Right
in
the
heart
of
the
city,
the
location
of
the
hotel
is
fantastic,
surrounded
by
a
ton
of
great
restaurants
and
amenities.
As
a
museum
to
the
cinema
it
once
was,
it
is
quite
exceptional.
On
the
downside,
the
staff
were
quite
rude
and
at
breakfast
stood
around
talking
and
laughing
amongst
themselves,
paying
little
attention
to
guests.
The
room
was
comfortable,
but
the
decor
is
way
too
dark,
with
the
aubergine
walls
and
dark
furnishings,
it
felt
a
little
claustrophobic.
My
room
was
Cleary
near
the
kitchen
storage
and
entrance
and
it
often
smelt
like
rancid
oil.
Housekeeping
are
slow
and
do
not
do
a
thorough
job.
The
rooms
are
not
well
cleaned
and
regularly
I’d
return
from
a
full
day
of
tours
at
around
5pm
and
my
room
had
not
been
cleaned.
The
rooms
do
not
come
with
teaspoons
for
your
tea/coffee,
they
have
cheap
popsicle
sticks.
Last
time
I
was
in
Tel
Aviv,
I
stayed
at
the
Shalom
&
Relax
hotel
(another
Atlas
Hotel)
and
the
staff,
service
and
decor
were
incredible
-
bright,
friendly
and
inviting.
It’s
a
shame
her
sister
hotel
doesn’t
emanate
the
same
good
vibes.
