Worsted experience they claim there fishes and tanks good and healthy but the thing is they just clean the water I notice the rats eat the plastic cover of there products. They don't Effert to get even a knowledge of proper fishes condition they sell juvinile fishes and adult @same cost which is not good at any cost of aquariumhobby .They don't having proper equipment for acclamation just a seperate room there tanks is full of bio load and the dead fishes lying on the surface and coz sickness to others fishes the new fishes having eitching and fin roat but they added in front of me with the old fishes and new in same(one) tank. Improper customer service the lady at the shop is still bussy in mobile and the worker is not full aware of the products. condition of fishes and the equipment they sell is 4× times higher then the actual price if you want the product i suggest you go with online sites. The customer experience is worst, there price is not customer friendly,there knowledge is not satisfactory for your hobby they just sell you at any cost which is printed on the product(paste @ since they open a shop and till now they are same). I notice they don't even check the latest Market price of there product they just sell you at the best price they want(😂)

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. The owner always helped me out with questions, gave advice on my aquarium, I had fish growing too big for my tank, which he took back without a problem.. And he even arranged a wonderful, healthy bunny for us. After we had been checking so many other pet shops, that didn't provide. Best aquarium shop in Tricity, imo

These people are beggars for reviews. They ask you to give review and take 100/- off on any product 😅 Totally unprofessional, rude behavior of the owner, full of attitude for nothing, they will not help you when your fish is about to die. Have some bloody sense to talk to your valued customer. I’ll take an oath to never buy anything from your shop loosers 🫵🏻

Uchi dukaan feeka pakwaan! I have no idea how these guys have got the rating of 4+ they have no idea about what kind of fishes they have and very little knowledge about them being compatible with each other. Anyone reading this don't waste your time and money on buying a fish from this shop.

Hello everyone....if you are going for aquarium and fishes i highly highly recommend marine dreams mohali... Very supportive.......no matter which time whenever i need help they always available.....with the help of marine dreams my aquarium going so well with oscar and tinfoil barb fishes......if you want to take care of your aquarium never use your mind until you gain yoir knowledge about this work.....always believe on bhaji(owner) advise he is well know about this work amd very knowledgeable. No matter there are lot of reviews i have read this this personally my experince is so well with marine dreams.......moreover there staff is also full suportive always picking call and listen problem very carefully and give advise. I visited this store recently and was surprised to see such a big store in that locality. You will find all that you need for an Aquarium tank. The store has all kind of fishes which are well maintained, active and healthy. Kudos to the owner. The owner and the sales staff had good knowledge about the aquarium and were very friendly. Some of the fishes and accessories price are bit high compared to other shops otherwise its a good shop to explore. Should give it a try.

I have purchased a fish which was very aggressive and she badly hurts the other fish's.while I was purchasing this fish the staff has misguided me or not told me about the fish when I visit their shop the staff lady told me that you have to paid per day nursing cost Rs.150 and last 10 days charges 1500.They didn't return fish and refund the money the fish prices was very high to other shop's. I am their valuable customer from last 5 year's. All their equipment and fish's very costly comartive to other shops and poor quality unprofessional staff who arguments with customer. This is totally wast of money pls don't buy fish's and other equipments

Worst customer service ever seen the lady at the desk will always make false statements regarding the products you buy. Exploiting customer’s interest. No accountability after delibrate complaints. 5 fishes dead and still no positive response from their side. Really disappointing.

The owner is nothing but a greedy, pathetic low level guy. We have purchased fishes worth 2500 till now but every-time after the purchase 1 or 2 fishes die within a day or two. I called him today to inquire about a recently bought fish as it was showing some very unhealthy symptoms but rather than giving an advice he disconnected the call giving some lame excuse He doesn’t gives a dam after selling the fishes to his customers.

Very good all round store with everything in place to choose from to get things for an aquarium..BUT...the most dreaded part..their fishes are ICH...I bought 10 fishes three days back and unknowingly put it in my two tanks...now after three days all the new fishes died but one and my old fishes have also developed white spots...this is disgusting and emotionally draining...my old fishes had offsprings...I am now looking down the barrel where my entire fishes will die....my request don't sale infected fish

The experience was really great. I stay abroad and wanted to gift some delicious vegan cupcakes to my family. They were very flexible and kind to offer flavors not yet up on the website itself and some assortment options that I requested for the occasion. The cupcakes were delicious and I hope to get more from them for all occasions

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful to any questions. Wish you well sir, visited all shops in Chd/Mohali but liked yours the best. Will definitely visit again.

Experience with the owner was good but the service staff was extremely disappointing. Our pair of healthy fishes died the next day after getting the tank cleaned by them. The way the service was handled was extremely unprofessional.
