The Fabric hotel is well located in Tel Aviv and there's lots of bars and restos nearby. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best expérience with Fabric. The noise from the street was unbareable so we could not sleep till after 2am, the rooms were tiny, the staff was unpleasant, and I was charged additional fees after booking 2 rooms because I was told that my daughter would use water when she showered. I swear an actual staff member said that. They are cheap unkind and swindle money from you at check out. Theres so many gorgeous hôtels around Tel Aviv that understand hospitality and care about their guests. This unfortunately is not that type of hôtel. If you don't want to be hassled for money at check out and you want to be able to sleep well, dont stay here.

We like this hotel. location is great. The family room is very comfortable with children. Breakfast is fabulous, the staff is helpful and welcoming. The room is clean not big but spacious enough, with attention to small details, like chocolates on the table, free water and soda water in the minibar, espresso machine, robes and slippers.

Second time in Fabric Hotel. We spend a great week in this very urban very Tel Aviv hotel. The rooms are comfy, spotless clean and quick specious. Breakfast was perfect and the happy hour’s free cocktail in the bar a real treat. The reception personnel was amazingly welcoming, professional, helpful and above all - with a permanent smile. We will be back again!

We had quite a turbulent stay, having to change our rooms due to noise issues. The room is not soundproof like they say on Booking. But based on the management’s willingness to address our feedback and improve, we are satisfied. The staff were generally very nice, they gave us a room upgrade during check-in and coupons for free drinks during happy hour. The toiletries were good too, but no body moisturiser.

Perfect. The atmosphere from the beginning till the end was calm and pleasant. All the staff are so nice, smiles everywhere. The room is great. Very clean, all looks new. Amazing bed! big and comfortable. Shower - amazing! big "head" above and the shampoo and soap are good quality. The 2 free cocktails on the bar and the wine& chocolate in the room just made us not getting to much out from the hotel :) the location is the best in tel aviv! everything is in reach. I will definitely tell everybody i know about this hotel.

Great location, nearby parking available (not free). Very clean, beautiful design, excellent service. Good breakfast and free cocktails at happy hour. 2 weekly yoga lessons on the rooftop, free amenities in the room, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you 😊

Excellent location, a clean, crisp, modern hotel with excellent staff at reception 24/7. Very close to the artists' street fair, which you must not miss. 10 minutes from the beach and you can rent a bike for free. Cool rooftop lounging area and connected to a great cafe/bar, Bushwick, for which you get two free drink vouchers per day. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff was always available, friendly, and so helpful. They have beach bags and water, and help you book reliable taxis. Breakfast and drinks were great, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Winning location, courteous and welcoming staff. Warm and precise design. Very clean rooms. The hotel has a popular bar, professional and nice bar staff. The best breakfast I have ever had. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, totally amazing breakfast. Rooftop patio is really pleasant with a great view of the city. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

The hotel was very well-maintained and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant scent. Although it was not particularly large, it was more than sufficient for our needs. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience and look forward to staying at other hotels in the franchise! :)

I was getting great service from the 1st step of reservations on the hotel website which is very simple to use and include all relevant info. My good experience continued with the need for changing dates last minute, when I got very considerable service via the phone and was able to shift the reservations dates without extra coast. Last and the best, during my stay the hotel and room were very clean, modern design, all important things were available in the room and included as complimentary!

It turned out a great choice. The area was very vibrant, the room had enough space, the breakfast was abundant and the staff very friendly and helpful. Just the noise at night was a little annoying on Thursday and Friday night, but I guess next time we could ask for a quiet room.

A lovely little boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and accommodated us even though we made mistakes on our reservations. Breakfast was charming and we were amazed by the variety of choices. Would recommend highly.

Excellent boutique hotel in Tel Aviv. Perfect location, immaculate service and great food options. Many amenities provides free of charge (bikes, beach kits, etc.) Thanks for a truly enjoyable stay!

Average hotel but at a nice location. And the bar attached to it is quite a cool place. But the rooms aren’t that modern and the beds a bit small for anyone over 190cm.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was an excellent choice. The room exceeded my expectations and the entire facility was clean, maintained well and just very pleasant. The front desk was always staffed and service was excellent. Charming neighborhood.

It’s a lovely hotel, perfectly located close to the market, the beach and city center. The staff was nice, helpful and a attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Cleanliness of the room was perfect! On top of that, all the small extras (roof top yoga, free access to a gym close by, nice bar, bags for the beach, etc.) make it worthwhile. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tel Aviv!

This is hands down the best location if you like staying in a cool part of town (as opposed to being on the beach or in old Jaffa). They also provide a beach bag with towels for you complimentary. They ALSO provide free bikes for rent AND a cocktail on them at every happy hour. The bar is top rated in Israel so it’s a fabulous perk. The rooms are clean and modern, staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Loved staying here!!! Pro tip: their rooftop patio is gorgeous and so chic!

Amazing boutique hotel - exceeded my expectations with the complementary minibar in the room and the little room freshener spray to remind me of the fresh smell of the hotel. It turned out to be the best gift ever for the rest of my trip. I used it so many times in the other hotels I stayed. Highly recommended. And oh, the location location location too.

Fabulous boutique hotel. The staff was exceptional. Funky fun location. wonderful, roomy well-appointed room. Everything you might need. Comfortable beds. Espresso machine, complimentary cold drinks and chocolates. Complimentary happy hour drinks in great bistro bar that served a great breakfast the net morning. Convenient parking garage next door. Will definitely come back.

Fabric is an amazing hotel. All around it is a 10/10 Warm hospitality by everyone. An unexpected surprise with a free mini bar from the room bar, and even a free cocktail at happy hour from the hotel bar. (pic attached) Rooms were compact but cozy with thoughtful touches and everything that is needed. Also the location is perfect with bars and restaurants all around. I would highly recommend this place when you're visiting TLV.

A stay as always exceptional and from every point of view : great location with an amazing rooftop, comfort of the rooms, quality of the food but above all, the welcome and customer relations. A big special thank you to Liat, Jonathan, Ivan, Maria and the breakfast boys for making this stay a real sweet break.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Fabric hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming. They offer lots of little perks (happy hour drinks, welcome drinks/snacks, beach bags, bike rental) that made our stay a delight. Plus they gave us lots of great tips and advice for booking tours, restaurants, etc. — every recommendation was tip top quality and service. The rooms themselves are spacious and chic, great bathroom products. 10/10 will stay here every time I come to Tel Aviv! One thing to note — which was not a problem for us at all, but for some I imagine it would be — this is not a quiet location, there was lots of outside noise from the clubs and bars nearby that you definitely hear in the rooms until late at night.

Absolutely amazing experience at Fabric Tel Aviv. The location is perfectly situated near lots of cool restaurants, bars, Carmel market and the beach - the street turns into pedestrian only at night and is a buzzing atmosphere! Has a supermarket across the road too. The staff at the hotel and connected bar were outstanding especially Shahan at the front desk. They were so helpful and accomodating with anything we needed. From organising a breakfast box for our early Jerusalem tour, to the beach bags, gym passes and airport transfer. Breakfast was restaurant quality, so many fresh salads and delicious local cuisine to start the day perfectly! Rooms are very comfortable, snug but there is a rooftop and bar to relax in and we spent most of our stay exploring the city anyway. Make sure to check out Jasmino's, Port Sa'id and Livere for food/drinks in the area.

Everything was perfect! Clean, large room! Large bathroom! Water and great chocolate treats! The breakfast was also! Happy hour drinks in the bar and more offerings which I had not the time to enjoy unfortunately!! Definitely highly recommend the Fabric Hotel

After a long trip down to Tel Aviv, we were welcomed so warmly with a glass of Sangria. The staff truly makes you feel as if you are personal guests of theirs. That is so wonderful. The location is perfect - we walked absolutely everywhere. The rooms are super-clean, and although they are small, much thought has been put into making them comfortable and convenient. There's just a warm and welcoming vibe to this place.

High level hotel, very classy and clean rooms and public areas, professional and generous personnel, great attention for details, for ex. offering a sunscreen and towels if you wish to go to the beach. Amazing experience.

We had a fabulous experience at the Fabric Hotel - from the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel at home and helped us with whatever we needed. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to find a last minute COVID test. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel, lovely service. Wonderful breakfast with quality ingredients and nice variety. Specious rooms. The hotel has it's own cocktail bar, the guests get first drink for free and 20% off during the happy hour. Great choice for a night out in Tel Aviv. I was staying with my 10 year old who really enjoyed it as well.

Want to praise the hotel and thank you for the perfect stay, we really enjoyed! The bar is excellent, there are small dishes to share. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything. The room was cozy and clean, the staff was kind. Do not give up breakfast! We'll be back;)

Super nice place to stay while in TLV. Small boutique hotel with small rooms but big heart. Super nice staff and a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the great breakfast, happy hour drinks, free bikes and even vouchers for the local markets. The location couldn't have been better. Near to Carmel Market, Florentin, Beach and Rothschild Boulevard.

The Hotel is situated in a very live area, you get to experience life in Tel-aviv authentically, yummy restaurants around. The rooms are clean, i liked the interior design too, high quility furniture. The roof top was a highlight for me. From the beginning until check-out the hotel escorted me, confirming with messages and updates. The bar and drinks are very recommended too.

I searched all of Tel aviv's hotels, to celebrate my wife's birthday, and i'm so glad to choose Fabric hotel! The room was so clean, the staff was so nice, the communication with the hotel before we arrived was easy and everything I ask them was fully fullfild with no charge at all! And it has a great location, right at the center of Tel Aviv's night life. I wanted to surprise my wife and the hotel helped me to do it just as i planed. Bteakfast is very rich and tasty. We defenetly will go there again.

I was in Israel for business a few weeks ago and took a chance with a new hotel, Fabric. Bottom line is I was incredibly impressed with everything about this hotel. The location is incredible (so much nightlife and markets close by), the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic (a bit small, but modern and nicely appointed). Next time I'm in Tel Aviv, Fabric is where I'll stay

Wonderful boutique hotel with great staff, excellent location close to Carmel market, walking to beach, and a variety of comfortable rooms to choose from. We had a room with a deck that was fabulous when the sun was out (in March when we were there the weather was unseasonably cold and rainy for part of the time); also had the family room for three teenage kids and the two bunks and one bed were perfect with a very accommodating bathroom for the three! Breakfasts are amazing and not to be skipped!!! The only reason I gave four instead of five stars was that the restaurant/bar in the hotel is run by a separate company and it is one of the hot spots in town which means that unless you have reservations even for the bar, it will be hard to get in and definitely impossible to just have an easy last minute dinner in the bar (the hotel offers drink tickets for happy hour but the hostess makes it clear you are sitting at a table or chair that’s already reserved for later and you’re not to stay long). Very high marks for Fabric. I would definitely go back.

Stayed one night last weekend. Great Location close to central places in the city. Room is a bit small BUT Very clean and comfortable with luxury toiletries. Nice rooftop gallery to rest and enjoy the good weather. Excellent value for money!

Stayed in the Fabric Hotel this week for two nights. It was great. The staff is very attentive and kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned, and I'm known to be very picky about these issues. The room I got was spacious and served me well. I requested privacy and the staff respected that, which was very kind. If I had to find anything to improve, it would be the breakfast. It was good but has the potential to be amazing.

We definitely liked this hotel all around! Nicely decorated, very clean room. The service was outstanding - very polite, with nice small talks, but not "glued". Very reach breakfast. The location is winning - relatively small, not noisy, street just a quarter from the great synagogue and couple quarter from Rothschild blvd. Discounted parking was available just 10m from the entrance.

The room was wonderful, clean and romantic! We received a bottle of wine and some chocolates and dates. The staff was amazing and treated us well. The breakfast was rich and fresh. We ended up with the will to explore more of your hotels from the inside :)

Second time in Fabric and definitely not the last. Everything was great, starting with the nice staff, clean and modern rooms, unique and delicious breakfast and last but not least Bushwick (the hotel’s amazing bar). A special thank you to Jonathan from the reception and Matanya the bartender.

The hotel's location is great, close to most of the fun stuff in Tel Aviv. The vibe is very special and calm, but at the same time young and vibrant. The rooms are very neat and well organized, we even got tasty chocolates waiting for us in the room. The staff was very kind and gave us a good feeling. Breakfast includes a variety of good and tasty food. I'll definitely recommend!

We loved this super clean and incredibly friendly boutique hotel. Staff was amazing and free happy hour cocktail was lovely after a long day. Great location. Would stay again for sure. Young and hip and great rooms and comfy beds.

This small hotel has a grand staff. Friendly and helpful, always with a smile! The breakfast is rich and delicious, the bar is sparkling and young. Tasty coctails! The rooms are rather small, but everything is there. We also enjoyed the roof terrace. Very nice food in this city, a reason to go back. Love TLV !!!

Great location! Very clean, comfortable room, wonderful service and excellent breakfast! In the hotel there is a bar called Bushwick - tasty cocktails and nice food. We will definitely want to return again.

Perfect from the beginning till the end ! Gentle and helpful people, amazing restaurant, delicious breakfast, top location ! Our room was a little bit small but we booked really late, so they was no more room left except this one . Never mind, the room was clean and pleasant. I have sent an email prior to our check-in to ask for an upper room and that’s what they gave us ! We will be back for sure ! Thank you for everything. We had a wonderfull stay .

Fabric is in the top one percent of the best hotels I have stayed at. This starts with the awesome location in a happening part of Tel Aviv with easy walking distance to almost any location in the city. It continues with exceptional service - from the front desk, to the room care as well as dining. The breakfast buffet is of exceptional high quality, and the rooms are tastefully designed and properly equipped. I was truly impressed by how well Fabric performed across all fronts - there wasn't a single area where I felt the hotel had an opportunity to do better. My only hope is that I get to come again, and the experience repeats.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff and hotel are very thoughtful - they even have bikes and bags/towels/sunscreen for the beach :) bed was comfortable although the 1 large bed is actually just 2 small beds pushed together. The free wine and mini fridge was a great treat. The woman who checked me in the first night was truly the sweetest! Such a good experience! The bar in the lobby is also a great bar where you can get 1 free cocktail as a hotel guest (Tel Aviv friends even recommended it)
