Whilst
this
hotel
is
beautiful
it’s
not
practical.
The
building
is
lovely,
and
location
is
very
convenient
-
especially
if
you’re
only
in
Athens
for
a
short
stay.
When
we
arrived
the
front
door
was
locked,
other
guests
were
also
confused
and
waiting.
We
weren’t
given
any
instructions
prior
so
waited
for
someone
from
the
front
desk
to
arrive.
Mind
you
this
was
not
a
out
of
hours,
they
keep
the
front
door
locked.
Once
we
had
the
code
entering
and
exiting
was
easy.
If
you
are
looking
for
somewhere
quiet
this
isn’t
it.
Prior
to
our
stay
we
were
invited
to
a
party
in
the
hotel
but
not
warned
about
the
noise
it
would
create
in
the
common
areas.
The
soundproofing
of
the
rooms
is
not
good,
we
could
hear
people
exiting
the
rooftop
until
late.
The
night
we
arrived
there
was
also
a
band
playing
in
the
street
until
midnight.
We
were
shown
some
aspects
of
our
room
but
some
details
were
left
out
like
that
the
AC
doesn’t
work
unless
all
windows
are
completely
shut.
One
of
our
windows
was
a
bit
difficult
to
shut
so
at
times
the
AC
wouldn’t
stay
on.
Understandably
it’s
an
old
building
but
it’s
also
trying
to
be
a
4-star
hotel.
Not
sure
how
they
got
the
bathroom
design
so
wrong.
The
bath
looks
amazing
but
if
used
as
a
shower
water
ends
up
all
over
the
place.
The
mirror
is
not
fixed
so
it
swings,
there
is
a
smaller
mirror
at
the
most
ridiculous
height
and
no
where
else
to
use
it.
You’d
want
to
know
your
travel
partner
well
as
the
toilet
is
in
the
room,
and
only
divided
by
a
curtain
there
is
not
much
privacy.
Body
lotion
was
terrible,
avoid
using.
We
stayed
in
a
double
room
and
there
was
no
where
for
either
of
our
bags,
it
was
very
crammed.
If
you’re
travelling
with
a
lot
of
luggage
you
would
probably
want
to
avoid
booking
the
double
room.
The
coffee
machine
worked
great…
once
we
did
some
troubleshooting.
A
simple
machine
would
have
been
fine.
Overall
it
looked
nice,
the
location
is
great
and
the
staff
were
helpful
but
I
think
there
are
better
options
for
the
price.
