The rooms are a bit small but there is a great balcony if you are lucky and choose the right room. You can have the great view of Mediterranean from the balcony and wonderful sunset 🌅. The staff was so kind and you can feel the hospitality. The breakfast is not perfect but still good I can say.

Yam hotel was one of the best boutique hotel experiences I've ever had in Tel-Aviv! It's pretty close to the harbor, the porch offers a great view to the sea. I ordered a room for me and wife, to celebrate her bday, payed for a "bday surprise package" and indeed the room was filled with balloons, chocolates, wine... It was perfect. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious. They even offer a happy hour in the afternoon where you can relax and get hot beverages and light snacks. Thanks Yam!

amazing breakfast and staff. the coffee machine works on Shabbat! cleaning was every day. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator and free drinks. I liked that there is a yoga mat. It's great to do exercises in the morning on the balcony. the room is small but well thought out. There is much light in the room. liked the shower very much. there were no problems with hot water in winter. Bicycles are available for rent, you can ride around Yarkon and the embankment

We've been there to celebrate my wife's BD. In one word "Wow". Small but very chic, just love the rooms design. Amazing breakfast and very surprising happy hour. Wonderful service. Definitely Will go back there.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Haven't slept so well on a bed in ages as I did on this one. The room size is a bit small so not suitable for more than one person even if you are a couple the navigation in the room will be a bit of a challenge. As for the offered include breakfast as the added image the options are great there were even more options for cheese and an extra variety of eggs and various cheeses options. Build your salad the fruit as you can see needed extra brushing and came with stains had to wash it myself. But can definitely see myself using this place again as a solo person

Perfect place, with a perfect location. It was somehow much more expensive then hotels we usually go to, so i would not return. But the place is very good and nice. The rooms are to small.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They want to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Unfortunately the rooms are tiny and the “sea view” is from afar. For the price, there are other hotels that give you a better location and view with much more space. That said, the staff here are so friendly that it can make your stay worthwhile.

The location! The service! The rooms! It was all perfect! They even got us a small spray bottle that they use there, that smells so clean and ocean’y!

We had a blast staying at the Yam hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal and they even offered a free happy hour with drinks and tons of snacks everyday. The staff were so kind and attentive. We arrived at 7am after a long plane ride all over Europe, and they were so kind and able to check us into our room at 10 am so we can take a nap and recoup. The location was close to everything and walking distance to the pier and the boardwalk. We will be back!!

Small but very nice hotel. The location is great because it is close to the sea (2 minutes on foot). The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. From my room on the sixth floor, I had a sea view. The staff are young, polite and always courteous. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with the possibility of drinking a good espresso. Nice idea to offer customers an aperitif with a small buffet every evening. These are all kind gestures that make the guest feel good

I came with my mother for two nights mid week, the hotel was not too bussy. Every single one of the staff was very welcoming and made the stay so comfortable and fun. It's design is beach theme (as it is 4 minutes walk from the seashore), very well decorated and maintained. Breakfast was great, so was the happy hour and snacks at 5-7 pm. I honestly recommend. recomened this place.

Fabulous value for money. The room is tiny, however very well maintained and sparkling clean. Perfect location near the port and main streets. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great stay.

FANTASTIC hotel! Absolutely fabulous, beautiful, service was excellent by all staff members (big shout out to Or!). 3 minutes walk to the beach, very clean, delicious breakfast and happy hour, free bikes. Rooms are very cute, cozy as far as size, but it worked great for me. Can’t go wrong with this place, I highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice room with eclectic decor. Provides beach towels. Happy hour free snacks. It would have added up to a perfect experience, except the wifi stopped working and I was forced to tether, costing me real money.
