We had a fantastic day diving and snorkeling with Manthos, Steve and Skipper. First but not last dive together with my son. Thank you 😁

Manthos is an excellent teacher! It was my first time doing scuba diving, and he made sure everything went smootly. He has an excelent sense of humor too. The whole team is very friendly and profesional, I highly recommend their service. Make sure you put this on your Skiathos to do list, I would come back anytime. Skippy is their charming mascot that will join you on the boat trip to the diving spot.

First time in Skiathos and felt very welcomed by “Matthew” and the other divers who all have been repeat customers. Love that it is a small boat experience and even on a windy day, there was a place around the corner that was calm. Highly recommend!

It was the first time trying scuba diving and I am really grateful for the whole experience. The team was very friendly, professional and experienced and I felt very safe the whole time. We had a short lesson before diving which made me feel less anxious and saw how knowledgeable the team is. I highly recommend Dolphin Diving Centre for anyone scuba diving for the first time, but also for more experienced people.

After a 2 year break and being an older diver, I was apprehensive about diving again, but I felt really welcomed and looked after by Manthos and Steve on my fun dives. The entry descents are all easy to a 6m sandy bottom then swimming along gradual descents above the sea grass to the reefs at about 18 -20 m.. The aquatic life is much more diverse than I expected for the Med. I really enjoyed it and will be back. Thank you

I’m just back home after a week in Skiathos and I did 3 dives with Dolphin Diving Center. I only intended to do 1, but I enjoyed it so much that I kept going back! Stephen and Manthos were really friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I felt safe returning to diving after a long break. The dive sites were beautiful and really interesting as well with lots of marine life to enjoy. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for diving on Skiathos.

I visited Dolphin diving with my daughter. She is in the process of getting certified, but had not yet progressed to openwater dives. Not wishing to spend her holiday doing classroom sessions, she elected to do a resort course. We discussed this with Manthos who took her under his wing and gave her the BEST resort course I have seen in a long time. He spoke to her at a mature level and expected (and got) a better quality of diving from her. They did some mask and Reg clearing skills, signals and boyancy work during the dive, allowing her to really progress and develop as a diver. Manthos was patient and did an amazing job of explaining complex concepts, allowing her to have a fantastic dive. We will definitely be returning soon. As a NAUI Instructor, I have seldom seen such an experienced and dedicated instructor willing to give so much time and experience to a learner. Thank you Manthos!

Had my second dive here. The first one was a few years ago, in Kefalonia, so I have a reference to compare to. The positive: - the instructor provided clear instructions. - he was attentive in the water and made sure that we practice the techniques before we went for the dive. - the equipment was clean and in good condition. - a GoPro (the latest one, according to the owner) was used for underwater photos & videos, so the results are good. The negative: - compared to the Kefalonia dive, this one was shorter, at a shallower depth and much less interesting. - a 5 meter diving depth was advertised. I checked the gauge underwater and it showed 5-6 meters, but the water seemed strangely shallow. Upon exit, I observed that the gauge had an offset of 3 meters. It appears that we actually dived at 2-3 meters, which was also my impression while underwater. - the dive was quite short. Basically, we swam around the small island with a lighthouse, that you can see from the shore. (pic attached). - the underwater scenery was interesting only halfway through. - underwater photos and videos cost extra, which, in my opinion, shouldn’t be the case, considering the price of the dive, but oh well. What bothered me is the following sequence of events: (1) As of August 2022, the website is not mentioning the availability of photos and their pricing. (2) On premises, we were proposed a video for 10 euros (not mentioned of the leaflet), but we declined and chose photos, instead (also 10 euros, according to the leaflet, which said “photography”). (3) Midway through the dive, I asked for video, instead (since I observed that a GoPro is used and GoPros are not that great at taking photos). We were charged 15 euros, given that we were offered 8x photos and a 34-second video. It’s not the sum itself (5 more euros) which bothered me, but the gesture itself - I don’t find the extra charge justified. For the price (10 or 15 euros), the expectations in terms of photos and/or videos are much higher. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this business. == The owner confronted me about the negative review. His arguments were that other businesses offer beach dives to beginners, that the GoPro and the boat are expensive, that the GoPro needs to be replaced each season, etc. I find these arguments unconvincing. If other businesses offer the same service (or poorer), they would get the same rating from me (or poorer). My overall feedback is that I was not pleased with the experience and find that it underdelivered compared to the advertisement and to my personal baseline (the Kefalonia dive).

I did my PADI course with Manthos in 1994 and never met a more passionate instructor than him he is a true pioneer of diving in Greece and looks after everyone like family I would recommend the experience to anyone that wants to dive and get first hand instruction on all aspects of it

Very nice diving Center with very helpful staff. The dive side was incredible with loads of big fish and underwater ravines and drop offs, 50 minutes worth of a dive with our maximum depth at 25 meters even though the depth was a lot deeper!! Thanks guys for a fun dive!!
