The
food
is
tasty
and
the
service
was
prompt
like
it
is
supposed
to
be
in
any
restaurant
so
nothing
extraordinary.
In
the
end
when
asking
for
the
bill
the
waitress
asked
if
we
would
like
to
include
‘the
service’
and
when
asked
how
much
would
that
be
she
said
15%.
On
behalf
of
the
group
the
total
to
be
paid
was
about
1500
ILS
whereas
15%
is
quite
a
lot
for
a
normal
service,
nothing
exceptional,
again.
Upon
not
agreeing
to
pay
15%
for
the
service
(as
not
even
mentioned
in
the
beginning
or
on
the
menu)
but
rather
5%
to
still
pay
a
fair
tip,
the
waitress
did
not
agree
but
rather
felt
very
offended
and
called
her
boss.
They
have
explained
that
the
15%
is
the
waitress
part
on
top
of
the
order
which
goes
to
the
restaurant.
As
a
customer
don’t
care
where
is
the
salary
of
the
waitress
comming
from
but
I
guess
the
140ILS
is
not
the
cost
at
the
market
for
a
whole
seabass.
Not
saying
that
the
waitress
had
nothing
to
do
with
the
value
of
what
we
had
ordered.
All
in
all
I
think
it’s
unfair
to
charge
a
percent
and
even
rude
to
still
bargain
about
it
as
a
waitress
not
to
say
as
a
business
owner.
In
the
end
we
had
agreed
to
pay
only
5%
as
common
sense
while
she
had
entered
a
fair
6-7%
on
the
POS.
P.S.
On
leaving
when
politely
saying
sorry
and
thank
you,
the
waitress
replied
with
‘I
hope
you’ll
never
come
back!’
What
to
say…
I
hope
that
until
our
next
visit
you
change
your
tips
policy
and
really
hope
for
the
waitress
that
‘we’ll
never
see
you
again!’
but
good
luck
for
your
future.
Wish
to
go
back
in
time
and
not
agreeing
to
pay
even
the
5%
for
your
service!
