Fantastic and professional instruction! The Instructors took the time to break down and build upon basic principles of the movement and technique of each drill. Classes were efficiently constructed and had students learning new exercises each class while integrating and reinforcing previous techniques. Despite having a variety of beginners at different levels, each student was able to develop their individual skills while being a part of the greater team and group of peers. The instruction of the class worked well to integrate students (we in particular were entirely new and from another country) and had us learning and comprehending movements from the first class onwards. The instructors and students alike were able to incorporate English speakers. Would highly, HIGHLY, recommend Impact Krav Maga.

מועדון אימפקט יחודי בכך שהוא מלמד לחימה והגנה עצמית ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, ומנגד גם נטרול אירוע ללא אלימות. במהלך השיעורים מדובר על מצבים אלימים בכמה רמות- טכנית, משפטית, נפשית והכי חשוב על איך הביטחון העצמי משפיע על המתרחש. באימונים יש דגש רב על בניית ביטחון עצמי, מודעות לסובב אותנו כושר וטכניקה. צוות המדריכים הוא עילוי הן ברמתם האישית כלוחמים והן כמורים שבונים תלמידים משלב 0 לרמה הגבוהה ביותר. הגעתי לפני שבע שנים ואני עדיין מתאמן במכון באופן קבוע. ממליץ לכל מי שמחפש דרך לבנות כושר בצורה מהנה בלי להשקיע זמן רב (האימונים מאוד עצימים), ללמוד הגנה עצמית או סתם לפרוק שבוע של עבודה על שק איגרוף.

מועדון קרב מגע מצויין. התחלתי לפני 7 שנים וושמח מאוד על ההחלטה עד היום. מאמנים מקצוענים ומגוונים. אווירה כייפית. חומר מועבר ברמה גבוהה ביותר לכול הגילאים. שיפור מטורף לכושר והכי חשוב התקדמות הדרגתית ונכונה ברוח הלחימה.

מועדון קרב איכותי במלוא מובן המילה שהמקצועיות היא נר לרגליו. צוות המדריכים ברמה בינ"ל מעביר תכנים מעניינים ומגוונים ומכשיר את חניכיו להתמודדות יעילה עם סיטואציות שונות בלוחמת הרחוב שאינן רצויות אך עם זאת,לצערנו,נפוצות ושגרתיות. דגש ניתן כמובן על יחס אישי ומעקב אחר שיפור יכולות החניך. תכנית האימונים אטרקטיבית ומשלבת גם סמינרים והכשרות חיצוניות. המועדון בפריסה ארצית. מומלץ בחום!!!

Great place! Trained here for 5 weeks and found the instruction to be extremely professional and accommodating to English speakers. The lessons were thorough and well explained. Having the opportunity to spar at the end of every lesson gave us a chance to use what we had learned and put it into practice. I found this to be very beneficial. I wish I could have spent more time here with the super friendly staff and members. They made me feel like family from the very first day, and it was heart breaking having to say goodbye. I know I will be back one day!
