Huge building away from city. Decent parking palace. Also ambulance and daycare service providing. But no local transport service and cab service not available. Very poor signals. 10 to 15 mins waiting for lift.

Office is in SEZ zone, so it is basically like a village. You wont get mobile signal outside the building. But inside it is decent, equipped with a good food court and basement parking. Dont expect too much facilities. But the work environment is comfortable.

This SEZ is located in this location. Laxmi Infobahn SEZ, Tower 1, 10th floor, Sy.No.107, ORR Service road, Kokapet, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Rangareddy Dist, Hyderabad-500075. Good place , view super from that SEZ. Very prime location. Named companies are are there Capgemini , L and T infotech , Conduent Business Services India LLP.

Great place Has companies like amazon, PepsiCo, capgemini and many more Also has a play school And a small super market, icici bank Great ambience Flea market is conducted once a month And multiple buddha statues are placed here Has a basketball court and also a cafeteria on the top floor

No good bus shelter for the hundreds of employees standing in dust and sun. No seating facility. Employees smoking openly near bus stop as there is no facility of a smoking area causing problem for all who are waiting for bus. Lot of dust due to bad condition of road. Dust causing pollution and health issues. Unfortunately no greenery absolutely anywhere near this bus stop. Corporate social responsibility csr funds can be utilised by this GAR to create beautiful surrounding. For the sake of its employees at least.

It is okay place to work at unless your company has perks in the floor, not much amenities in compound, still development is in progress. Not much option to eat in campus. Hopefully everything will turn around.

It's like any other building that you see in corporate world. The green stretch within the building is less when compared to other big players. They keep the premises clean and secure. They don't have visitor parking. Visitors are forced to park on the road. Their building parking for cars is pathetic and by far the worst i have seen. The hydraulic mechanism they use is so uncomfortable, you can't get out of the car after parking. Institutes who has given them a certificate for safety and security might not have seen the hydraulic parking for sure. The cramped hydraulic parking is not at all safe and can cause injuries. I have given one star only for this reason which is a major factor. Also the builders say that the lifts are using destination logics technology. Which is big flop here. If the employees are coming in good numbers then it will take so much of time to get a lift. Very bad lift management system. This technology is not good in practicality.

This place is at a separate corner of the city. Earlier no mobile signals were available but the situation is somewhat good now. Parking space is highly populated. It is located exactly beside the ORR exit near Kokapet junction. If you don't want to prefer office provided foods, you'll die of hunger. *No other food is available outside, No restaurant no hotels, no malls, nothing within 10km radius. But one thing for sure, this area is developing*

What an amazing place to work. Very pleasant location and peaceful. Easy to travel through ORR in quick time. Multiple food courts, play grounds nearer to the building and lake view will be an extra advantage who works here. Thanks for the Builder / Company who had build such beautiful commercial office buildings.
