Lovely hotel in a great location. Although in the heart of city it was never too noisy for me. Nice balconies to relax and take in the sunset view too. And the bar area was a nice spot to relax and do some work also. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great quality, lots of choice from Israeli classics to continental options. Highly recommended hotel.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel for two night but ran away after one night. My experience was a room the size of a broom closet, bait and switch service, and horrible management. This is not a cheap hotel - save yourself the money and and agony and stay somewhere else. The room itself (without the bathroom) was 6 sqmr andĀ they put a king size bed in there. You cannot open aĀ full size suitcase in the room. The bed itself is surrounded by 3 walls, with only one side open to the room. I donā€™t know how they change the sheets without climbing on the bed itself. There are only 2 power outlets available underneath the desk, nothing near the bed. It's a matchstick box with no place to move. The room is incredibly noisy. There are planes flying overhead the entire night and no noise isolation was done on the windows. Every 15 minutes a plane going through the sky felt like it was in the room itself. I am not sensitive to noise at all and did not sleep a wink. You will hear every car in the street, the air-conditioningĀ starting to work at neighboring buildings, construction sites around, and any movement in the hallway. The room was not very clean and the pillows had stains of black markings on them. Last, but not least, is the level of service. On the first night, there was no manager to be found from 6pm until the next day. The manager decided not to answer the phone. The next day, I heard nothing from management, despite having the company I booked the hotel with call them, and submitting manyĀ complaintsĀ at the front desk. Around noon, I called the hotel and turns out they are so used to people walking out in the middle of reservations, they did not bother calling or checking on theĀ complaints. They decided on their own that I walked out and were offering the room up for the night again - while still charging me! I really canā€™t think of a worst hotel experience Iā€™ve had in recent years, anywhere else in the world.

Very nice hotel in a lively environment. The downside is that it's not exactly quiet at night. The hotel seems to be located on the approach to Ben Gurion Airport. The friendly staff make more than up for it and the beautiful Bauhaus architecture makes this a special place. My room was well equipped and the bed super comfortable. The upside is that Rothschild is just a few minutes away, so is Neve Zedek. The beach is about 15 minutes walk. I'll come back soon.

We returned for a stay at Lily and Bloom for a family occasion in Israel. We were welcomed back with such warmth. The staff was attentive and addressed all our needs. This is our home away from home and we will continue to stay at Lily and Bloom with each of our visits. For new guests who are looking for a hotel in Tel Aviv. This hotel is amazing as it is not represented by a chain. It is privately owned and the owner provides excellent service to their guests. The staff is warm, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of Tel Aviv near a walking distance to the beach, the Carmel Market, and a street fare near the Carmel Market on Tuesdays and Fridays with walking distance to several cultural centers. Additionally for those who are looking for gourmet restaurants this is the place to stay. Highly recommend Lily and Bloom.

Very spacious room and in a great location. The staff were very helpful, providing a free drink at the bar from 6pm, towels when going to the beach and organizing day drops from the hotel.

We had lots of recommendations before we booked this hotel. We were very disappointed. Few examples. 1. The (very) tiny room was set without much of thinking. The bathroom towel which is used in the shower entry, was not put (as in every hotel) next to the shower. Instead, it was put next to the other towels and it was very dirty and stinky. A huge mistake you should never do. 2. Breakfast, very disappointing considering the high price. The pastry wasn't not fresh at all, nor the Shakshuka. The deco and art paintings were really nice and location.

Really nice hotel!! The only thing, my sister left her shoes there, and we called that we were going to pick them up, and they said they didnā€™t find them in room. When we know for a fact that she left them there. Other than that, rooms were excellent and food too!! The girls in the front were very nice and the server in the dining room!!

Great hotel, very good service. Beautiful and clean rooms and the hotel offers a parking space but the parking lot is before the hotel so if you come at noon stop 30-40 meters before the hotel to not drive 20 more minutes to get inside the parking lot. Its impossible to reverse in the street at noon.

Overcharged my credit card for no reason!!! I checked out the night before because I had to leave early in the morning, the following week I noticed I was charged an additional 10% of room cost on my deposited credit card without notice!!!!

Great location. Bright and beautiful design. Helpful staff. Rooms were not well thought out in terms of electrical outlets. Small shower. Decent breakfast but not as good as others in the area. We also had a balcony but the view was not great.

Loved the design of the hotel! The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful and also super friendly! It is located in the heart of the city and I loved staying here. On the side note the shower is installed quite poorly so it leaks as crazy. Breakfast was alright but not worthy of the amount of money they ask for it. Loved the view from the top floor!

Amazing hotel, amazingly friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful , great location, very clean rooms, great breakfast - what more could you want? Would definitely stay there again - one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Brilliant place. Right in the middle of town with a really young and vibrant atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will go out of their way to make your stay an experience. The ambience and the way they have made the place from a bank to a hotel is amazing. Definitely stay here.
