There is no doubt I rate is excellent for the wonderful stay the staff of Brij villa has given me and my extended family!! I feel like being here for my entire holidays everytime, peace, calm and beautiful. Feels like home.. We stayed two nights at Brij villa,Dalhousie… If I could give 10 star to this property I would …serenity at its best… Best best staff ,shoutout to Nitin ji and Atul ji ..what exceptional staff ,how well trained ,so hospitable,so friendly,so caring.. Don’t hesitate once before booking this property..best in Dalhousie undoubtedly..

Lovely property which is an old viceroyal house with limited rooms heritage style.Great food,excellent location.Hospitality par excellence with ever smiling & helpful staff.Very courteous manager ever willing to serve with personal touch.Bonfire at night in garden & a huge variety of items freshly made.in fact they provided extra items in buffet willingly at no extra cost.Similarly for breakfast also very flexible timings & variety of tasty items.Buffet is reasonably priced too. Only drawback is the approach is steep but they provide to & fro vehicle from main road free. The tarriff for season visit is slightly on a higher side.

This property is outstanding and staff is really awesome. We booked 3 imperial rooms and stayed for 2 days. Everyone there is so courteous. They care for you as a family. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

We stayed here for days on the 28th and 29 of July 2023. It was an awesome experience. Staff was very well behaved n trained. Brij villa is a stay with vintage feel. The property was a mixture of vintage and modern feel. The interior was superb. The food they provided from their kitchen was awesome with ghar waali feeling. Chef manoj is best in his job. Nitin and sachin were very friendly and made us feel at home n family. Thank u, Brij Villa. Loved being there :)

Eagerly waited the entire time, and finally had the most memorable 3-night stay at Brij Villa. Sachin ji, the manager of the property himself came to pick us up along with Rahul, the cab driver. Just upon entering the property, it felt absolutely calming and peaceful there. Time stops at this place, that was our first experience. The entire staff here is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Nitin ji, Atul ji, Chef Manoj and Chef Raju. They made our stay pleasant throughout. Food was just what we wanted; balanced and fresh flavours curated with special touch from both the chefs. We also met the property owner, Vikram sir and his wife who were very welcoming and made sure that we make the most of it. A very special mention to Sunny, Dalhousie’s best cab driver for sure who has a long family history and relationship with the property. Sunny, you made the entire experience even more special. Overall a very memorable and quality experience with kind people serving us during our entire stay. Cheers to you guys! Will keep visiting this place in future as well.

The operational manager Sachin ji efficiently managed operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Brij Villa for its warm hospitality, delicious cuisine, and attentive staff.

Amazing property. The rooms and the property are maintained very well. Mr. Sachin and his team Atul and Nitin are very friendly and courteous. The food is extremely tasty and they know what exactly the clients need. They setup bonfire and the kids really enjoyed. They also provided suggestions for local sight seeing and shopping. In summary, we enjoyed our stay at Brij villa very much. Getting to the parking of the property was tricky due to the hairpin bends but the team offered help.

Jhakas!!!! Outstanding property 👏 👌 well appointed rooms, staff going out of way to help you. Location serene, Sachin Rana, Atul, Nitin, chef, all of them are above par. The only small issue was of hot water, at times it did not come.

It's an amazing property. A hill top villa which provides 6 double occupancy rooms on 2 floors. Have garden where u can have bonfire and dinner or snacks. Rooms have everything which u can ask for. Choose this property if u want to hang out away from the daily hustle bustle of life. Very pleasant stay. Very well maintained and Amazing service. The valley view is so great. The food is so delicious... Its is one of the best v have in our life. Tried so many dishes. Liquor is not available inside but the Market is very close to this villa so u can get by own or they can also get it for u if u ask for. We went as a family with 2 kids who are 3 & 2 yrs old and they enjoyed alot as there is alot of space to play. They have kept some game to Play.Only thing is as this villa is on hill top, it's very steep so if u coming by self drive, Better to call sachin ji, he will send the driver who can drove u up. They are awesome in driving. Better to hand over ur car and they will take care of that. Car parking is available. One of the best experiences of life.

I was lucky to be able to get the place booked one night before my stay. It’s a heritage property revamped properly for a great stay. Sachin, the property manager had been very kind in giving company and ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The route to it is very steep with narrow turns to be taken so its advised to call their driver, which comes on demand to take your car uphill and downhill. Overall, it’s a very serene property with greenery around. You will notice that even the switches have ‘made in England’ tag from the Britishers time. The bedroom had a real chimney (though not operative). Washrooms were okayish - nothing great about it. Food is good and they take proper care that it’s served with care. Market is nearby, they drop and pick in their own vehicle. I’d recommend the place for a group of family or friends.

The best hospitality ever felt. Been travelling from past 10 years I have seen many good properties. But this place is a perfect combination of hospitality and elegance. Every penny spend is totally worth. Keep up the good work !

Nestled amidst deodar trees, nearly hidden, is this property that mesmerises you the moment you step in. A bunglow with spacious rooms, calming interiors and a garden that drowns any external noise. Perfectly placed in the lap of nature. They hospitality is great, they cook each meal with so much love, especially the local cuisine is to die for. The staff is extremely polite and considerate. They anticipate your needs even before you ask for it. Walking distance from the mall road, this place is perfection.

This European style villa is as gorgeous as it appears in pics. It was under renovation when we stayed there and got even better by the time we were leaving. Their hospitality is unmatched. I think I'm not gonna forget Sachin ji and Atul Ji's constant caring service with a friendly smile for the rest of my life. They make you feel at home. Yet the best is .. the food that is served to you with all that love and warmth. It's like "whatever you wish, you order, we will make! " Every time we were over-stuffed thanks to Atul Ji's" one more" 😀 The location is a bit tricky because it requires a small but steep trek from road level to the bungalow. Especially tricky for a 4 wheeler vehicle due to the sharp bends involved. But overall it's a unique totally personalized experience to stay at Brij Villa. I would certainly look forward to experiencing their other properties as well. Highly recommend!!

Great service and hospitality. Food was also great. Location is slightly away from road but they provide free car service till the nearby points.

We had a lovely time at the villa. Food was really nice, staff was extremely hospitable, location is beautiful. All in all we had a great time.

Absolutely stunning property and location, what's even better is the warm hospitality and home like comfort you get by the staff, specially Mr Sachin, Mr Nitin and Mr Rahul!! The food is possibly the best in Dalhousie, the only sad part was we had to leave. A must must stay, thanks to the staff and manager again for making our stay unforgettable.

We visited in 2nd week of Feb-2022 and the villa was clad in snow all around with a stunning view. The villa is located on one of the best spot in Dalhousie nestled among the Deodar trees. The environment is quite serene and relaxing. It is a small villa with only 6 colonial rooms. The location is almost at equal distance from Subhas Chowk and Gandhi Chowk on 'Thandi Sadak', so one can walk to either of these chowks. The villa does have their own drop and pick up facility to either of these chowks, but due to snow, the last 300m was covered , hence we did not take this facility. The food is amazing and the chef is very competent in multi cuisines. The staff is excellent right from Sachin Rana, the Operations Manager and our housekeeping staff Atul taking personal care of guest and also other aides to name, Rahul too very helpful. They organized a personal event for us, which will stay with us forever. Recommended for relaxing stay away from hustle bustle of urban activities.

We stayed at the property last month.Its a colonial property on a hilltop, surrounded by conifers. Everything was just perfect. The property, food, and the service, everything was just top notch. Special mention of Mr Nitin Rana and Mr Atul.They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They have dogs in their property, my toddler had her best time playing with Payne and Kaalu.

Exquisite location, amazing hospitality by Nitin and Atul. They're located at a height and will send their driver downhill to pickup guests. We stayed in the classic room. Room had view of the front lawn area. We also encountered a monkey who visited our room window and made good eye contacts with us. My only issue with the stay was that the bathroom had a distinct smell, one that feels like septic/drainage problem. I've reported the same to Nitin and I hope they will get it fixed to ensure guests have absolutely great experience.
