Product Quality is not good anymore. I had my hair colored at Gachibowli branch last Saturday, but I'm not sure what type of products they used. Within 4 days, the color of my hair reversed. I frequently visit this branch for hair coloring, and the color lasts up to 30 days. However, I am uncertain about the products they used this time.

Customer service here is the best. The entire staff are very courteous. Hair stylist, is super skilled, analyses issues with your hair and suggests the right treatment that suits your hair needs. They attends to customers with utmost patience and also guides on after treatment precautions.

Had first hair cut here 2 years back and went again to have second recently,got my haircut done by venkatesh - he is very polite and gave some tips for good maintenance of my hair Wonderful experience here Would recommend for sure

Amazing Service - Hair spa done by Narsing Owner of the Salon was very good and he made sure that the customer leave the place with a satisfaction really liked the way he treated the client About Narsingh he did a very good job when it come to spa, treated my hair well, Application was good. But they only thing was he kept on insisting that I am getting a very expensive service for lesser price.

I visited T&G on a workday, because of my busy schedule I couldn't get leave and they patiently waited for me during my meetings. Regarding the services, I am thoroughly pleased with the hair spa, massage, pedicure, and facial. I got hair highlights done from Amit. Super impressed with his precision and dedication. I was not willing to bleach my hair but wanted the color to be subtly visible so he mixed 2 colors to suit my requirement. He was so patient throughout coloring, washing and styling my hair. He never hushed and was equally invested in the new look, he made sure I was happy with the final output. I am highly impressed with his commitment and professionalism. Would highly recommend this parlour and especially Amit. Overall the staffs were kind and hospitable. Thank you !

The most horrible haircut I could ever get. Apparently the creative director has all the time to give you Gyan about not going to a dermatologist but doesn't know what length to cut even after telling him multiple times not to cut it short. I look like a bloody idiot thanks to the guy who doesn't know what to do and is the creative head Will never ever step my foot here.
