This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in Israel. I really like the way they renewed this old building that has served as the historically famous Jerusalem Hotel in the 1800's. The restaurant, John and George, is nothing short of amazing, their breakfast is fenomenal. Located on Auerbach Street, which one of the most unique streets in Tel Aviv/Jaffa in my opinion.

Great service experience from the second we finished our online booking through check in, hotel & room facilities, comfort and design. The wonderful breakfast was also a real treat. Drisco was the place to relax and get lost. We had a blast.

We stayed overnight here for my 30th Birthday. Hezi, Amit, and the rest of the wonderful Drisco staff - thank you for the wonderful stay. We felt very welcome from the first moment we stepped through the door until the last. Hezi - the absolute prince 👑 hotel manager - your hospitality is second to none. If looking for a quiet, comfortable, well situated stay in TA - this is the place.

A beautiful piece of history in the heart of Tel Aviv! The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see & the team was always there to help. The room was immaculate and so comfortable :)

A historic hotel, which was opened as Grand Hotel in 1868 by two american brothers George and John Drisco. The building was unused from 1958 to 2010 when the restoration began. Reopened in 2018, today it is a fine boutique hotel with excellent service. Under the same roof is also a chef's restaurant George and John with outstanding food and service.

Tried to go to have breakfast a couple of times, attending with a proper dress code but the staff is super elitist and kind of discriminatory. I’m not judging the hotel as I haven’t stayed there (fortunately). There are much more better hotels and restaurants all around Tel Aviv with better staff and service.

Beautiful, historic hotel with well-furnished luxurious rooms, right near the beach. The service is excellent. Many thanks to Ioana and the whole concierge team. The breakfast is amazing.

Amazing boutique hotel in Florentine Tel Aviv, close to Jaffa. Really nice architecture, and outstanding service.

Very dirty room toilet which seemed like someone puked or had some nasty diarrhea there and obviously housekeeping did not clean properly before our stay. Totally gross and unhygienic. Breakfast which was included was also pretty bad. Not worth the price.

At times you wonder if there's a justification for premium prices at upscale Venus... Often you find yourself frustrated by an unjustified hype... Not this time. It's the details, so much attention to details... Starting with the personalized card that awaited my wife, the unbelievable soft bathrobes... The slippers... The hotel restaurant that is by far one of the best in Israel... The staff that was caring and attentive... The inhouse fragrance selection... The Thought was evident at every corner... Nothing short than perfect.

Great choice in Tel Aviv. Small boutique hotel with a lot of character unlike most of the chain hotels. Great staff. Terrific breakfast. Guaranteed you will not finish the assorted dips and salad plate. The surrounding areas is a bit mixed: warehouses, boutiques, industrial goods and posh residences all lined up next to each other. The coastal restaurants are a 15 minute walk.

A unique place in Tel Aviv in this hotel full of history opened 1866. First outside of Jaffa.

Friendly staff, cozy rooms and good breakfast. A pool would be MEGA, but the beach is close by, so it’s not a dealbreaker.

Amazing Hotel and restaurant! Top notch all the way... The Queen of Thailand was even a guest while we were there... Not a typical chain hotel... Will definitely be back if we can.

A beautiful, historical hotel straddled between Jaffa and Tel Aviv. There isn't a hotel I would prefer to stay at in Tel Aviv, for its friendly service, great environment and good food. The chef is amazing and gave us great tips for Tel Aviv. The manager even walked us to a restaurant for dinner. Rooms are small but super comfortable and have everything you need. I LOVED the bathroom which was huge and designed beautifully!

Very disapointing breakfast. The pastries were not fresh and all dishes came out cold. We ordered Shakshuka and it was cold out off refrigerator with cold eggs! Also with the Briosh desert. Cold with stale Challa bread. Also- unfortunatly, not any green or fresh salad during breakfast.

A wonderful experience and truly a first class hotel. The entire process was really first rate. The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful and quiet part of town but just a short walk to all the excitement of Jaffa. Highly recommend!!!!

Lovely hotel, only a ten minute walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and well appointed. They also have bikes you can borrow for free and a spa with fabulous massages. The highlight was probably the breakfast which was has really delicious Israeli food. Overall fab spot, hugely reccomend and I would defo stay here again.

Rooms are slightly smaller than your usual luxury hotel, but that is to be expected for the age of the property. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the staff is excellent. While we were unable to enjoy the restaurant during our short stay, breakfast was superb and they were able to accommodate my Wife who has Celiacs. Location is within walking distance of Jaffa and multiple beaches. Highly recommend if you are looking for something that is unique and quiet.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. The area is wonderful, the rooms are lovely and more than adequate. You’re a 5 min walk from a plethora of restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach.

Five stars hotel boutique, located in the American colony area in Jaffa, near Florentin. Beautifully restored building with great history. Goreg and jhon chef restaurant is at the lobby with great food.

Great Jaffo hotel for a weekend getaway, with one the best resturants in Tel Aviv and a local spa to make the vacation perfet. Totally recommend it

I recently landed in TLV for a few days of business trips and promptly tested positive for The Covid (yes, quad-vaxed). I quarantined at the Drisco for a week until i received permission to leave. The hotel was a godsend to me. This is a very peaceful, quiet place. The staff was uniformly warm and capable. The breakfasts (about all I could eat) were superb. The hotel made every accommodation for me, including changing my schedule multiple times as test results waxed and waned. Special kudos to the cleaning staff, who were immaculate and unobtrusive. Thanks to the Drisco, what could have been a hellacious week turned out to be quite tolerable. BTW, the location seemed ideal, had I been able to stroll about town.

Everyone , from Manager Hezi Talay who could not do enough for us to all the wonderful staff to keeping our rooms spotless. Lovely amenities in the room. Love the small boutiqueness of it. Makes for more of a personal experience! Cannot wait to return.

Great place. Good location as you can walk for 10 min and get to many places in south Tel Aviv. Main street close so Taxi is fairly easy. Great service.

Great Hotel close to Jaffa. Quiet, great rooms and perfect service bike for free, amazing breakfast. Rooftop bar to chill up, small Spa and gym. Modern rooms and gresf bathroom. The restaurant is great, but you have to reserve. Thanks a lot for the amazing team, we are coming back

We had breakfast at the Hotel, first of all the place and the service is amazing. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor extremely overpriced and nothing special to tell about, very small very basic with the impudence of charging 150ILS per person for something you get at any regular coffee place for about 50ILS. To sum it up stay at the hotel but say out of the restaurant.

Had the worst massage experience... First they didn't ask me if I want a woman or a man (and gave me a man). He was not professional, and didn't stop talking (even though I asked a few times), asked personal questions, and told me I don't know how to relax. He asked if this is my first massage because clearly I don't know how to breathe... 😏 And the best part, we complained and they did.... NOTHING. So the worst massage and service ever! 🤐

Very pastoral location, the whole American colony is an architectural adventure. The service is tip top. All the employees were very polite. The breakfast al a cart was perfect and it was very relaxing to be served and not having to keep getting up to go to the buffet. The room was perfect and the balcony was perfectly suited for sitting and drinking coffee. Also a 10 minute walk and you get to Rothschild street

Excellent luxury choice in a quiet and historical enclave near beautiful Jaffa and south Tel-Aviv attractions. Beyond a perfect hotel stay - it is a special experience. Highly recommended for Israelis and tourists. Stayed as a couple one night to celebrate a birthday and it was fantastic. The room was large, super-clean, and beautifully designed to the last detail. DInner and breakfast were top-notch. Excellent hotel staff was welcoming and ready to help with every need or request. Points for improvement: - Reservations system. Confusing mix of websites: hotel site, reservations site, view reservation site, check-in site. Links and passwords by E-mail and SMS. No link to LHW and membership. - Reservations staff attitude not as professional as expected for this hotel

Very nice, well restored. check out on satarday at 12.00 less then 24 hours kill the fun and my mark. It is recommended that a couple arrive for a gourmet meal so that the dishes they serve arrive together and not 15 minutes after my wife.

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
