While on holiday, I visited your Athens store and purchased a beautiful necklace. When I arrived home to the U.S., I realized I left the necklace I wore into the store on the counter. After emailing the store, I was told it was safety stored in their safe and just waiting for an address to return it to me. Photos were sent of the item, tracking number and packaging. It arrived soon after. Communication and customer service with George and Yiannis was excellent. It's obvious they care about customers and treat you as a friend, even after you leave their store.
