Kann man buchen aufgrund der perfekten Lage zur Akropolis aber so wie auf den Fotos sieht es definitiv nicht aus, war jetzt kein Reinfall aber auch nichts worüber man sehr positiv berichten könnte. Für Familien aber gut mit Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl. Handtücher wurden trotz Schild nicht gewechselt.

Well the house is okeysh but the reason i give 2 stars is the breakfast. The breakfast is horrible and you pay 15 euros .is that normal? NOOOOO. I AM SORRY But i will advise to not pay including breakfast

Good: Very clean and decorated room. Located in the heart of Athens! Not Good: The shower's telephone is blocked, and water doesn't flow correctly. The shower curtain it is short, and all the water comes out! In the bedroom, there is not enough privacy as the thick curtain is not enough to cover the whole window in the night.

Aris Athens Suites really went above and beyond for our stay! They were extremely helpful and kind when I left something there and helped me get it back. The next time I am in Athens, I will stay here again! The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is amazing.

Studio apt is as pictured. There is a check in desk and they had the apt ready 2 hrs early so I could check in.. it was clean and spacious.. cute, simple yet stocked kitchenette with coffee. Heater worked Hot water got hot !! Easy to find. Safe area as a solo woman traveler . And they have free luggage storage even when you check out. Location is great.. only a few 100m to promenade walkway and Olympien and botanical garden and plaka and Publix transpo. Lastly the price was fantastic..

The worst experience of my life! I booked one " De luxe" flats. The pictures are from four or five years ago. The flat has a strong mould odour. The shover cabin was broken, and full of mould in the corners. The glass from the bathroom window was broken. The frame at the same window is rusted. The tiles from living room are broken. The view from the balcony is horrible, towards a building very damaged. Overall, the flat is very bad maintained. And above all, the attitude of the lady in charge is very bad. That's not a place to stay!

We loved staying at this hotel, which we booked last minute. The washroom needs a bit updating but the whole building is in great condition. The staff we met are very nice, Adriana is very nice and helps you with whatever you want. I would not recommend this place if you are in a wheelchair as they have some stairs to climb to get to the elevator. We booked the last room, which came with a kitchen. There are many local cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as access to public transportation. The service is great and the place is very clean.

Wie meine Vorredner schon geschrieben haben, ist die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und dreckig. Der Parkplatz nicht benutzbar und die Ausstattung schlecht. Das einzig gute war die Lage. Ich verstehe hier einige Bewertungen nicht, sie schreiben wie schlecht alles war und geben denn 5 Sterne, also Achtung, Rezension aufmerksam lesen! Was die vergangen Gäste so geschrieben haben (heruntergekommen, schlechte Ausstattung, dreckig) kann ich so nur bestätigen.

It was a nice surprise to arrive in front of the Suites and find a reserved parking space waiting for us. The rooms were nicely apportioned and we were really close to many of the major attractions here in Athens. I wish we would have stayed longer...

This apartment was perfect for three weary travellers coming off a looooong haul flight (20 hours flight time plus stopover). Clean, neat, well laid out. Everything we needed and a really friendly and communicative host too! Easy check in process, easy check out and comfortable space. I would recommend and would stay again if I was back in Athens!

The place is old and a bit run down but everything works. We had a nice stay. It's a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation.

Ariadni is a fabulous host! I primarily picked this hotel/B&B for its proximity to downtown Athens and the fact that they had free parking. The place is fairly new so there are still renovations going on, however, for the price, the apartment is spacious and well worth staying at. There are some cleanliness issues, with the floor being not as clean as one would expect, but this can be overlooked. The bathroom is also a little tiny, but then again, we are in Europe! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Please note that the reception is not open 24/7, since it's more of a B&B setup.

Very reasonable prices if you need feel as stay at home in complete privacy. Sweet Living room, modern kitchen, nice bedroom. Is something between rbnb and an hotel as the style of managment of this unity gives you a lot of freedom. Wifi is super so I could work fine and in peace. Modern kitchen full of amenities (even pasta with sauce to cook). I suggest to who want feel same home with full comforts and not care of the not so big bathroom (that anyway is not so small). In other words if you plan to stay to the center of Athens (10 min walk from the Acropolis) for some days this is your best choice.

Great location - close to the Acropolis and other sites. The apartment was clean, in good condition and well equipped. A nice place to stay!

Big rooms, good daily cleaning and excellently furnished kitchenette, for the few hours we weren't visiting Athens it was good to be there. Plus, it is in an excellent location, near the centre and main attractions in a very safe area yet extremely close to the road that leads out of Athens, which was useful to visit Mycenae et cetera

Great price and location. Close to all main Athens' attractions and museums.
