Constantine (I’m sure I am spelling his name wrong) was personable, professional and knowledge. The company was very flexible with our schedule and easy to work with (via email) before our arrival to Athens. We booked a private tour and really enjoyed ourselves. This is a great way to “get the lay off the land” and see this amazing city. Educational, informative and fun. Totally worth the time and money.

I highly recommend a bike tour with Dina! She was very personable, had lots of great information, and made sure our small group felt safe and comfortable as we rode through many of the coolest urban and nature areas of Athens. The ebikes worked great and we got to see gorgeous views that we’d never find on our own - so helpful to see the city with a local!

Dimitris was a fabulous tour guide! This was my favorite activity in Athens and we got to see so much of the highlights of the city to determine what else we wanted to do. We got a lot of history of each place. The bikes were great and comfortable and you could still get a little (If you want it) exercise!

Fantastic Bike tour! Just make sure you don't eat breakfast beforehand. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip fun and laid back. My husband and I were the only 2 on the tour and they upgraded us to e-bikes which were very welcome in 95 degrees F (the 30s in C) heat. The food was amazing! A coffee stop, then meat, spinach, and cheese pie stop, followed by souvlaki stop, and ending with moussaka and stuffed vegetables with dessert - ice cream. We might not have been able to cycle on our own after the food coma hit!

Me and my family went for a ride with Julio. It was a lot of fun to ride on e-bikes. It was way much easier to ride on e-bikes than normal bikes, and that was good because there are many hills in Athens. The group was small, so we didn't have to wait too long at the stops. I was surprised that we could see so much in as little as 3 hours! The best spot was the view of Acropolis from the old observatory hill! Excellent bike tour of Athens. Our tour guide Maria was thorough, knew her stuff, and kept the tour fun and enjoyable. Got to see things we wouldn't have found on our own. Only downside, (and it's really a minor one,) was that I was hoping for more biking. Overall we covered a little over five miles, which is probably fine for most people. I was just hoping for a bit more exercise. But that's just me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We tried many way to tour the city and found the E-bike tour with Mario's the best! The tour takes you to the most famous sites and you can then take your time to come back to an interesting site to explore in detail. Marios is courteous, friendly and safe! We highly recommend this tour

Nice relaxed tour mostly around the Acropolis. Good to do on your first or second day in Athens if you are there for the first time so you see where the nice neighbourhoods and terraces are. We had a perfect guide (Marios) who give nice information on Athens and Greece. Not too much and too long as you have sometimes. Speaks also perfect english. I really recommend this tour

What an excellent experience with Rena as our guide. A MUST DO for early on in your trip! Comprehensive overview, EASY ride using an e-bike, and you see LOTS of things you would not on your own! We did it at the end of our trip rather than the beginning but wish we had started off the trip with this tour. I was a little nervous riding an e-bike but Rena was very clear, understandable, upbeat and positive. She explained everything well and was always close to help. In addition to a great guided tour, we immediately received an email with all of her suggestions and the sites we visited so we could return to explore on our own!

At first I was a bit concerned about all the crazy traffic in Athens but the tour is mostly on streets without a lot of traffic and on sidewalks. We got to see some of the best objectives in the city with an amazing guide, Kostas, who has great sense of humour and will gladly answer any questions. He also offered us some tips for planning our next days in Athens and beyond. Very kind and thoughtful guy! Highly recommend, you will not regret it

Stopped over in Athens from a cruise and did the e-bike tour. Great way to see all the highlights of Athens in 3 hours. We cycled on less crowded alleys and bike paths avoiding most of the main traffic in Athens, so the ride was very safe. The bikes are in great condition as well. Kostas was a great guide, making sure that each guest felt welcomed and included, injecting humor into his stories and provided us with all the necessary & even additional information for visiting other sites in Athens or Greece. My mum in her 70s unfortunately had trouble balancing with the e-bike. Thank you to Kostas for his patience and help for that!

Kostas and the new member of the team, Felix, were great guides for our morning trip down to the beach and back. There were just three of us on the tour and we all chose regular bikes, but were offered electric bikes if we wanted. Everything was done at the group’s pace and it was a lovely leisurely ride. It was a really good ride on mostly bike paths and a great way to see the suburban side of Athens and some lesser visited sights. It was great to be able to go for a swim at the beach, which had a shower and changing facilities as well as a cafe. The pastry stop on the ride back into the city was a great way to refuel also. Thoroughly recommend this tour and the great guides.

We absolutely loved this bike tour. Kostas was our guide and he made the tour! He was so funny and kind. He made us all feel very safe and showed us so much of the city with great highlights and insider tips. It was the perfect way to start our time in Athens and to see so much but, also to decide where we want to spend more time during our trip. Both our kids 10 & 13 really enjoyed it as well. We would highly recommend this tour and especially with Kostas ;)

We've done a lot of bike tours in different cities before, and our sunset tour yesterday with our guide, Dimitris was easily the best. From check-in to pre-pushoff briefing and all along the way around Athens, Dimitris kept it fun, interesting and exciting. He even remembered everyone's name! Safety is clearly a top priority with Athens by Bike. The bikes worked well and were comfortable and well maintained. The route is so well planned and timed well for the sunset. Seeing Athens in that golden hour light is pretty amazing. The ride through all the neighbourhoods to the various landmarks was easy, without having to deal with any crazy traffic. You might even think Athens was a bike friendly city. And with Dimitris' many local insider tips, stories, anecdotes, funny quips, it was the perfect way to get to know Athens, past and present - in 3 hours +. Dimitris kept the energy and suspense going as we went from one stop to the next. There's a good amount of history and information with an equal measure of fun. When we stopped at the different landmarks, he also made sure to point out the best angles for photos. We really loved seeing the Acropolis from Observatory Hill and we were perfectly timed for the changing of the guard which was very cool. Hands down, the best way to see and get the lay of the land in Athens for a first time visitor. 5 stars for Athens by Bike for how friendly and well run everything was, right down to the email with tour highlights, more tips and things to do. And 5 stars for Dimitris!

Had a great time on this bike tour with Felix! Booked it for our first day in Athens -- was a great way to get oriented and see some of the big sights. E-bikes were fun and easy. My 19 year old daughter enjoyed it, too! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful tour! We had a list of things to see in our 3 days in Athens and in our 4 hour bike tour we covered the list! Not only that we learned a lot and had a blast doing it.The biking was easy ( most of it very flat on pedestrian walkways) and the sights were awesome. The bike ride was great. Our guide Dimitris took us to secret places to take the best pictures. Meanwhile heard and learned a lot about the Greeks and Athens in particular. The bikes are excellent and well maintained. This activity is definitely recommended.

The bike tour was one of the best things we did in Athens. Our guide, Demitris was very knowledgeable all throughout the tour. He made sure we stopped at important landmarks to take some pictures and explained it’s history. He was not only our tour guide, he was also our photographer at the same time. Fabulous electric bike tour of Athens. This is a must do if you’re visiting the city. Maria our tour guide was fantastic- just the right balance of knowledge and enthusiasm. BOOK THIS TOUR! You will travel effortlessly round the city. We took the 9.30am tour on the hottest day and it was fine. Plenty of stops for water. The bikes have Greek names which is a bit of fun. This was the highlight of our trip so far.

Fantastic e bike tour with Soto as our guide. Great way to see the city you cover most of the main sites and it’s made easy with the e-bikes. Soto had a great energy and gave us the right amount of information. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Dimos was extremely personable, knowledgeable and made this a great ride. It was very warm, but I would certainly do it again anyway. A very good way to see a number of the archeological sites and old Athens.

We booked the 4 hour bike tour plus entrance to the Acropolis. Dimos was the best tour guide. We had a quick trip through Athens and this was the best way to view the city. The electric bikes made it easy to enjoy. Dimos also sent us out with some great food and viewing recommendations to enjoy after the tour ended. Top notch service and quality guide.

This was a great e-bike tour! Kostas was an awesome guide! I would request him by name if possible! He rearranged our tour schedule to avoid longer wait times at the Acropolis! We saw so much we would have never seen on our own too! The gardens were lovely and Kostas even taught us how to properly order gyros, coffee and shared his favorite types of Greek beer!

I had THE BEST Athens bike tour experience led by Dimitris! It was such a fun way to see the city getting lots of local tips and interesting facts. The tour is a very leisurely 2.5 hours and covers so much of the city! You get to see alit of ancient sites and uncover hidden gems in gun neighborhoods. I am so glad I had this experience with our real life Poseidon!

I loved this trip. Our Guide- Andreas- already started with a positive atmosphere and jokes but most of all the safety. In this ridiculously hard-to-drive city, I felt safe wherever he led me. The stories he told were personal, funny, interesting. We were driving around the small crowded roads so it was perfect for asking him questions and we always got an answer! He showed us all the "cherry on the tops" from Athens and in a very compact way told all important facts about places. Most recommended for anyone who is for the first time in Athens for a fun and memorable way to begin exploring the city!

Must do in Athens! Make it one of your first days to orient yourself to the city and learn great places to visit while you stay! Not only was the bike ride enjoyable and on a low-stress route, but our local guide was infectiously cheerful, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about his work. We enjoyed getting to know him and his local insights to the city he loves. Very doable on a regular bike; my mom enjoyed the ebike upgrade (€10) for the very slight hills. Would bike again.

Andreas was a great tour guide. He was an expert for this tour, especially cause he grew up in the area. He was funny and created a good environment for the rest of the group to open up and get to know each other. We really enjoyed our this bike trip.

If you do ONE tour of Athens, then this should be IT! PERIOD. I can't express our thanks to Kostas and the entire team for making this a memorable experience. Kostas is amazing! Knowledgable, funny, patient, thoughtful and 'in love" with his job! In-short, everything you need in the perfect sherpa! When we signed up for this, we were a little apprehensive about biking around and in a city like Athens but (as advertised) it was enjoyable, NOT strenuous at all, and weaved a magically smooth path through this wonderfully chaotic city!

As always in a new city we always do a bike tour to get a feeling for the city. The trip in the morning was superb choice. 10.5 km with multiple stops/ photo opportunities and a lot of historical stories from Dina & food, drinks and have fun stories from Dimitris. The trail is super easy and bikes are well maintained. Highly recommended.

An excellent way to get a feel for Athens and check out areas you may want to explore later on foot. Our guide Sotiris was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ride itself is easy with decent bikes in good condition. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with the bike tour team. Dmitrius was terrific so we did two tours with him: one city and one beach on different days. The tours were the highlight of our trip. Ebikes made it easy includong bike to the beach and back. So many sites Acropolis, bike path, new opera, fancy boats. He timed it all perfectly like ooera as the fountains turn on, changing of the guard, local procession. A great way to see Athens, get exercise and feel part of it all!

I loved this tour. First the bikes are electric so less work for me. Our instructor, K, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable about all the sites, helpful with us taking photos or videos, patient when some of us took our time on the bikes. He and my fellow bikers made my solo experience the best ever!!! I am writing this review as our adventure started a Athens by bike. I get the feeling that this place is a starting point for many adventure you can book on Airbnb or Viator. That actual activity we did was the morning electric bike tour. Regardless everyone in this shop was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a flawless experience. Here is my review of our actual experience. Excellent first day activity! We did this on our first full morning in Athens and it was brilliant. A great ride around the city center, riding from Plaka to the observatory, down to Psiri the National park and back to the shop. There were a number of great stops along the way for talk, picture and plenty of sites to see! The best two aspects of the trip were 1) the fact that we got well oriented with the city center and were able to find our way to various neighborhoods for the remainder to our trip and 2) Dina our guide. What a delightful, kind, knowledgeable lovely person. Highly recommended!

Athens by Bike. The tour was excellent. We have really seen a lot that we would not have noticed on foot. We have been discovered many interesting sights that do not seem to be included in the official tourist routes. Our guide Sotiris was cheerful, friendly, full of humor, spoke excellent English and gave us some Greek words. The bikes were good, they were easy to ride. Our guide showed us around Athens, using a safe route, had fun while cycling, we enjoyed nice views. In teh end of tour Sotiris gave suggestions that would make our visit in Athens the most pleasant one.

A terrific and highly recommended way to see Athens! Great activity for all ages - I took my 15 year old grandson who thought this was the best part of the trip! Our guide was engaging, informative and above all fun. He even helped to take pictures of us in the most optimal spots. The Athens by bike folks were helpful and friendly. We were lucky as we had the best tour guide Julio! We had so much fun with him and it was a great decision to book a tour to explore Athens. It saved us a lot of time and we were able to see much more then by walk as we were limited by time. Julio showed us all must-see places. During a coffee break, he told us stories, interesting facts, tips for food and explained us the Greek culture. Definitely recommend!

An early start to beat the heat, and we experienced Athens when the streets are quiet before continuing on down the Athens Riviera, stopping at our destination of Kalamaki Beach for a swim. Dimitris was an excellent tour guide and nothing was a problem. He was informative (taught us to read Greek!) and tailored our experience for us. The eBikes are easy to ride and a great way to see Athens. Highly recommended.

Kleanthis was a fantastic guide! We appreciate the quick response to our inquiry - we were able to book a food/bike tour with two days’ notice (in January - a quieter season). Our only regret is that we didn’t book this tour at the very beginning of our trip. We relied on the recommendations he made during our tour, and also those he sent in his post-tour email. The best layover ever. I had an 8 hour long layover in Athens and this tour was just what I was looking for to get a sense of the city and travel big distances in a short amount of time time. We got to see both the urban and the ancient side of it. Felix was very friendly, knowledgeable and he knows the best spots to visit in the city. You won’t be disappointed.
