What a great place to sit down and enjoy a selection of wine with delicious food! I became a big fan of Greek wine after visiting this place, there are loads to choose from. The decor is great as well! Whole experience: 9/10

It is understood we are in a tourist area but ranging from 50-80 euro a bottle of wine in Athens looks out of market..at that process u can find better. Food medium while staff look prepared butoverall overpriced. Look for traditional taverns in Athens

I had an amazing experience at this wine tasting restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly paired with the incredible selection of wines they offer. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about wine, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, which made it perfect for a night out with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and wine! Five stars all the way!

Food, service and wine is a solid 10/10! Quality of service, dishes and wine selection is that of a Michelin starred restaurant and the location allows someone to enjoy it in an urban-casual setting. This is an ideal place for wine-tasting, business lunch or a night out with your significant other and friends. You can also purchase bottles from their impressive selection of wines and ask the staff to guide you and give you exactly what you need! Food-wise we had the beluga lentils, the potato, and the octopus. Everything is fresh and all ingredients used in preparations are of great quality. We loved the lentils the most as they combine a mouthful of flavours with a flurry of textures. The "potato" was very interesting in structure and surprisingly light and refreshing. And, an honorable mention to the red smoked pepper sauce in the octopus dish! You could literally taste the smokiness of a pepper's scorched flesh against fire. So well captured and preserved!! Big bravo to the team!!

We came back here three of the four nights we were in Athens in early November. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. My go to dish every night was the Scallop Ceviche. The tropical flavors and fresh ingredients were something I thought about long after we journeyed on to other destinations. The wine was good.

Wow! Individual flavors cleverly composed to form a symphony of mouth watering dishes - one better than the other. SCALLOPS CRUDO were the favorite tonight but hej, just try everything!

Popular wine restaurant in the syntagma area, offering a wide selection of wines accompanied with food. Portions should be considered on the tapas side, given the very small size and high price. Service is kinda posh, slow and looks unwilling. it felt as we were being granted a favor for letting us sit for late lunch.

If you are looking for a first class experience in a laidback environment - this is THE place. lovely staff, passionate about wine and the artistry of the kitchen. the food is amazing, as is the wine menu. highly recommend.

Great wine list and very tasty food.

Walked by spontanously while heading to another place but really liked the atmosphere so decided to change plans and dine here. The food is absolutely fantastic and will surprise with unknown tastes! Very fresh and beautifully decorated. The wine selection and the wonderful staff is definitely a big bonus! Will definitely come back!

Had the luxury Greek Wines tasting for €45.. forgot to take a photo of the little food platter.. really enjoyable, fine value, and very pleasant and knowledgeable sommelier... Only negative I can say was that I thought it was odd that we said with confidence that we each wanted this and the server before the sommelier tried to talk us out of it and downsell us into something cheaper and less interesting.... 🤔🤷‍♀️

After 6 days in Athens and 3 in Milos, this place was my overall favorite in terms of food, drinks, and service. They were fantastic! Coming from someone that loves a quality meal, their food was more than I could have even asked for. I recommended it to anyone looking for something along my travels there and would highly recommend to anyone to check it out when in Athens.

I ate here twice during my stay in Athens and both times were excellent! Fun and pleasant atmosphere. All the staff, including the owner, were smiley, kind and professionals. The food was delicious! We had the scallops crudo, the beetroot, the taramas-tomato, the salad, the calamari ,the al limone and for dessert the pistachio raspberry. All dishes were served aesthetically and you could see and taste that all were created and done meticulously. And again everything was tasty and yummy! Of course the wines we had were all good and accompanied the food greatly. I highly recommend this place, they are usually fully booked so make sure to book your table in advance. Hope to come back soon.

A must go to enjoy great wines and amazing food. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the classic flight of Greek wines which came with great explanations and complimented the foods we chose. We enjoyed the octopus, tartare and duck then had both desserts which were also amazing. Highly recommend if looking to experience good wines and amazing food.

An excellent wine bistro. Great selection of wine. The dishes were excellent, tasty and very innovative recipes. The Waldorf tuna was very close to being culinary art. Service was polite, quick and discreet. Prices were good for the area and type of establishment.

I had a quick casual lunch on my way to the airport. When I arrived I was immediately please by the warm welcome I got from the staff. The service was efficient and friendly. I had the tuna 'gyros' which I really enjoyed and some chips which had a great crunch but soft in the middle. Plus a delicious glass of the basic red wine. Really pleased I stopped here. :)

A modern wine bar in the heart of Athens city. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and the staff is experienced. The food is good but my personal suggestion is the dessert with the carob!!

We ate here on May 21, 2023. We had a party of 12 for dinner. The staff was amazing and even had a toast of grappa with us. I had the calamari, Watermelon salad with greens and feta, Biancoverde. We drank the staff recommended wines and they were excellent and a good price. We left very satisfied. If you are in Greece you must try this restaurant.

Everything was tasty. Excellent service. The menu although was very short e.g. there was only one salad, one spaghetti. I understand the chef’s point, but when you have international guests there’s got to be more than one choice.

A lovely place for a nice dinner. I very much enjoyed my food together with an excellent glass of red wine recommended by the very friendly waitress. It was a bit more expensive than my average meal in Athens, but I believe it was worth it.

For me, this is the best place in Athens. Great selection of wines and amazing, delicious food. Portion sizes are perfect for sharing, the service was attentive and very helpful. Loved it 🫠

Loved the charcuterie they had. We picked a couple meats and cheeses and they brought out our selections on a board with some bread, honey, and olives. I ordered the pink cacio e pepe and it was great. The sea bass crudo was also refreshing; it had slices of grapes that went well with the fish. We sat outdoors, but they had good indoor seating as well!

A find on Google Maps. Searched for wine bar and this cropped up. This is the 2nd time being lucky with something like this. Last time was in NYC - same search and went to Cork Buzz. Like that, loved Oinoscent (pronounced innocent) too. I went for the fine wine flight. 45 Euro. Modified it a bit. 1 sparkling, 2 whites (instead of 4), 5 reds (3), 1 dessert wine and 1 after dinner drink- like a cognac. Got some.cheese with the food. The family ordered taps style good and one white wine glass. Illias was amazing. Great wine knowledge. And very patient in explaining about each wine. Didn't have dessert as we were too full. Will always come back. It.enhanced my knowledge of Greek wines a lot.

Hip wine bar with mediocre and overpriced food. If you're a wine nerd, Oinoscent may be your place. They have a great selection of Greek and other wines, they offer tastings, etc. But we came primarily to have dinner—and had a disappointing experience. The smoked Greek salad, in principle a good idea, was excessively salty. The octopus was overdone and didn't go well with the couscous it was served with. Only the mushroom orzo was decent. Given the ordinary quality of the food, the prices are high: around €30 per person.

Went here last night, for our last night in Greece and the bartender provided an amazing experience and our favorite meal and wine of the trip. We tried about 15+ different wines, all from Greece, got to learn about all the different varietals, and the wines were all delicious! As a bonus, we ordered a fair amount of food and it was all spectacular as well. Overall excellent service, fantastic food and wine! I'll recommend this place to any friends visiting Athens.

Friendly and cozy atmosphere in the heart of Athens. It offers a huge list of Greek and other Mediterranean wines. The cheese appetizers were definitely worth it.

The Somms know a lot about Greek wine. Ask to see the cellar, they have a lot more wines by the bottle than you will find on the menu. Good selection of Greek cheese as well. Reservation is recommended, they do get busy, the the staff is always attentive.

Always a great pick for wine and nice dishes don’t miss the new food menu, the wine list changes every week so you never get boring. All the guys are great but if you talk with Kostas you will taste the hidden gem…

Quite disappointing. Or waiter wasn't very knowledgeable on the wines and the glasses we had were just disappointing. Food took 20 minutes for the first main to arrive with the second person's turning up 20 minutes later with one hour octopus skewer, one cold and no hint of an apology. There are much better places for a wine experience in Athens.

If you feel like tasting a Chateu Margaux then this is your place. Above all a wine tasting place however the dishes are the two stars. Original, imaginative and tasty. Dress code very casual. Worth visiting.

Modern Greek cuisine with a twist restaurant. Good collection of wines. Good quality of ingredients and combination of flavours. The space is lacking of ambience.

This is a well known place in Athens to go wine tasting. It was full house when we arrived. I appreciated the manner in which the personnel assisted us. The right amount of politeness and interest in a customer. It would have been nice if they could talk about the wine they serve like they do in Italy.

I was expecting this place to be more of a wine bar - the selection of wine is good but not epic in any way. But having said that, the food that was served was delicious. It was colorful, beautifully presented and with lots of flavors. We enjoyed their special version of cacio e pepe, octopus, trout and beef. I would not hesitate to go there again - but I would be focused on the food and not necessarily the wine!

Not really busy but good selection of improving Greek (and other) wines, welcome selection of charcuterie, and helpful staff

They recommended two kind of white wines with half portion for harmony of my meals. All tastes of meals and wines exploded in mouth. Especially wines highlighted layers of meals. If you haven’t any decision drinking which kind of wines, please let yourself to them. I loved it!
