I shall raise up due to the first opening of the restaurant. I went there twice - The first one was good but the second time turned out to be slightly disappointed. The skin of Dim Sum were swelling and xiaolongbao had no soup inside. The service was always great and helpful. Good atmosphere

I went to dinner with my Team's work . In addition to the really good food, I must say that our waitress today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. 🤪 My team's and I love dinner there as well. We are so fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant in our town of Phnom Penh Cambodia.

If you’re looking for some VERY good dim sum, Hong Bao should definitely be next on your hit list. It's a new trendy venue in town. Get ready to eat fast and get full very quickly! The price is also affordable and the service is great. PS: better to reserve the table if u don't want to wait. Taste: 8/10 Price: $$

One of the best Chinese restaurants in town, I go almost every two weeks. The service is almost on par with Cuts, which is rare for Chinese restaurants or Cambodia (if you know what I mean)

The best dim sum I have ever tasted. So amazing.

Dim Sum was really good except the fact that the service was horrible. There was no one welcoming us when we arrived, we had to sit for 10 minutes to order (we were the only ones there), the food takes ages and they NEVER clear the finished plates unless we asked them too. The services are horrible and the staffs are very rude, doesn't seem to love their job at all.

We order the Peking Duck was ok and roast pork was ok but the 6 bowls of shark fine was horrible smell bad taste bad like rotten produce the soup was so salty disgusting , we ask why very comment not responsible staffs and management we spend 806$ and having the worst shark fine at 366$ which taste like something coming out from a rotten produce. Management very rude . We will never going step a foot anymore . Pls don’t waste your time and money there you will regret.
