Very nice and cozy place, the staff was amazing, I love having a cheaper option for hotel for when you only need a place to sleep because you are probably outside traveling all day, this place was just like that. Instead of having a coffee machine in eat room, they have a huge common area with a full operating kitchen for everything you may need, including a gorgeous balcony. If I was traveling alone, I would probably give this place 5 stars but it was a little too small for a couple.

Perfect for our large family of 6. Our room included beds for all: a queen, and two sets of twin bunk beds. The room was clean, the bed were comfortable, and the pillows were great (personal pet peeve of mine). The common areas are comfortable and well stocked. Free water, soda water, coffee, and tea. Great experience! Will stay again and recommend to others with large families.

What I liked best was Oscar, the receptionist. He was super helpful, polite and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This hotel is lucky to have such an incredible employee. Other than that the location is perfect, in the heart of Jerusalem, and the hotel is very clean, cozy and nice with a modern design which was really cool and refreshing. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed at! I stayed there some weeks ago but came back another time. I would choose it over other hostels every time again. It`s the best choice if you wanna recharge after a busy day in the city. The beds are super comfortable and you have a curtain attached to your bed for a good nights`s sleep. Lovely common room and rooftop for chilling out. The hostel staff is super friendly and eager to help. Would recommend it 10/10!!

A great hostel close to Jerusalem Old City! Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Delicious bakery next door. Rooms and common areas were very clean, seeing people cleaning every time we walked by. Very pleasant stay for a great price!

Probably one of my most lovely stays in a hotel for a long time! Shady and Mahmoud went beyond the call of duty.extremely helpfully. As was Oscar. Great location.lovely roof terrace.able to cook a meal.only draw back was a large family who let their kids run riot..but that was only a minor issue overall. Very 👍😊

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Stay Inn in Jerusalem and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The and on-site restaurant, Margo was the best restaurant with greate food and amazing staff, The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Stay Inn was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff was attentive and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

All around great experience. Me and five other friends rented out an entire room where we each had our own locker and enough space to not feel bunched up. The facilities were clean and the public area was quiet. Staff was super nice and helpful. There were some night lights that didn’t work in the room. We didn’t end up eating at the hostel restaurant but if you are a resident you get 35% off! Would definitely visit again.

Pros: Great location, shared kitchen, clean rooms Major Cons: The night club / events hall on the 1st floor kept us up ALL night. The hotel manager, Danielle, was incredibly rude, condescending and not at all helpful. This hotel has so much potential but would greatly benefit from change in management. All other hotel employees were super nice and helpful.

Great location, staff and rooms. Nice setup inside. Beds were comfy and showers were great. Everything was awesome. There was a bag room to store luggage when we checked out so we could still explore. Highly reccomend.

So much better than we could hope for. The roof terrace was open 24/7, the people were nice. Guest and staff both. Everyday we got new towels, the showers were rainshowers and the ac worked. Way more than you can expect from a hostel, and also for a good price.

Modern, funky, eclectic style. Option between dorms or private rooms. Lots of space in the indoor and outdoor common areas. Very clean and right beside Ben Yehuda street where there are lots of cafe's, restaurants, ans shops. And the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything in this hotel is about intimacy. The rooms are intimate, designed with great care for detail. Cosy but everything is there - great shower, great air-conditioning and a refrigerator which are critical in Eilat, and a coffee machine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool is intimate, pool-side terrace… just you and most likely no one else. And the cost was really reasonable compared to other options. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the crowd, away from families with kids, and you have a car with you, we highly recommend Stay Eilat Three things to note: 1. The location is in a residential area not so accessible. Walking down to the beach may be reasonable if its not too hot but you will want a taxi back up. 2. Breakfast could be improved, especially for vegan/veggies and fresh bread rather than toast would be a needed improvement. 3. In 2022, there is a construction site across the street but it did not bother us much as we spent most of our time on the beach

This is my first time in Israel and staying in a hostel in Jerusalem. The room was comfortable and clean. The price affordable. The breakfast delicious with plenty to choose from and again, the price very reasonable. The location also very convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Vibrant. artsy, great place for visitors of all ages, many spaces to eat, have coffee on the house. outside space, excellent, friendly staff who assist in any way. Close to pedestrian area, trams, New Gate into Old City. Strongly recommended!

Súper B, unbeatable location, very nice staff, beautiful decoration and delicious breakfast. Also rooms are very clean and modern. There is a rooftop terrace and a common kitchen with a very large lounge for cooking and chilling after touring Jerusalem. The hostel is 15 minutes walking from the old city (Damascus or Jaffa gate) and it's a 15 min ride by bus or tram (right outside the hotel) to the bus/train station.

I came to celebrate with 2 teenage girls, the place looks and feels young and cool, a different atmosphere than a hotel. Many young people and tourists from all over the world. Kind and pleasant staff. Shower with excellent flow. I recommend the 2nd floor which is also the balcony floor. Located in a central place in the heart of the city. A short walk from the market and the magical Nachalot neighborhood.

Fantastic hostel. Staff were very helpful, everyone staying was friendly. Dorms were clean and modern, though the charging sockets next to the bed were very slow to charge. Perfect location right in the hart of the new city and a 15 minute walk from the Old City.

A really great place to stay if you're on a tight budget. We were a group of six so we're able to have a six bed dorm to ourselves. Bunk beds very comfortable. Extra shower in communal area (useful when in dorm). Room we were in had balcony. Communal lounge / kitchen excellent. Very clean. Atmosphere were friendly and international. Complementary chilled water, soda water, coffee and tea. 15 - 20 minutes from Jerusalem old town. Highly recommend.

With regards to communication - this has by far been my worst experience with a hotel. My family and I had booked a one night stay in Jerusalem after our flight was due to land in Tel Aviv late evening. Unfortunately after a 10 hour wait in the airport, our flight was cancelled. I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp and by email to let them know of our situation and to ask for flexibility on rearranging our stay for the future or if a refund was possible. We were unable to book another flight out to Tel Aviv in the next few days. Even a part refund would have been acceptable considering the late notice of things. We never heard back from the hotel. We were charged the full amount by credit card. I have emailed again and WhatsApp messaged at least three times with no response. Apparently this hotel is happy to charge their customers but not communicate directly with them or even make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Extremely disappointed and shocked by the number of positive reviews!

Located in the center of Jerusalem and very convenient to visiting the Old City. Clean and excellent service. Recommended it for backpackers or young couples.

Very clean and great facilities, loved the free coffee machine and sparkling water. Of course it’s pricey because it’s Jerusalem, but it’s probably the nicest hostel that I’ve stayed at in this city.

Excellent hotel !!! Excellent location near Mahane Yehuda market and the Old City. New, well-equipped and luxurious rooms. Excellent service and young atmosphere. Breakfast is simply excellent. Highly recommended hotel

Loved the privacy curtains around the beds. Felt like your own space, whilst still saving on costs. Wasn't a party hostel, which was good for me. Free washer and dryer was an awesome addition!!! And there was free infused water, lots of teas and coffee. However, I only found out about this common area on my last day. Would have been nicer to have been told about this by the staff earlier. Dorms were nice. Large lockers. Big showers and separate toilet and sink. So I never had an issue waiting for bathrooms. Temperature on the shower was slightly hit and miss, but not too big of an issue. Location was great. Can easily walk to the Old City and the main bus station. Tram is right outside

Very inconspicuous, this hostel has a charming entrance, the lights dimmed, comfortable couches placed around the lobby overlooking the bar. The service is very professional, the rooms modern and pleasant. The beds each have a curtain to ensure privacy. There is a vibe of respect amongst the guests, guests can use the kitchen too and store food in the fridge. There is also a garden with a bar and great events.

One of the better hostels I’ve stayed in. There is some construction going on which doesn’t interrupt sleeping but gets a bit loud during the day. Curtains on the beds are really nice for privacy. Close to downtown attractions and about a 15-20 minute walk to the old city. Bar is a nice touch. I definitely would stay here again!

For a hostel is has a nice rooftop garden, which is really sweet but not something new. The breakfast is okay, the staff is really friendly and nice and nice people go here! But I have never spent so much money for a hostel although I have been traveling from hostel to hostel for months and definitely had more fancy hostels for half of the price. It is definitely not worth the amount of money your paying. The entree is scary, parking is very badly arranged. I would not go back here although I liked the people a lot!

This hostel is quite a modern place and i think it also was renovated during the corona lock down time. I really liked the location, you can easily walk to the Yehuda market or the old city in about 20 minutes and there is a tram station 5 min. away. The king George street has a lot of shops and there are always people around. The rooms are clean, comfortable and give everything you need. A really nice thing is the balcony sitting area and the free coffee and cocoa in the common area. Generally the services offered here are amazing . You have drinks, Blankets for cold nights if you want to sit outside, free use of laundry machines and dryers, free water and coffee and everything is well taken care of. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. All in all would totally recommend it, one of the best hostels I've been to!

One of the best hostels i have ever stayed in. I was in a 12 bed dorm. Bed is very comfortable and has everything you need: light blocking privacy curtain, shelf with a night light and usb charger plug in. The locker is pretty spacious and also has a plug in inside. Aircon kept the room nice and cool as it was pretty hot outside. People working at the reception are incredibly helpful and friendly (thank you Oscar!). There is a big rooftop patio available for everyone to use, also fridge, kitchen with chairs and tables, laundry etc. Location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, 15 min walk to the Old City. It's also right in front of a bus stop with multiple buses. Can't recommend this place enough.

The room is fine, a bit old. But the staff is wonderful! Response is very quick and with a smile. The place has a groove and makes you want to stay here again. The location is perfect, right in the center. When I visit Jerusalem again, I”ll visit here again for sure!

The hotel and the room are stylish and modern. I liked their rich breakfast with plenty of delicious Middle-Eastern specialities. The receptionists were not very welcoming, especially the guy from Udine, he was kinda arrogant.

Cute, posh Hotel. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Nice shower, had a nestle coffee machine in the room and they included two water bottles for our stay. Only thing is I tried to venture into the restaurant bar and was held back, as if I was doing something bad. Didn’t realize the bar wasn’t a bar? Funny.

The staff was remarkable! Attentive, kind, welcoming and gracious. Very attuned the needs of the guest which is a rarity nowadays. The facilities were clean and well thought out to provide a unique experience and a peaceful getaway

Where do I start?! The team at Stay Inn Jerusalem were amazing! So accommodating, so friendly and generous with their time and assistance; it was like staying with a friend - but better! :D To the boss, continue to look after these kids, they were very beautiful souls. Will highly recommend to anyone travellng to Jerusalem to stay at Stay Inn. Thank you everyone x

Wow! Anything less than five star rating for this hotel doesn’t do the place justice. The morning of our arrival we received a message with instructions for parking the car and directions to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were so nice to upgrade our room. The room itself was spotless and tastefully designed. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. You can walk to most of the major attractions in Jerusalem and there’s easy access to public transportation. We will be back!
