I've stayed at this hotel before when it was under different management and it was great so I decided to I book again for my wedding. I chose to "book now and pay later" to be on the safe side. I received an email from the hotel saying that they're trying to charge my card and it's in the cancelation policy that they can do this. I read and re-read the cancelation policy and nowhere does it say they can do this. My fiancé got involved to cancel the reservation and I received an email starting off with "Your wish is our command, your reservation has been cancelled". The hotel representative has to be the rudest person I've ever met. Not only were they rude to me, but to my fiancé and my mother. They basically told us to go look elsewhere. From the responses to the reviews it seems I was talking to the same person who has no idea what appropriate customer service looks like. Safe to say I won't be staying here and I am no longer recommending to any of our guests attending our wedding.

Horrible and rude service! This was my favorite hotel for many years but the new stuff just ruined the whole experience. NOT recommended.

This was my first time staying at the Sea Executive Suites and my family and I were very concerned about what the overall stay experience and cleanliness of the property would be like. My niece literally walked into the suite and started shouting, while jumping up and down, “thank you” Uncle. This is so good! This excitement happened before we went on the patio where my sister in law literally cried because she hadn’t experienced anything like similar in the past. The gran patio captures the beach and offers a primate pool. The kitchen in our suite was fully furnished and couldn’t have been better equipped. I don’t know that any additional commentary could describe our experience. Every staff member was most helpful.

Don’t book this hotel! They tell you on the phone it’s possible to cancel your reservation for free, but when you have to do so, they won’t refund money for the first nights. We wanted to come over to Sea Suites next year, but now we won’t!

The negative reviews posted in 2022 have nothing to do with COVID. We stayed there in 2015 and, years later, still talk about the horrible stay , and the stuff rudeness. The photos are extremely misleading. The service was miserable. We are experienced travellers, and we warn you from the bottom of our hearts: the beautiful Tel Aviv has many hotels to offer with impeccable service . Do yourself a huge favor and choose another one !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place was spotless and offered breathtaking views. And let's not forget about the incredible staff who made your experience even better. Highly recommended! 🌊🌞🌴 They even went as far as to recommend an amazing tour guide and great restaurants. We even took a guided food tour around the city. I will always stay here when I come back. I’ve stayed here several times and this will not be my last.

We stayed at SEA Executive Apartments for the fourth time this past summer. We never stay anywhere else when in Tel Aviv! The rooms are spacious and luxurious, always impeccably clean and the most comfortable. The staff are exceptionally kind and courteous, they help us with any questions about what to do, where to eat, etc. The location is unbeatable, too. It’s RIGHT ON the beach, a short walk to the Carmel Market (one of the MUST sees in Tel Aviv), close to many great shops and some of the best restaurants. We highly recommend SEA Apartments for your next stay in Tel Aviv!

This trip we decided to stay at these apartments and it was decent, nice view rooms and overall pretty good. However, we asked for late check-out the day before we were leaving and the girl at the reception said she noted down our request and they will let us know in the morning. I told her I am cool to pay extra for this or even move to another room if needed. As I was super jet-lagged still from US hours, we went to bed super late and I thought we will be notified in the morning about the checkout options. The next thing is that we got a knock at 12:00 and told that we definitely need to check out now. I said no problem - we just need to pack the bags quickly and started on that. In the next 5 minutes I had 3 people coming and knocking - one cleaning guy was super rude and and I tried to explain that we were just notified so we are packing. Next one was the senior manager form what it looked - lady - came up and started to tell me off, was super rude, trying to make me wrong - although she knew that her receptionist told me that we will be notified in the morning. I stayed nice with her despite the fact that she was completely out of line to talk like that. We paid good money to stay there and we followed the protocol and they failed to let us know in the morning that we must check out at noon and can’t even move to another room. And even if we there was misunderstanding they could always remain professional and customer-oriented - instead of ruining their reputation like that. I think the senior manager needs to know she has no right to talk to their guests like that (and she probably talks to her staff like that too) and she is ruining her own business that way.

My family was headed to Bethlehem for The Holy Land Tour and we decided to go early and spend some time at Tel Aviv. This place thst we stayed at was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and they above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Rima. She made sure we checked in okay and then also ensured we got what we needed. There should be more folks like Rima to work there cuz she was absolutely amazing. The young gentleman who worked in the morning was so polite as well. The day we checked out, the manager assisted us. She made sure our taxi knew where to take up. Overall, hands down, absolutely lovely establishment and great customer service!! Thank you!!

This is my third time staying here and I absolutely love it. Topaz has really been so sweet and helpful with anything I need and my stay has been excellent the entire time. 5 Stars once again for this awesome hotel. I still can't get over the view!

Insane experience. I'm getting married tomorrow and fighting for the ROOM THAT WE ALREADY PAAYED FOR. Talked with them over and over since two months ago. Still waiting to get my room which they refuse to give us because the owner of the credit card is not here. The manager doesn't care and not even sorry. Not recommend this place. Super mad. I came to relax and it's happening exactly the opposite. So thank you so much!

We stayed at Sea for 5 nights. The apartment was very clean, the king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a powerful walk in rain shower. We had city view with a balcony, but in fact you we had a side view of the sea .. which was a bonus 😊😊 We were greeted with a personalised handwritten note left on the kitchen table, with 3 bottles of water, plus there was tea, coffee and condiments including a lovely bottle of olive oil. There were plenty of towels for 5 days.. 2 large bath towels and 2 hand towels per person. We made use of the gym and sauna. The roof terrace was nice, but unfortunately it was a bit cold to relax up there.

Had such a wonderful stay in Tel Aviv. The view was fabulous. Even when we got "City View" we had great views of the sunset over the sea, the location relative to the boardwalk, beaches, Jaffa, Shook Hacarmel, Nachlat Benjamin, bars, restaurants was so convenient... And the comfortable beds, great showers, nice kitchen and a smart TV... The suites were very clean and comfortable. Plus the rooftop was well maintained and had an amazing view of the beach and city. They even had yoga classes a few times a week on the roof. Last but not least, the reception desk was very helpful in making good recommendations and helping out with little things that we asked about. They always had water and a great coffee machine in the lobby! We will be back!

Excellent experience. Very clean, quiet, and spacious apartment ten steps to the ocean. Water pressure was amazing. Carmel market, Jaffa, museums, and other spots were an easy walk or scooter ride away. Breakfast on the beach at La Mer was a plus.

Home away from home. Very clean, comfortable beds, conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, right on the beach! Amazing view of the sea, friendly and helpful staff. Equipped kitchenette in the room and a laundry room with a free dryer.

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment hotel, staying for 3 days in December. I had contacted the staff with several questions after seeing the listing, and was answered promptly and pleasantly by Anton, who proceeded to correspond with me for several days, never losing his patience and always supplying the necessary information (in over 30 emails!!). . The hotel has a very clear policy on early check-in and late check-out, with a standard and fair set price for these - again, I appreciated it not being up to their whim or fancy, and knowing my options ahead of time. Moving on from the technical details.... We stayed in the Mediterranean Sea Suite Apartment and it is truly beautiful and luxurious. Upon entering, we had a bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for us with a hand printed note welcoming us to Tel-Aviv. The panoramic view from the living room and dining area are breathtaking and highlighted to the best advantage by use of mirrors. The kitchen is small but fully functional, with a full size fridge and a large sink. Dishes, cutlery, and several pots/pans were provided, as well as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee packets and teas. There is an espresso machine, although for some reason they were lacking espresso capsules. Luckily, I had though to bring from home, although this seems like a strange oversight. The dining area is expansive and beautiful - eating our meals in full view of the ocean was incredible and calming. The living room is very large, with a nice couch that turns into a bed (very comfortable as couch-beds go!), and a HUGE television screen with such high resolution it was better than being in the theatre!! We watched a movie every night and enjoyed it tremendously (tip - bring microwavable popcorn packets!). The master bedroom is very pampering, with electric mattresses you can set to your own personal preferences. To my own personal taste however, they were way too soft and so not comfortable for my back. But my two teenage daughters loved sleeping there. A nice sized closet is appreciated. Unfortunately, the bedroom does not enjoy a full sea view, as there is a building adjacent to it, however, it hosts a large jacuzzi bathtub that has a full view of the ocean and is a real luxurious treat. The jets were a bit on the delicate side, but even just enjoying a hot bath in front of the ocean sunset was incredible. Definitely a memorable experience! A shower and bathroom completed the room. We had 1-2 things we needed help with in the apartment, and were always answered professionally and pleasantly. A special thanks to Amir, in charge of housekeeping who came to help us several times and was a lovely person to talk to. The receptionists at the front desk were all very nice and helpful as well, and it gave us a homey feeling. The lobby has a beautiful view, a full cappuccino machine and is a lovely place to sit. Tel-Aviv's main attraction - the beach - is located 30 seconds away, which is a real treat. Simply cross the street and you are at Bugrashov beach. We enjoyed that immensely, and the reception gives you beach bags and towels for you to take with you. On the last night, we added a second room for my grown son, who stayed in a studio sea facing apartment - it was small but very beautifully set out, and again - with the tremendous view of the ocean. It had a mini-fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and came with complimentary water and soda. Once again, there was a hand printed note of welcome - this is such a nice detail in a digital age.... All in all, this was a wonderful destination, and we were very sad to leave.... Thanks to all members of the wonderful hotel staff who took the effort to make our stay so memorable

This is just what we needed to start our vacation off on a good foot. Spacious, beautiful ocean front, and even a kitchen with groceries (thank you for this optional add on service, it was clutch!!) Super clean, affordable, and very friendly. Location is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Sea Executive Suites has definitely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with all you need. The location was ideal: a few steps from the beach and close to everything you need (e.g. supermarkets, restaurants). The staff was always nice and willing to help with our requests. I've been in different hotels in Tel Aviv and this experience was by far the best. No doubt I'll book again with you the next time I visit Tel Aviv! Thanks a lot and hope to see you soon again!

Location - A DREAM - the overlooking beach, sea - literally across the street from all of it. To the other side - you are one little block away from streets with many bars and restaurants that are just busting open in the evening and night hours. Around the corner is all major hotels but these suites give you all privacy and comfort of staying over. Great water pressure in the shower too.

Our stay at the hotel was beyond fantastic. The staff is very kind, helpful, and everyone makes you feel so welcome. They have the most exquisite location which consists of panoramic sea views and the rooms are equipped with everything one could ask for . This place is a slice of heaven and I’m looking forward to going back for a relaxing vacation.

Best location in Tel Aviv, right on the beach. Friendly staff and a real "home-away- from- home" feeling. Spacious apartments equipped with all you need, 24/7 gym, nice chilling area on the rooftop.

Great suite overlooking the beach and promenade. You don't have to go down to the beach - on the balcony you're as if you're sitting on the beach so much so that the noise from the beach bats disturbs you....

Great location and view. Staff are not pushing while there is always someone to connect if something is required. Great thanks to Ilanit the manager who provided a personal care and understanding to our needs. We will come again for sure!

This is a WONDERFUL place! We stayed a month in this hotel and enjoyed every moment. First of all, the staff (especially Rafael) was kind and helpful in everything. Second, perfect location and beach view - beautiful sunset every day from the balcony / roof top. We definitely will back again!

The hotel offers exceptional sea views. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop is also very pleasant. Small inconvenience, the noise of car traffic

Great apartment hotel ON THE SHORE of Tel Aviv's Trumpeldor beach. The hotel has a great design and spacious apartments. The service is good and Corona rules are strictly maintained. We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city due to the closeness to the beach, great restaurants around and proximity to many interesting areas of the city. I only wish there was a parking lot, but there are plenty around.

DON’T stay here. Worst service you could imagine. They totally ripped us off. We couldn’t travel due to Covid and the hotel took our money and did not even provide a credit for a future stay. Their staff are arrogant, rude and totally dismissive. They wouldn’t even understand what customer service was. They are now an Airbnb, not even a hotel. There are lots of better places to stay. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place.

Wonderful Experience! We stayed for 1 week in a clean, comfortable, lovely 2 bedroom suite with a gorgeous full view of the sea. We had a wonderful experience with Ilanit and Adva and all the staff. Since we were already in town, we were shown the available suites so that we could choose. This was much appreciated A friendly note and box of delicious treats were left for us in our room and the staff was always very attentive, kind and helpful, in person and by WhatsApp text. The rooftop space was beautiful and the free yoga offered (by Maya) was excellent! We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee machine in the comfy lobby. Also greatly appreciated was the evening check out (thank you Ilanit), since we had a very late night flight. I highly recommend Sea Executive Suites..

First and foremost - the hotel was so clean! The sheets and towels smelled amazing, everything was spotless, the cleaning staff was quick and efficient. The entire staff was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help us with anything we needed. We stayed with a one year old, the hotel provided us with plenty of amenities to make our stay more comfortable. I would recommend to any travelers with babies to take a larger room (we stayed in the classic room and found it a little too snug with the crib, our stroller, high chair and furniture). The only negatives are small design flaws - gaps between the bathroom door, a large vent into the neighboring room which funneled noise into ours, very thin walls… But they were largely outweighed by everything else which was fantastic. And try to get a sea view! The balcony was our favorite part!

Check in and check out, communication were very good. Location is great. The quality of the actual unit wasn’t so great. The photos made it look nicer and more spacious than it really was. They also could have been a little more generous with towels in the rooms and bathrooms.

I've stayed here many times in the past, and had good visits. This recent trip in May, 2022, I stayed there with my son for 4 nights. Beautiful sea views, great location, but AWFUL customer service, and incorrect information posted in the laundry room. First I was told (before going to the laundry room) that laundry was free. It wasn't. Washing machine had a sign showing cost was 5 NIS. Well, it was 10 NIS, and I had to scramble to get more change. Dryer, after 3 hours, still didn't dry my clothes. And on Shabbat, my shower backed up, flooded the entire bedroom, and it took over 2 hours for a plumber to come, and while the person on call tried to wipe up some of the water, I had to wipe up the rest. Floors warped from the water damage, plumber was nasty, and no apologies from anyone running the hotel. AND there was mold in the shower, which they saw and told me it's not mold. The on-call person was completely embarrassed at how we were treated. I've since spoken to them - VERY NASTY PEOPLE, they were very clear that they choose what guests to allow in. I've stayed there many times over the years, but I guess post-Corona they have become vile.

Amazing view (all apartments have partial beach view even though they say city view on line) and absolute perfect location. ( right across the steeet from La Mer or 5 minutes Lalaland or Banana Beach) Great staff that was very kind and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious. (We were 3 adults in a one bedroom suite). Even received a generous welcome basket with hand written note. Epic rooftop view with yoga and Pilates classes and very cool lounge downstairs. Clean public laundry facility available. Walking distance to dizengoff center, shuk hacarmel or Sheinkin for all shops/ restaurants. Can’t say enough about this perfect vacation. Thanks Sea View Executive Apartments!

Great location and reasonable pricing (for Tel Aviv) the building is a bit run down outside but fine inside. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good facilities and the Friday night surprise for the Sabbath was lovely!

We had a wonderful experience at the Executive Suites hotel. The rooms we exceptionally clean and fully renovated. The location was perfect with the access to beach directly across the street. With restaurants at the beach, on the beautiful Mediterranean, and in the near vicinity, we were never far from a great meal. The staff was friendly, always personable and knowledgeable. They booked us tours to Jerusalem and explained where to meet for pick up, it was so seamless. The value for this lovely boutique hotel cannot be beat. I would definitely recommend.
