They will give medicines after your visit to the doctor, you can purchase from outside also, that will be a good option. 8. Nice place to check up for your eyes.

Recently we have visited Dr Agarwal Eye hospital Gachibowli branch for my mother(75Years) eye checkup. First of all, you should have more patience, they will take more time for consultation even if you take appointment already. They have more staff in Hospital compared to patients, Even Tho the service is very bad, Staff is not friendly and no responsibility. There is no use of having more staff if they are not helping to patients. Eye surgery they will do very quickly because they will get the money after surgery, if you visit for post-surgery checkups, they will take more time and you need to waste your one-day time. This is my personal experience only. Others might have different opinion. I will Not recommended.

Cheats these people are. First they can't even check eye sight correctly... Just interested in making money.. Pushing expensive options for specs... Doctor is pathetic. Gave wrong diagnosis.. He is not even a retina specialist. But parents to be. While prescribing expensive tests... Supposed to be a retina specialist but I think he bought the degree. Worst experience ever. Dr. Agarwals eye clinic is one of the excellent clinic by maintaining neat and clean hospital with latest equipments which is useful for patients for painless surgeries. For Surgery aspects Dr. Preeti had done excellent job and other doctors support for continuation treatment is good but at OT not maintaing the proper cloths which was kept on my face at the time of my second eye operation am unable to breath it seems the same cloths was using for every patient. Rest of the department staff are very good for patient taking care. I will recommend Dr.preetis and Dr.Agarwal eye clinic to my known people. Went to Dr.Agarwal’s for an eye checkup with Dr. Padma Swetha in Gachibowli Branch. Super efficient and super fast experience. We first met Mr. Zabeen at the reception who guided with filling in the profile details and was very attentive. We were immediately guided to Mr. Preetham who took preliminary tests done quickly and was very efficient. We then met Dr. Padma Swetha for consultation- she listened attentively ensured we were comfortable and explained the diagnosis and prescription and provided her inputs superbly. I had a very nice experience and will definitely go for the same in future as well. Only downside is that the pharmacy staff was not available even though we waited for about 20 minutes. But as this was my first visit - I am not sure if this was an exception or a general occurrence.

I have done a cataract surgery for my wife. She is absolutely fine and doing well. The service rendered by the doctors and staff was excellent. Yesterday my wife has another cataract surgery and is done perfectly. Today we come for follow up check up. The receptionist has given us an appointment to one doctor who is not in his room. When I Enquiry the nurse is telling me that the doctor will come in the afternoon. So I don’t understand who is right and who is wrong

Fairly good experience with Dr Agarwals eye care for cataract surgery of senior citizen with limited mobility. Supportive staff. Srilatha ma’am made the experience very smooth. Can reduce no of pre tests if possible. One feedback and its true for most other hospital and clinic in hyderabad as well, the height or x ray examination beds are not adjustable making it difficult for persons with limited mobility to climb up. This is very basic requirement which is overlooked most of the time. Even lift ingress and egress ramps should be provided rather than only a big step.

The hospital is very neat and clean. The staff were very cooperative and professional. The doctors were excellent and got my son treated in an impeccable way and provided the right medication and guidance. Overall the best eye hospital I've visited till date.

It was nice experience. We did one eye cateract treatment and all staff polite and won't take much time in between counters. They explained clearly all formalities and cashless was quite fast. Also consecutive check up also went nice. It was my first experience in any hospital without demanding any money treatment got over. Completely satisfied with the problem identification and the treatment given by the experienced doctor Dr. Preeti garu. I am very impressed with the way they explained and gave in detailed explanation of the medication to be taken by the support staff. The way the explanation given by Sri latha garu and her support for all the doubts and the help we need patiently is very commendable. Only thing that needs to be improved is that they should try to adhere to the timings they promised while taking the Doctor appointment. We got cataract surgery for my mother for both the eyes, it was a great experience from the first visit and follow up, the entire staff right from security, reception, pharmacy, biochemistry and the doctors, surgeon and very well mannered and cooperative, my mother in law was on a wheelchair and they made her comfortable and took from one room to other without a hassle. Both the surgeries went of smoothly and the followup by Dr S Preeti. The only draw back at the building is the accessibility for someone on a wheelchair and cannot walk. There is no ramp at the entrance. Would appreciate your response!

The procedure lasted for about 20 minutes and I did not feel any discomfort or pain during or after the surgery. Excellent doctors and excellent staff. Some hospitals might have good doctors but staff might not be good. But in this branch, Staff is also excellent. They were very much patient-friendly.
