I am changing my rating from 5 star to one.. During only initial 1-2 visits staff was very attentive and listening to you. After visits it wasn't satisfactory. If one person is going there for condition like Alopecia Areata, (already in difficult n stressed condition), team should understand the condition of patient and council him/her and family very politely. Financial things were also not satisfactory, you should be clear in explaining in each and every term neatly when patient is paying one year amount in single payment. Still hoping to get good effect of your medicine on my patient, but you should improve overall process.

Very bad experience. I have visited Kothrud clinic at around 2.30 PM then they asked us to wait for some time you will get appointment. After that I have been waiting for 2.5 hours. In between they said we have appointments. I just want to know if they have appointments then they should inform at beginning that it will take 2 to 3 hours. Do not visit Dr Batra’s Kothrud Clinic

Well the treatment may be good.. The behaviour of the staff is unprofessional.. We visited clinic around 7.30 PM where we prior informed twice regarding appointment and the appointment was denied saying clinic closes at 8 PM though it was clearly mentioned that clinic closes at 9 PM. They are interested in just money. They have open money making business. They least care about their patients. Once they collect full year money you will not be treated properly. They pressurized you to pay full year fees just by comparing one month fee is more and also six month fee is more pay for one year. If you don't want to play with your health then don't go to dr.

its a scam hospital if you are new patient they will scare you that you are gonna go bald and then show you some of there treatments which are costly as hell but as you are scared that you might go bald they make you buy that treatment . Once you pay them the service becomes so poor just for simple things you have to call there receptionist like thousand times. So if you are new and having hair problems just go to normal MD dermatologist these batra doctors are just scammers

Significant improvement occurred in those treated with homeopathic remedies, taking treatment for 4 months I see lot of changes good results reg. Sleep and overthinking from my self after corona. I also bought my daughter as well for skin issues really great results.
