Amazing, except bedbugs Everything about this Hostel was amazing! The location was great(super close to the city center), staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and amenities were super nice to have (shower, kitchen): especially for the price! I did however notice a lot of bites around my legs and back when I woke up and I realized quickly after my stay that they were bedbug bites. I stayed there for 2nights only so I didn’t realize that it was coming from my bed before too late. If there weren’t bedbugs I would’ve been so delighted in my stay!

Awesome hostel with a great rooftop view of the Acropolis. The setting of the hostel is perfect for privacy for every single traveler and the bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned every single day. It’s one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in and great location!

A nice hostel and well set up but they need an overhaul of the houserules… From 6 am every few minutes the room door was opened or people did something loud in the room so there was no way of getting propper sleep… even the girl that works there comes into the room turns on the lights and plays with the AC… can’t recommend it unfortunately

I booked this hostel day-of from a coffee shop 400 feet away and was very happy with it! Super friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and common areas, and a great location close to the heart of Athens. Definitely the best hostel of the ones I've stayed in in Athens.

One of best hostel I stayed so far. It’s a semi private hotel in hostel price. Amazing experience and fantastic staffs handling the front desk. The balcony was an added advantage to the experience. The shed bathroom was amazingly kept clean and maintained regularly.

Located in the heart of Athens, everything was within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful with finding a laundromat and my bus station for going to a different city. The room had very sturdy nice deds with individual curtains. Clean and nice bathroom. I will come back here if I'm back to Athens. 😊😊😊

I have no words to describe this hostel. The structure of the building is really convenient with a great reception and very welcoming, very helpful staff. The rooms are also pretty good and the lockers are spacious and fit anything you bring with you. The bathroom could use a little hanger for when you take a shower, but besides that it’s also very nice. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back when in town again. The location is another great feature since you are probably 5 to 10 minutes to the main square where you can find restaurants and shops of different sorts.

Judging it as a hostel, it's one of the best I've been to! Fantastic location, very central. The rooms (I shared a 6-bed dorm) very quite private as each bed has a curtain and it's own chest to store your luggage. Great staff and a nice cheap bar. Showers were basic but hot.

amazing hostel! good location, very helpful staff who were quick to help. the beds have curtains and are comfortable, and lockers are secure and large. the showers have nowhere dry to keep your towel, but they do give plastic bags in the bathroom to keep your stuff dry. room doors are slightly hard to close, have to really push to make sure they’re locked. overall amazing! would stay again

The place is amazing! Highly recommended for solo travelers. Everything is very clean and you can have free tea, coffee and cookies every morning! I felt very safe since the environment allows to attend your own business as much as it is good for people who wants to meet new friends.

Dorms are clean and you have your own privacy with curtains on all beds. Each bunk has an outlet and lamp. Lockers are sizeable in each dorm. We’ll equipped kitchen and free coffee every morning. There is a bar on the ground floor and a rooftop to chill at. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Not a party hostel if that’s what your after (wasn’t the vibe when I was there).

The location is excellent from my perspective, a few minutes from Monastiriki and touristy areas but on a quiet street without crowds. Plenty of Cafés, Restaurants and the market nearby. The hostel itself is as described, the staff were helpful and friendly. There's a few spaces to hangout or to chill. The terrace, mezzanine, kitchen and reception. Bathroom and communal areas were acceptable in cleanliness but could be improved. The only downside is you can sometimes hear in the room next door and the common areas, however, after midnight it was quiet. It isn't a massive hostel so there isn't major crowds. Overall, it was good value and I'd stay here again.

My sister and I stayed here during January and had a great stay. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and we have absolutely no complaints. 2 things to consider though is that it is a bit more rundown than the pictures would suggest and people like to hang out in the lobby until late.

Nice clean rooms, plenty of privacy and space. There is no breakfast. The hostel is quite near Psyri and Monastiraki, so very easy to visit the central city. Staff as nice. Gotta say though the lobby feels like some kinda club - very loud sort of obnoxious music playing, even in the daytime... I guess that's just the vibe!

Dorms here are great, beds are capsule-style with curtains, shelf, powerpoint and a light, lockers with padlock provided. Each room has a keycard and floor has shared 3 toilets/3 showers. There is a great rooftop, small middle common area and large downstairs seating. Kitchen is equipped enough. Staff are great and 24/7 reception. It’s worth noting too that the hostel attracts an interesting clientele of long term stayers, old travellers, workers instead of mainly backpackers like other hostels. Had a bit of an odd atmosphere at times.

The hostel is located in a good area of Athen. Everything was clean and you get your own bedbox with light, socket and curtain. Metro, bars and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away.

Amazing place! The receptionists are amazing, and all the staff. The rooms and toilets really clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. I truly recommend this place.

The hosts here are very attentive. Very safe and very centrally located. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis.

Best place to stay for solo traveler like me! Location is perfect, near the historical places in Athens and easy to find. If you go straight from the airport, no need to change the line. Hostel is clean, WC and shower room are clean, you can get free coffee or tea during morning time breakfast and there is lift. And the best part, staffs are friendly especially Konstantina (hopefully I pronounce her name correctly). She was very helpful during my stay. Definitely will come back here again!

1. Sound/noise: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hostel is situated in a quite area, (July period) the only drawback are the chipboard walls which separate the room. The noise in between depends on the people who are staying in the room next to you. During my stay I had respectable and excellent room mates 2. Furniture: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A desk would be nice, the curtains for the beds and for the changing area are an excellent idea which should be adapted by all hostels 3. Bathroom: ⭐⭐ More attention should be given to the bathrooms, the first toilet had a broken seat (reported and I am sure action will be taken) and the last shower was leaking when opened) the last toilet have not enough leg space and the door cannot be closed 4. Kitchen: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved it, as well the attention notes. It has all basic necessities and very clean. 5. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Your staff is nice, but I suggest a regular inspection of the rooms/bathrooms all one need is a piece of paper to report the problems. In four days if such thing is in place, the bathroom issues would have been solved without the need for me to write them here. 6. Would I return? Yes! These are minor issues which can be easily solved. Thank you!!

One of the best hostels that I’ve ever stayed. It’s perfect for solo traveler, located in a quiet street but still perfect location as it near to many attractions. The bed has its own curtain so it gives a little privacy. Locker is provided and it is big enough to store some luggages, padlocks were given too. Toilets are clean and comfortable. During summer days they have air conditioners that work properly so it’s perfect. I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

I was so happy to find a bed here, when I needed a place to sleep for a night. The place looks great, very neat and clean, modern, beds have curtains plugs and lights! Unfortunately, because I was in a hurry and was looking for a place day-to-day, I overlooked that I booked a bed in a male dormitory. And it was totally my mistake, but when I came to check-in and understood the mistake, the reception lady was so friendly and nice, that she said she will try to reach out to the manager to see if there are any other options for me. Then, when we quickly discovered there are none, she said they will waive the fees for the refund! This was so nice, I am very grateful! And excited to stay here next time when I come to visit Athens!

The AC in my shared room was virtually nonexistent and the bathrooms had zero air circulation. Otherwise was fine and felt like I got about what I expected for the price

Great Hostel with very friendly and helpful Employee. Bathroom and all the Rooms are clean and not dirty that's a thing I like. Your room has a big locker where you can secure your stuff as a backpag, your suitcase or both. One night the other people in the room cooled down the room very much with the ac, but I fixed that when I talked to them. Conversation in a hostel is the key because you share the room because there are 6 beds in it. The coolest thing was the terrace in the 5. and 6. Floor. Can recommend this hostel because I would come again :)

Comfortable stay, beautiful vibe, clean and friendly staff. However, this hostel being considered a hostel for digital nomad with painfully slow internet ruined it for me. I did a speed test and it said 1.3 MBPs.

Very Good, except Bedbugs It should be called bedbugs instead of bedbox. The location is fantastic and the staff is so helpful! Restrooms are clean and they have a nice coffee/liquor bar with a fun common area. Other than the bedbugs I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I want to thank the staff for an unparalleled & outstanding service. The girl from Venezuela, the girl who is half Greek as well as the night shift gentleman. I had an issue with a room mate and they came through instantly and addressed the resolved my issue smoothly and in a professional manner. With out their help, my stay would've been a nightmare and I would probably go to another place. The location is amazing and its worth it to upgrade your bed at this hostel than any other.

The staff here are really friendly, as long as you talk to them and don’t expect to be served, they gave me free water (on the house), they are very welcoming and especially after a long day out they are there to help or just hang out! There’s a bar/lounge right when you get in, and at times there were people who were aggressively inviting me to hangout, but don’t be afraid to just kindly decline, the staff will intervene too if you feel uncomfortable. For an affordable price it’s pretty good, you just don’t get all the privacy. You get a locker for your things and a lock, it’s like a treasure chest! And there are curtains that go outside your bed to give privacy, the curtains are soft. The girls shared bathroom had some light issues, sometimes it would just go dark. Overall it’s a very cool place, was my first stop in Greece and they made it very fun! They also hope I will come back. There are staff 24/7, and I believe her name is Maria, she is very cute and all the staff (I can’t say this enough) are nice! Totally recommend if on a budget! It’s walking distance from everything. I didn’t rent a car and walked to all the places like Acropolis, there is also Hadrian’s library literally 2 minutes away. Touristy a bit but still amazing. I spent very little because I was able to walk everywhere and even got a good workout. Stray cats everywhere for you to touch. 💙

This is probably one of my favourite accommodation at Athens. It's located at a quiet street with no undesirable sights (💉,💋 - you get the idea) in the vicinity. Translation: it's safe for kids and solo female travellers. There's a balcony outside the accommodation so you may smoke, or just enjoy the view outside. The hostel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I almost didn't want to leave. Most importantly, the location of this hostel is excellent for several points of interest: 1. Flex Sauna (opposite the hostel): sauna and dark rooms for MSM. Good for hot bath and casual fun. 2. Monastiraki Flea Market: Only 5-8 mins away from the busiest street for souvenir shopping. 3. Monastiraki metro station: Only 5 minutes away from the station. 4. Just Pita: 24HR eatery that satisfies your late night cravings. Only 5 minutes away from the hostel. Highly recommended to stay at this brilliant hostel. It might be small, but it's good!

What a lovely hostel! Lots of locker space (they even provide you with a padlock!), air conditioned rooms and a kitchen with free cake in the morning. Beds have curtains on which is a bonus. Make sure you check out the rooftop, where you can see the acropolis. There was a bar crawl on every night which I'd have loved to have attended had I been in Athens longer. Thank you!

It was such a great place to stay! I can’t say enough good things about how friendly the staff is and willing to help. Location was great— very close to Monistiraki Square, and close to plenty of restaurants and things. Very comfortable stay here and would certainly recommend to others!

I stayed here in 3 different occasions over summer this year. I can certainly say it was a great experience. Bedbox staff is amazing. Said, Penelope, Stella and another nice girl (whose name can't recall right now) were absolutely kind, helpful and attentive. Thank you so much for everything! Now about the hostel itself, it is well located, just at a 5-7 min walking from monastiraki square (and metro station). It's close to everything really. The hostel has elevator, a common kitchen, showers, air conditioner, all you need. They even storage my luggage for some days. I stayed in a Mix bedroom and a male-only bedroom. In each bedroom you have big lockers to keep your stuff safe and they even give you a padlock if necessary. The rooms, bathroom and common areas were really clean. The only room for improvement I'd say is that in the men bedrooms ( I stayed twice there in different rooms and beds) the bed curtains are shorter than they should, so it's difficult to really close the curtain for privacy. Though it's something not that relevant it could be improved.

Amazing stay. I traveled alone for my first time and stayed in my first hostel and this was an amazing experience. The staff, and residents were amazing. They ensured I enjoyed my time in Athens and honestly cared about my trip. Great location as well! Would 100% recommend!

It is not clear why the hostel has such ratings. The toilets are terrible, the partitions are made of cheap chipboard, the door in one does not close. The hinge of the storage drawer is broken. And most importantly - bedbugs. The air conditioner is constantly on heating because of this the air in the room is very dry. If you turn it off, it is terribly cold
