendly personnel; great breakfast; lounge area; ...

Alot of things in the rooms were either not very clean, or broken - mold on the roof near the air-conditioning, very dirty vents, broken window handles. But the breakfast buffet was nice, the chefs are very friendly, and the rooftop is nice to relax on. It's also in a prime spot right by the beach.

Nice location, took the family suite. poor breakfast, TV's very small and snowy, very loud air condition. Help desk not available all the time.

This hotel was such a great find. We had the most beautiful suite with a huge terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The hotel was extremely well maintained. Clean and modern with friendly staff and an overall comfortable atmosphere. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable and was ready when we arrived. My husband and were travelling with our daughter (age 11), and the sofa was made up for her when we arrived. Our flight home wasn't until after midnight and we were able to arrange to keep our room until 6 PM, for a fee, so that we could enjoy a day on the beach and still shower before our long trip home. Everything about the Lusky was just perfect for us. We hope we have the chance to stay here again!

Great hotel with kind staff and a fantastic view of the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious while offering necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. At a great and convenient location right in the heart of Tel Aviv, waking distance to Tell Aviv most beautiful spots. Only complaint I guess I have is that the WiFi was a little spotty at times and could be improved on the upper floors. Overall great experience.

Great location, really close from the beach and with some great restaurants around. Rooms are OK and the terrace sunset is a must (take your own drinks though)

Paper thin walls. Could here everything that was going on in the room next door. Mould all over the shower. Very old and outdated rooms. Kitchen was far from clean as well. Toilet wonā€™t flush properly. Over $500 a night very disappointing.

The hotel is in a nice location, very close to the beach. There are bars and restaurants nearby. You can easily take the local bus, #10 to Jaffa -the bus stop is a few streets away. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I kinda didn't want to write this review because I wanted this little gem of a hotel to myself but I must reward them. I needed a mid week vacation from my vacation, we booked 2 nights before and I couldn't be disappointed. Great price great location and the breakfast buffet is amazing which you can fill up on. The beach is right across the road. All night life and restaurants are within walking distance.
