This is a must visit place if you are in Manali. Solang valley is gorgeous. Just an advice never book your rides on the way. Go to valley choose your ride and pay. On the way to solang you will find many places where they offer to book your rides. Remember to take snow clothes on rent with caps and shoes. Local suggested us to carry extra pair of gloves, cap and socks. After playing with snow all clothes get wet. So you will need to change them. Go early morning to Solang valley. Leave by 11 AM. Else you will stuck in traffic. Police is not efficient. They really need a strict officers to manage the traffic. We had a memorable trip. Thanks to heavy snow fall and lovely warm locals🥰

Amazing experience. But make sure to go in January so you can enjoy the snow and all activities. If love adventures then must do a paragliding from a high point (Rs 3500 + 500 video). Must hire the taxi from manali in January due to slippery road. Enjoy the Maggie and tea.

We can enjoy nature's scenic beauty, this place offers an amazing view of the entire valley. It gets covered with snow during winters and greenery can be found during summer and spring seasons. Various adventure activities can be done there like rope way, zipline, bungee, paragliding and so on. Perfect skiing spot and a great ropeway that leads one to a very scenic tulip and rose garden up top and a cafe. If anyone wants to do Paragliding...then one should come here and experience paragliding.

Good experience. Entry fee via ropeway is Rs700. A bit high. Good view of the snow mountain.Only one restaurant on the top that too a costly one. We had pizza from here. A good spot for photographs. Other activities like skeing etc are available only during snow fall times.

Once in a lifetime experience ❤️ Would love to visit again. The views are breathtaking. Every season the views change, in winters during snowfall it's like a white snow wonderland. The ropeway is modern and the car is comfortable and stable. Highly recommended!

Visited - June 2022 A great experience for a adventure. The ropeway takes through the mountain till the station on top and tourists can enjoy the scenic views and roam around through the hill , looking at mesmerizing valleys and snow capped mountains. Tourists can enjoy the paragliding at three different levels. There are various food stalls surrounding the place , and cafes within the center. An ATM is also made available. Overall great experience

Simply doesn't get more awesome than this. Amazing view! Highly recommended to visit Solang Valley ,, I suggest at least once in our life we should visit to feel the breathtaking air and wind . So many activities there like Para Gliding, TubeRide, Skiing and you can also wear local traditional dress. I suggest hire local photographer to capture beautiful view . Plan your visit in morning because you can stuck in traffic jam.

You can ride up to the top, where there are beautiful views, for 700 return. The final altitude is 3,200 metres. If you want to do the higher paragliding you have to have already bought your ticket at the bottom and then the 700 cable car ride is included as part of that price (~3,400 currently). There is a café with an enclosed space and an open space.

This is something that you don't want to miss. It costs around 700 INR. It takes some time to go uphill and the view is spectacular. And once you reach uphill, you can spend some time there. Also, it's very convenient. You have cafe and restroom as well. So try it out.

Great views through ropeway and from top. You can enjoy paragliding from top point. Little walk will take you there.

Good experience. Though due to wind we got stuck on the other side for some time because ropeways couldn't be operated. But this place is beautiful. In summers it's cold and peaceful in winters ice and so u can do skiing n all too. Chose the right season before going. There are n number of activities happening here.

This place is best for adventure lovers, many activities for children and adults available Here in this place. Paragliding for children and adults, ropeways are main activities here. Tickets are easily available here but it’s bit costly as I think, but it was great experience for me as I do paragliding for the first time. Try to do paragliding in sunny days, parking area is somewhat congested here.

Fixed price of 1000 rs per person is there for adults and 500 rs for kids for paragliding,so need to bargain for anything you can also found fresh honey there at several locations on the way

Must visit on winter season. Then only you can enjoy the beauty of snow. Really good and amazing. Especially above a Temple named ' Anjani Mahadevi Temple'. There is a temple one big shiv ling where water falls above it and a guru mandir at the top of it. Provide nice view and a calm atmosphere

One gets beautiful view of snow capped mountains around Manali. It's on the way to Atal Tunnel Rohtang. Ropeway in Manali is the latest state of the art built. It has about 15 cabins with seating capacity of 8 persons in each. It covers a distance of 1.5 km having vertical rise of 500 meters. Being the latest version of the Gondola lifts it ensure a smooth and secure trip. Winter mountain resort offering ski slopes, paragliding, ATV rides & snowmobiling trails etc. It is operated by well trained professionals. Ticket counters are served by all ladies crew. morning time is highly recommended. if you want to paraglide from a height or eat maggi, drink chai/coffee with a great view you have to take the ropeway. the ticket for the ropeway is pricey though.

I recently visited Ropeway and Ski Center in Solang Valley and had a great experience. The cable car ride to the top was definitely a highlight of the trip. The views were breathtaking and the ride itself was smooth and enjoyable. The ticket price of 700 rupees per person is a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was well worth it for the experience. One cable car can accommodate six people at a time, and the ride to the top takes approximately 7 minutes. Once you reach the top, you can stay for as long as you want, but you must return before 5pm when the cable car service closes. There are two restaurants, one at the top and one at the ground, which is convenient for those who get hungry after the cable car ride. Overall, I highly recommend Ropeway and Ski Center to anyone visiting Solang Valley. The stunning views, smooth ride, and convenient dining options make it a great experience for all ages.

One of the best place of Manali for a your favourite adventure. Paragliding lovers must visit this place and make their experience memorable. Place is is situated between amazing green Vally. Beautiful view from any side and lots of greenery and tall Devdar trees make view Amazing. You will find many people landing this place while paragliding. There is a ropeway also there to get amazing view of beautiful nature . It will take you between tall devdar trees and so heighted place. There are so many stalls for nice foods to enjoy during your visit. This place can be planned for visiting while returning from Rohtang Vally.

Reviewing this on the basis of solang valley when it is covered in snow. There were multiple private operators who were facilitating Activities when I visited. The Ropeway charges are 700 but heard there is nothing special at the top, hence skipped. You can take snow costume for 250 rs which included gum boots, it saves your clothes from getting wet in snow. A must visit place if you want to enjoy in snow during winter.
