I recently had a terrible experience during my stay at the Hotel Muse in Tel Aviv, and I strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel at all costs. During my two-night stay, I was unable to get a good night's sleep because the walls of my room were not soundproof, and I could hear everything going on inside and outside the hotel. Many other guests also complained about this issue, so it was clearly a widespread problem. To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel were incredibly rude and unprofessional. However, the worst experience I had was when the owner called me a thief over the phone and accused me of not paying the VAT, despite having an invoice that clearly showed that I had paid. He even instructed the receptionist to call the police, which was a humiliating and embarrassing experience that took place during breakfast in front of all the other hotel guests. Even if the owner believed that I was wrong, this was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. To make matters worse, the total amount in dispute was only about 50 EUR, which makes the owner's behavior all the more absurd. Unfortunately, I also witnessed other guests being treated poorly by the staff, which was unacceptable. The hotel Muse in Tel Aviv is a horror show of terrible service, unprofessional behavior, and basic amenities that do not meet minimum standards.

Great location, great hotel. It is a boutique hotel.with touches of modern arts. Unfortunately, there has been metro tram construction that cause a lot of noise and dust along the streets. Many shops are closed or abandoned along these routes. Room is large with modern amenities. It is well maintained. The windows need improvements to minimize street noise even at night. Breakfast was excellent. Many healthy delicious options. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was noisy during breakfast having neighbor doing consultation. We had to move inside in the lobby. Lobby is well maintained, thanks to Evans and others who diligently keep everything clean. For dinner, we had to go to next door, Metropolitan hotel, owned by the same company. All staff were friendly. .

Was looking to book a room at the Muse Hotel for my upcoming trip to TLV, and found the reservations team to be shockingly rude and unaccommodating. Their responses and email communication were quite short and terse. I ultimately decided to go with another hotel. Looking through the other reviews, I'm not surprised about the staff.

Disregard the critical reviews below at your peril. I found the staff here to be rude and unprofessional, with poor customer service and a general lack of empathy or willingness to resolve customer problems. I also witnessed other guests being treated poorly. The hotel facilities looked fine, but the customer service was a real drag on our vacation. Stay at your own risk.

We had a tiny room, two persons could not unload their luggage. Service was great and they served vegan brekkie.

2nd time here. The rooms are not fancy but built with very high standards. This time the mattress was too soft... The breakfast buffet was great, the staff is super friendly and the price is fair

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. They welcomed us very kindly. The room was very nice (we stayed at room 333). Every single room has an espresso machine with loads of variaty of coffee and local tea (that they refill for you everyday). The whole hotel has a Bauhaus design feeling. Always very clean and very kind staff. If you ever need coffee or some drink like cold water or juices even tea you can take it for free in the lobby. Even snacks. Very high quality of everything. DonĀ“t bother to take your schampoo or conditioner or soap. they have very high quality in the room. Their breakfast is amazing. very fresh fruits, freshly baked bread, salmon, different local spreads, pastry and everything is kosher. You can choose one warm meal for breakfast which was always delicious. I really recommend the shakshuka. Before shabbat on fridays they even invite you for their type of tapas and wine. As i said very kind staff, clean and stylish hotel with great food and high quality of everything.

Thank you to all the lovely staff at Muse Hotel Tel Aviv. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in December and absolutely loved it. Attentive staff, very timely and attentive service, a lot of attention to detail, very courteous and friendly, particularly Ben the manager. The breakfasts were absolutely delectable, with a lovely selection of your standard Israeli vegetarian breakfast and cheeses as well as made-to-order egg dishes such shakshuka and pancakes. Also, a very central location super close to the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions which allowed us to pretty much walk everywhere. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Muse Hotel!

Awesome stay. The Breakfasts were amazing. Anna was really pleasant and very attentive to all our requests and inquiries. One block from the beach. The only thing is that there was a lot of road noise. Try and get a room that doesn't face the street. But it wasn't terrible, (no need to sleep-in, so much to do and see).

This hotel is clean like a pharmacy. One of the best places to stay in the middle of Tel Aviv. 2 minutes walk to the beach and walking distance to all attractions. We stayed 7 days and its feel like home, the room got all we needed, beds sheets were so comfortable, the breakfast is one of the best, the selection and the quality filled us up till dinner. All day and night different cold drink, coffee, espresso, tea and cookies available in the lobby On Thursday afternoon Happy hour with wine and trays full of mini sandwiches. The staff were amazing special thanks to Ben and Hila

Very noisy, and bad service: We ordered one night. We arrived at late evening, and when trying to sleep we found that the room is very noisy (street noise). Even after tightening the window it was unbearable. At midnight we asked to replace the room and were told that the hotel is fully booked, and that "this noise is the Tel Aviv vibe". So we left it in the middle of the night. I left two messages and an Email to the hotel manager asking to call me back. She didn't bother to do so.

Good vibes, it is an adult hotel only so very quiet. It is 2 min from the beach, very friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice lobby to sit down and chill. Located in the center of Tel aviv-Jaffa and from here you can walk almost everywhere. They have Gabi and she is amazing, always with a smile on her face, very nice and friendly and makes the stay feel like home ā¤ļø

It was weird arriving late, the lack of parking is the reason the hotel is getting a 4 star otherwise the hotel is high standard elevator was a little scary, service in the hotel was amazing the breakfast was ok, i think i would have maybe enjoyed a breakfast elsewhere better for a little more, but it shows they tried there was plenty of everything, if they would serve a continental breakfast i would probably rank a 5 even though the lack of parking because the hotel was so nice.

Small "boutique" hotel. My room was very small, the wardrobe was small without the chance to hang long dresses. Breakfast options were few but good. The price too high for the hotel. The location is good, only 2 blocks to the Beach.

Inhumane treatment. The hotel's fridge ruined my breakfast food, but "the hotel isn't responsible for personal belongings" They didn't offer to reimburse me the 20 shek, but more importantly they refused to offer me food leaving me hungry on the shabbat morning, when all the places are closed. The staff fully enjoying this left me in tears and called the security. The security manager was actually the only human and supportive person in the hotel. I've travelled all over the world and have never ever been met with such a terrible customer service and treatment.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Our daughter had to cancel her reservation due to her needing to travel back to the U.S. as a result of a medical emergency. She had tried to cancel her reservation less than 24 hours after booking her stay. The hotel had refused to cancel it, and is charging the full amount despite the fact that she had never checked in and the change occurred in such a short time frame. The hotel told us Hotels.com had to cancel it however Hotels.com told us that the hotel itself could cancel it. The staff was completely unwilling to help and lacked compassion for the medial emergency our daughter was suffering. Furthermore, the hotel gave us contradictory information the three times that we had spoken to them, leaving us confused and frustrated.

We had a terrible experience at Muse hotel during the check in process, before we even got our rooms. The manager, Ben Friedman, was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. We just arrived to the hotel after 48 hours of travel, about 1.5 hours before the 3pm check in. I kindly asked Ben if we could access our rooms to shower and rest after our long travel. He wanted to charge us 100 shekels per hour per room to check in early, even though the rooms were already prepared and cleaned. He then turned to my 26 year old daughter and rudely asked, ā€œhow old is this child? This is an adult only hotel.ā€ DO NOT COME HERE. They also do not provide parking so we had to walk quite a long distance with all of our luggage, including multiple stairs.
