    Never encourage these kind of amateur builders and loss your valuable money in prelaunch…better go with reputed builders even if it’s little costly.

    Builder has started the pre launch in 2020 and until now there are no permissions and the land is in dispute. Investors have started exiting the project.

    It started in 2020 with land 11+ acres, now zero progress on ground and 3.6 acres due to land court issues/disputes.
