Unacceptable behavior. I was trying to get them on the phone for 2 days and when they finally picked up, I asked for information about a product. They asked me for a product code, and as I was saying the code, they hung up on me. Of course they never picked it up again.

The Cretan case concerns the Rethymnon store in Crete, although the company is generally responsible for bad associates, wherever they are I made a purchase and after 8 days of no delivery I asked for my money back. Of course the responsibility is ACS but I paid Heaven of Brands which promises me delivery within 3 days. However, the lady who answered me said that when the product is found she will refund my money and hung up on me. It is unacceptable for the customer to pay immediately and if he is to ask for his money back due to a breach of the delivery time on the responsibility of the seller, to receive it very late. I advise every buyer not to shop at these stores or accept shipments from ACS to avoid being in my shoes

Congratulations to your staff!! And the girl and guys who served us were incredibly kind even though we went to the shop quite late (we arrived at 8:30) and were the last to leave. All three of them were incredibly patient and very understanding with our little one running around all the time inside their legs. The prices are quite affordable and there is a wide variety of products (at least in the shoes we were looking for). The most enjoyable purchase we have made recently. We will definitely prefer you again. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and helpful I bought shoes from there today we changed but they communicate very well also they have tomuch brand like Adidas Nike and etc so recommend to the people Heaven of brand for shopping.

Online order (I don't know from which store the shipment was made) a pair of New balance shoes, immediate service, wide variety, good prices and free delivery with a purchase of €50 or more!!! All I will suggest is to change Courier Company (ACS) as well as use Box Now. The order was placed on 1/25 in the evening, the next day it was sent by the store, and I received it on 2/6!! for shipment within Athens...

The girl who, with her warm service, while I entered and knew what I wanted to try, got up and left to chat with the rest of the saleswomen, while she had no customers in there except for me. I chose shoes but didn't take them as I felt I should beg her to serve me. Very bad service unfortunately..

Very kind and helpful staff. The girl went out of her way to find what suited our tastes!

Caution.... Other prices on the site other prices in the store. The shoes I wanted to buy were €10 more expensive in the store.
