We
had
a
wonderful
experience
at
this
apartment
hotel,
staying
for
3
days
in
December.
I
had
contacted
the
staff
with
several
questions
after
seeing
the
listing,
and
was
answered
promptly
and
pleasantly
by
Anton,
who
proceeded
to
correspond
with
me
for
several
days,
never
losing
his
patience
and
always
supplying
the
necessary
information
(in
over
30
emails!!).
.
The
hotel
has
a
very
clear
policy
on
early
check-in
and
late
check-out,
with
a
standard
and
fair
set
price
for
these
-
again,
I
appreciated
it
not
being
up
to
their
whim
or
fancy,
and
knowing
my
options
ahead
of
time.
Moving
on
from
the
technical
details....
We
stayed
in
the
Mediterranean
Sea
Suite
Apartment
and
it
is
truly
beautiful
and
luxurious.
Upon
entering,
we
had
a
bottle
of
water
and
a
bottle
of
wine
waiting
for
us
with
a
hand
printed
note
welcoming
us
to
Tel-Aviv.
The
panoramic
view
from
the
living
room
and
dining
area
are
breathtaking
and
highlighted
to
the
best
advantage
by
use
of
mirrors.
The
kitchen
is
small
but
fully
functional,
with
a
full
size
fridge
and
a
large
sink.
Dishes,
cutlery,
and
several
pots/pans
were
provided,
as
well
as
olive
oil,
salt,
pepper,
sugar,
coffee
packets
and
teas.
There
is
an
espresso
machine,
although
for
some
reason
they
were
lacking
espresso
capsules.
Luckily,
I
had
though
to
bring
from
home,
although
this
seems
like
a
strange
oversight.
The
dining
area
is
expansive
and
beautiful
-
eating
our
meals
in
full
view
of
the
ocean
was
incredible
and
calming.
The
living
room
is
very
large,
with
a
nice
couch
that
turns
into
a
bed
(very
comfortable
as
couch-beds
go!),
and
a
HUGE
television
screen
with
such
high
resolution
it
was
better
than
being
in
the
theatre!!
We
watched
a
movie
every
night
and
enjoyed
it
tremendously
(tip
-
bring
microwavable
popcorn
packets!).
The
master
bedroom
is
very
pampering,
with
electric
mattresses
you
can
set
to
your
own
personal
preferences.
To
my
own
personal
taste
however,
they
were
way
too
soft
and
so
not
comfortable
for
my
back.
But
my
two
teenage
daughters
loved
sleeping
there.
A
nice
sized
closet
is
appreciated.
Unfortunately,
the
bedroom
does
not
enjoy
a
full
sea
view,
as
there
is
a
building
adjacent
to
it,
however,
it
hosts
a
large
jacuzzi
bathtub
that
has
a
full
view
of
the
ocean
and
is
a
real
luxurious
treat.
The
jets
were
a
bit
on
the
delicate
side,
but
even
just
enjoying
a
hot
bath
in
front
of
the
ocean
sunset
was
incredible.
Definitely
a
memorable
experience!
A
shower
and
bathroom
completed
the
room.
We
had
1-2
things
we
needed
help
with
in
the
apartment,
and
were
always
answered
professionally
and
pleasantly.
A
special
thanks
to
Amir,
in
charge
of
housekeeping
who
came
to
help
us
several
times
and
was
a
lovely
person
to
talk
to.
The
receptionists
at
the
front
desk
were
all
very
nice
and
helpful
as
well,
and
it
gave
us
a
homey
feeling.
The
lobby
has
a
beautiful
view,
a
full
cappuccino
machine
and
is
a
lovely
place
to
sit.
Tel-Aviv's
main
attraction
-
the
beach
-
is
located
30
seconds
away,
which
is
a
real
treat.
Simply
cross
the
street
and
you
are
at
Bugrashov
beach.
We
enjoyed
that
immensely,
and
the
reception
gives
you
beach
bags
and
towels
for
you
to
take
with
you.
On
the
last
night,
we
added
a
second
room
for
my
grown
son,
who
stayed
in
a
studio
sea
facing
apartment
-
it
was
small
but
very
beautifully
set
out,
and
again
-
with
the
tremendous
view
of
the
ocean.
It
had
a
mini-fridge,
kettle,
tea
and
coffee
and
came
with
complimentary
water
and
soda.
Once
again,
there
was
a
hand
printed
note
of
welcome
-
this
is
such
a
nice
detail
in
a
digital
age....
All
in
all,
this
was
a
wonderful
destination,
and
we
were
very
sad
to
leave....
Thanks
to
all
members
of
the
wonderful
hotel
staff
who
took
the
effort
to
make
our
stay
so
memorable
