I really wanted to visit it when I heard it was open to the public and went with my daughter. Very good work has been done, it has exhibits, effigies, photos and videos from the history of refugee Hellenism in Asia Minor. It should be visited by young and old.

All of Greece in one museum. Bravo to AEK for highlighting its origin which is common to a large percentage of Greeks

A jewel museum for our city and country. A wonderful journey of memory that with the wealth of interactive media it has you can see, hear, feel and mentally enter those households and the pages of history. A problem with the entrance, exit from the museum you search inside the space to find where to enter, I didn't see an elevator for the disabled and it had no exit except through a cafe next door. I find the ticket, of 10 euros, expensive. I saw next to me a family of three people, with an old woman together, who were discussing whether or not all of them should enter.

State-of-the-art Museum with many historical objects of refugees! A temple of knowledge that everyone deserves to visit!

Incredible museum, modern, excellent tour by Maria with a smile and attitude as all the staff! The reasonable entrance price is important so that everyone can visit it! Young and old, refugees and non-refugees! I have personally donated an exhibit (an image of the Virgin Mary) to the museum and the joy of mine and my family was indescribable seeing it displayed and admired by visitors, along with all the other items! We thank Mr. Melissanidis for this jewel and especially Mr. Baltas for the incredible work in preparation all these years and for the excellent cooperation we had!

It is a state-of-the-art museum whose object really moves the visitor. A single visit is not enough as the content of the numerous interactive whiteboards and video walls alone takes a long time to see. The exhibits, the artifacts from Istanbul and the wax figures are truly incredible and honestly worth a visit for everyone, especially people who have or had relatives from the NON lost homelands!
