unprofessional staff at reception specially the manager, dont know how to to talk to a customer, so rude. Must get everything in written because at the end they will say you dont have any deal with them. For eg, we requested for bonfire, firstly they said ok and when we asked for setup on decided time they refused by saying that we havent told them. If you are just planning to go their to sleep and leave then its ok otherwise hospitality is pathetic. think twice before booking your room.

It was a wonderful experience of staying in SS RESORT. I have been visiting Dalhousie since 7years. But the last visit was unforgettable. All credit to ss resort. Rooms were very spacious clean and great hospitality valley view from was beautiful

I stayed with my family and it was a very relishing, comforting stay. The view from the place is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. The overall hospitality is amazing, the food can improve a bit though but I will highly recommend this place. Also they have a ritual of praying time from 9am to 9.05 am which I liked a lot…

The hotel is good, rooms are also good with great service but food taste is not up to the mark, needs too much improvement, view wise location is good but not for the drive small road hard to drive cars otherwise everything was good

Don't ever book this property... unhygienic rooms ,breakfast not good ,staff very few ...they don't serve on time .Rooms spacious but not maintained properly. Only book mountain view rooms Don't ever go for non view rooms. Not value for money. Only the best thing is view from hotel. ..

I stay there with my family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff is really nice and humble. Food is Ok ok type but it’s fine. All over the stay was good and we really enjoyed .

Had the most relaxing time this October with family. The rooms are spacious, staff is polite and professional,location of the property is so charming, one can spend entire day just lazying in the room balcony or terrace. Indoor games available for kids. i loved the place and plan to come back time and again!

The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, the staff was also helpful and cooperative. Amenities like Foosball, Billiards and Table Tennis are also up to the mark. We got tasty and authentic food for dinner. Had a great stay!

We had a very comfortable 2 day stay at SS Resort. The hotel staff is kind, cooperative and everything required was made available swiftly. The valley view from the hotel is breathtaking and makes the stay at the hotel even more rewarding. The overall experience including the cleanliness, food, facilities was excellent!

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days in a valley view room. The room was adequately spacious, well equipped with all the required amenities, and very well kept. The spectacular view from the balcony was soo fulfilling that you would not want to leave the balcony at all!! The staff at the hotel is very well behaved, cooperative and makes anything available in just a single call. They also offer delectable food choices. Everything including the staff, services, meals, cleanliness, makes the stay very comfortable and worth looking forward to, again! Keep up the good work!!

The rooms are very good...everything was perfectly clean and neatly arranged...The view from the rooms is majestic. Hotel has a terrace for viewing sunset with snacks and tea arranged. The view of the valley and mountains is great. Breakfast was awesome. Variety and taste both were great.

Stayed for 3 days. The studio room is extremely spacious and well maintained. It is at centre of city with market at walking distance. It is centrally heated which was great as due to unexpected change of weather it was quite cold. The food was good and the service was great
