based
on
its
positive
reviews.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
did
not
match
these
reviews.
Air
conditioning:
The
room's
thermostat
stopped
working
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
Despite
reporting
this
problem
to
multiple
staff
members,
it
took
two
nights
before
we
were
moved
to
another
room.
This
persistent
disturbance
greatly
impacted
our
sleep.
Poor,
low-quality
service:
Additional
troubles
reflected
poor
service,
too.
For
instance,
we
requested
a
wake-up
call
on
the
first
night,
which
never
occurred.
We
also
encountered
difficulties
when
seeking
recommendations
for
activities
and
restaurants
from
some
staff
members.
Lack
of
response.
We
shared
this
feedback
with
the
hotel
on
multiple
occasions,
via
emails
and
telephone
conversations.
Despite
this
many
attempts
and
the
three
months
that
passed,
we
received
no
response.
No
response,
zero
service,
no
accountability.
There
are
plenty
of
superior
options
in
Tel
Aviv.
