Very poorly managed apartment society. So many teething issues. Power fluctuations, security lapses, stray dogs and this list goes on. Hope these recent low rated reviews reach higher management in Bangalore. Amenities: Pool management is one of the worst that I have ever seen. Most of the times unusable. Prestigious Prestige PMS has no clue what to do about it. God knows how they are managing societies in Bangalore. Power cuts: Frequent power cuts with frequent DG failing is very bothering. Prestige supposedly sat on this 2 months and got it rectified but it still happens. Update: This is rectified now. Stray menace: it has gone from bad to worse. Basement is never safe. Late night walks on the podium are not safe. Cannot believe nothings being done on this front. It’s been more than 2 years now and things are not sorted. Proves prestige’s property management services. Zero fire safety: Fire Alarms are completely unreliable. For instance, the fire alarms in a few towers rings 4-5 times a week without any clue. Waste management: The waste management practices PHF are very poor, and the condition of basements resembles that of a dumping ground. Worst facility management for an extremely high maintenance amount. I wonder if PPMS doesn’t fix it now, we may have to fix it at our cost after the association handover. I can go on and on with this but will rest my case here. Suggest to check the conditions before you buy/rent. Don’t fall for the eye candy central Pool. I deeply regret purchasing a flat here. Please do due diligence before you take a decision.

Excellent apartments in the city, which is very near to the outer ring road, a great infrastructure, very well maintained, very clean, good project these apartments are constructed in Disney theme there are multiple blocks here, swimming pools, shopping complex, office work space and many more, highly secured.....

Huge towers with 36 floors for each tower and 4 lifts for each tower which reach the 36th floor in around 35-40 secs. Well maintained with level B2 parking. Greenery and a lot of open space, a good walk area, a cycling track, a very big swimming pool which is well maintained. Security guards are quite active and each block has care takers and guides...

Nobody is there to guide you. Boards are misleading. Very few people are there. However I could get help from One gentleman. Though it is good further improvement is needed.

Very well maintained, newly constructed society in Financial District. It has Disney characters planted everywhere in the society. The amenities are extra ordinary here. There are 2 lawn tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, 2 private movie screeening theatres and club house has Gym, badminton, squash, room for billiard and what not! You name it.

I am the owner of prestige high fields and regret to choose this as my home. The project has highway like running roads inside with trucks, cabs, bikes all rushing 24×7 making this place utter unsafe for family living. Security is nil even after higest maintenance cost. The property is lead by a highly incompetent property manager who is always ready to play blame game and escape from all his responsibilities. I am in serious consideration to surrender my flat and move somewhere else. Trust me guys, this place is highly unsafe to live.

I am currently a resident of this society. If you think that your vehicles or kids are safe in the parking area of PHF(prestige high fields), then think again.. I am posting some pictures of stray dogs ripping the seat cover of two wheelers in the parking area of society. It has been a constant issue in this society and happened with me twice in two months. Stray dogs in the parking area is also a threat for younger kids especially late evening or night.. Guards overlook the entire issue and watch all this helplessly rather than removing stray dogs from the campus. Quite disappointed by the management in this regard. ☹️

Best landscaping and club house inarguably in Hyderabad. Love the atmosphere and the residents celebrate every festival with great joy and grandeur... Has everything for all the ages - elders, small and big kids, young couples, etc. Surrounded by all the big IT complexes, renowned hospital, and hotels. Feels like living in an uber posh locality. Highly recommended...

It is a huge society located in Hyderabad’s heart financial district with lush greenery, great amenities, spell binding apartments.

A very nice society, cleanliness and other amenities of the society are maintained very well. The apartment is close to the wipro circle making it easy to reach and good for IT/ financial district folks. The security and staff are very well behaved and the parking system and other rules are made with consideration to not cause much inconvenience.
