Why
will
anyone
give
a
hotel
without
basic
amenities
a
5-star?
The
hotel
only
has
a
beverages/snacks
bar,
no
restaurants
or
room
service.
In
fact,
I
struggle
to
give
this
hotel
a
2-stars.
Unknown
to
us,
we
were
in
Israel
during
a
long
religious
public
holiday;
the
whole
city
was
shut
down,
there
was
no
public
transport,
and
almost
all
the
shops
were
closed.
So
we
spend
most
of
our
time
in
our
hotel
room.
The
only
form
of
travelling
was
by
taxi
at
a
minimum
fare
of
₪60
(ILS),
about
£15
(GBP).
Of
course,
I
am
not
apportioning
any
of
this
to
the
hotel.
But,
what
was
unforgiving
was
the
fact
that
the
hotel
operates
a
shuttle
service;
yet,
no
one
told
us,
even
though
we
were
in
regular
contact
with
the
reception
asking
for
directions,
where
to
buy
food
and
so
on.
Credits
where
it
is
due;
the
hotel
was
super
clean.
Also,
the
staff
were
super
courteous
and
helpful.
