Highly unreliable, as they might cancel at the last possible moment. Here is what happened to us: we got asked to provide credit card details, which we did 3 days till our stay, and they confirmed everything is fine. They said they are going to send us the details how to get into the apartment on the day of visit. We called on the day of visit from the airport (we were arriving that day) and asked them for the details, which they still have not sent to us. They said they are going to send them within one hour. They did not. Once we landed in Tel Aviv, we checked the email, and the message was “there was problem with your credit card and we canceled your reservation”. We tried calling – they BLOCKED our phone numbers. So stalling everything till the last moment and then canceling for no good reason (card was actually working) is a business model here.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to book it again for August 2019. Room was great, Two bedroom and one living room, beds were very comfortable and the service, wow! I must commend Shay which helped us so much in finding a space in a restaurant in Jerusalem which was our next stop and also on our last day In Israel, even though we weren't guests anymore, she let us use the facilities. This was our best stay in Israel and well done everyone is Herbert Samuel for doing above and beyond every single hotel we stayed in. Thank you and we look forward to coming back. there is a parking in the hotel and its rare in Tel Aviv.

Great condo, suite - quite spacious, clean, hygienic, well maintained and view of the sea from the drawing room. All the modern facilities available - dishwasher, washing machine, fitness center, music system, induction cooktop . The host was also pretty supportive. Strongly recommended.

Unmatched view of the Tel Aviv shore line. The room we had needed maintenance. Shower head was broken, bathroom was sticky (I was afraid to touch the doorknob it was so disgusting), coffee maker was broken. On the other hand we had amenities such as washer and dryer, a water cooler, and a parking spot (!!). Check-in was a bit messy - had I not called 2 hours before we arrived we'd have no room ready for us. They said they received our reservation but they never confirmed it, even though I had an email confirmation sent to me. They location is excellent. They just need to work on being more efficient and organized and check for problems in the units.

Delightful hotel on the front. Reception couldn't have been more helpful, the rooms are on the small side, with some facing into the hotel lobby and others with a small glass door leading to a small patio. No other windows, Unfortunately. I am not sure the swimming pool could be classed as such, rather, it is a large plunge pool, so don't exorbitant to swim in. Breakfast is amazing and the position is a clear 10/10.

Terrible service, the 401 suite we reserved, had air-conditioning issues, and we were moved to a small room which did not suit the purpose of our stay, we were then told that we will get reimbursed, yet on the day of checkout the manager just kept hanging up the phone to the sweet kind girl at the desk, and ran away from his duties like a child, Extremely unprofessional, if you book and have a problem - Know, you will have no one to talk too. As long as Dudo is still “manager” ,better stay away. Worst customer service ever received!

Great place in Tel Aviv All the way from Canada, family of four stayed at this beautiful place by the sea, bar and restaurants along the beach. Two bedroom suite, full size kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Staff helpful and friendly. Super friendly staff! Helped solve an issue when we arrived, and upgraded our room. Offered us a late checkout when we were running behind. Very good impression on our first trip to Tel Aviv.

This is our 5th visit over many years to our favorite Tel Aviv Hotel. We have never been disappointed in our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and very spacious. The staff were so kind and always helpful.. Our family had a wonderful time, We are looking forward to our return next summer for 2 weeks.

I enjoy myself each time I come around Opra hotels

Nice clean rooms, hot water, laundry and a full kitchen in our suite. But the service was so bad. Not just for us, multiple guests waiting for hours just for someone to be at the front desk. Staff was confused about our reservation check in/check out status. Very disorganized.

Friendly helpful staff Nice room, all amenities you would expect, quiet, balcony with sea view, clean, would have liked room to be larger but for our 2 night stay it was fine. Would recommend it, would go back if were visiting Tel Aviv.

Our stay was brief. We arrived early before having a room available after 30 hours of travel, they offered us a apartment to make a shower. The luggage remained in storage without any inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and with a map he showed us the interesting areas to explore the city. The room very spacious and clean. The location is very good, a few steps from the the centeral areas and facing the beach, spaces to be, bike rental, etc. It is about 10 minutes by bike from Jaffa, a place worth visiting.

Great location and service. The facilities was ok, the apartment was clean but not tidy. We had noisy neighbors....try to have quite ones....

Can’t expect more! Recommended! Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 1 years old baby girl while visiting TLV. The location is very nice - steps away from the city center, beach, and great restaurants, cafes and nightlife. The property itself is clean and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied - the personal touch was very much appreciated and is definitely an exception in Tel Aviv. We were both blown away by their attentiveness and friendliness and that would be the #1 reason we will be back (and recommend this hotel to our friends) The room was clean and functional, Our room did have a beautiful view of the sea and we were very happy about it. Will definitely be back!

In Israel, in principle, there are no cheap hotels, however, finding a place near the sea, while not expensive, given the availability of cuisine, and quite decent-sized rooms with sea views, is a great success. I have previously been to Tel Aviv and, to be honest, the first time I was not disappointed with the hotel. In this place, surprisingly, the hotel really liked. Clean, tidy, comfortable. The rooms are big and its very comfortable. Location is GREAT. Recommend!!!

Top location of TLV!

For a holiday, got a really nice apartment, excellent cleaning, linen change without any problem, fully equipped including an excellent and large refrigerator. Priceless silence despite the proximity of one of the streets with the highest traffic density. Very close to the beach, if you rent a car you can safely leave it at the free parking lot. The manager really kind, discreet and professional. In the vicinity you also have a well-stocked supermarket open 24/7 and many restaurants and clubs. I highly recommend!

I have to put one star to be able to write this experience. If I could I would put minus. They do not deserve stars at all! Horrible service, the room looked like a murder scene of CSI. When we explained nicely that this is not what we wanted, they didn't even want to give us our money back or at least give back half. And this is after charging more then what was listed on the booking. Their service was very bad and rude. After a lot of back and worth including involving the police we received half of our money back. (week and a half after the charge) Do not go close to this place, an utter rip off!

I took a chance on the Herbert Samuel when I went looking for a Tel Aviv beachside hotel. I was not disappointed at all! The hotel's staff was very friendly, the decor was very contemporary, all spaces were super clean and my room shocked any of my Israeli friends in its sheer size and included amenities. The hotel is the southernmost tip of the Tel Aviv center - with access to shopping and many restaurants. It is a block walk to Banana Beach and towels are provided for beach visits. I will strongly recommend you to my friends and fellow travelers and will look to return myself in the future!

We went for a family holiday and stayed at the Herbert Samuel by the beach hotel for a week. This was our most memorable hotel stay in Israel. We are 2 adults and 3 children, so we got the 2-bedroom suite. The room was very spacious. It has a nice modern style, and the view to the beach was just amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, in particular shay, the manager, who makes it a priority to make the guests feel welcome. we would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
