Amazing experience. The first time I saw somewhere a food court was on mats. And you can make your own bbq with the meat/fish/veg you choose. Also probably cheap clothing and shopping options, though I didn't negotiate. The place is perfect, just beside the ferry ride so that you can go for a ferry ride over the river and after that directly go to the night market for shopping/food. There's a stage in the middle where local songs are being sung by artists. A festive environment all over the place.

It's not a very big night Market, but bring some unique local experiences. It's quite interesting to see people seated on the matt enjoying some delicious food, bbq and hot pot.

Slightly underwhelming. Items sold here are somewhat the same as Bangkok Chatuchak night market if you went there, just a smaller scale. There is a section for sales of items, and another section dedicated to food where mats are laid out and you can sit for your meals. Items sold here are kind of repetitive where there are multiple shops selling similar items. Still, a nice place to visit for some night market vibes.

The food area is the only interesting part because you can sit on the floor, not sure whether the meals are good or not I did not try anything here. As for the rest, it is just random stuff and counterfeit. I was expecting more as it is supposed to be a very popular market.

I came here last night just to wander around. It’s a pretty standard market just at night🤷‍♂️ They have all the clothes and knock off stuff you want. In the food area, they have like carpets on the ground where everybody sits after you order food. It took my stupid western mind a minute to figure that out and how it worked. I ordered 4 little shish kebabs for $2. The people were super friendly, and the guy went and sat me down with the locals. Make sure you take off your shoes. I stuck out like a sore thumb being a large 6’4 white guy🤣🤣. Everybody was super friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I would definitely return I liked the vibe and the area. I wandered around for a little bit outside the market. It’s pretty busy with a lot of people coming and going and a lot of shops open. I don’t think I would want to hang around down there too late by myself on the surrounding streets. I went to go get a beer in a bar and ended up in the red light area. Definitely felt like a type of place you could get your teeth kicked in if you messed around.

Small, crowded, filled with clothing vendors and there was no table and chair in the food zone. No souvenir shop, this market is more local than for tourists. There was a stage for music performance The price was reasonable

Nice small night market. Great food and really enjoyed the seating area. Not the biggest selection of other stalls but overall a good place to grab some food

It's a small night market containing mostly shops selling food or apparel. It only took us 15 minutes to walk through the whole area. Sometimes there will be a live performance in the middle of the market There was a unique space for people to sit on the picnic mats to wine & dine as well which we thought were really cool

It's a public place but it's clean. Clothes are cheap, buy for 10,000 riels or 2.50 all. You can also order food there which for me is not bad at all😇. It is also near the riverside which if you want to go for a walk is very near. There's a lot of restaurants nearby😉

There are 2 sections in this market. One for cheap knock-off clothing and accessories which they sell for $2.50 each, and the other for food. If you're a foreigner, expect the clothes to be tighter and more figure hugging as regular Cambodians are thin. The foodstalls sell mostly the same type of food, which are fried assortments, and stir fry dishes. In terms of seating, you can sit on the many floor mats they provide, or the small tables provided by the stall owners.

Small market, didn't have too many people bustling through, but it was cool. Nice food area with mats to sit on and eat, and a bunch of stalls selling fake designer brand clothing and accessories for around $3-$10usd. Nothing amazing, but a nice little night out location

Pretty small, all food venders sell exactly the same food with same menu, no meal more than $20000KHR or $5 us dollars. They take both. No beer, but the hotel across street, on the side street, has cans for 1 dollar. Most clothes items sell for 10000KHR, or not much more. Across main street/highway is the river, where you can take day and night cruises for 20,000KHR or $5 US dollars. Worth a stop, to have a bite and a stroll.

It's not the most picturesque or imposing capital in the world, but it's got a Riverside where much of its charm and activity are concentrated. Dig deeper into the night market there, and you'll appreciate the in-coconut coconut ice cream and other delights among the thronging locals. Or quiet (or not) panoramic rooftop swimming pools accessible at certain hostels.

Nice place to hangout despite the warm, humid night. Quite chill with music and food. The coconut ice cream was great!

One of the smaller markets in the city so not many stalls when compared with the Central Market. That said, as a tourist, most of the same products and t shirts etc are the same and available at all the markets! Had some live local pop music on when we visited and nice location as very close to the river with bars, restaurants and riverside walk close at hand. Worth a very quick walk through but it won’t take more a few minutes of your time. Don’t forget to haggle!

Interesting to walk about and great for getting gifts to bring home. Very difficult to get shirts or trousers for me as I'm a 34 inch waist and a size 17 inch shirt. Cambodians are naturally thin and short in height. I'm 85 kilos and I can imagine the funny comments 🤣 when you read this. Enjoy and have a lovely holiday.

I recommend it 1000%, many cheap things, good prices, lots of fakes. And be very careful when you pay, it is better that you have change. At the back of that market there is a food court full of stalls where you can eat typical Cambodian food and drink delicious sugar cane soft drinks. It is a small market and you can explore it completely in 2 hours. and you must be a negotiator with prices. always take care of your belongings.

A great little night market with options of dinner serving local Cambodian food, seafood and Icecream. You order and sit on the ground to eat your meals. Also can buy cheap clothing, knock offs, gifts and souvenir shopping. A great time to spend in the evening.

Clean and rather spacious night market. There isn't much stall (as compared to Russian Market and Central Market), but it has live performance and a comfortable sitting environment away from the heat.

Recently we visited this local night market. Very nice place for local food. Very cheap compared to nearby restaurants. Have some vegetarian options.

Touristy place and riverside. Must visit if you looking for quick shopping and street food

There were many food stalls with pieces of food so you could take them on a basket individually (like in the supermarket) and then they were cooked for you. They also offer noodles and other hot dishes. There is a carpet area in the middle so people can sit on the floor or some stalls have chairs and tables. We also had sugar cane drink, beer and coconut ice cream and both were good. Cheap prices but not a lot of variety.

Compared to the Central Market and Russian Market, I actually preferred the Night Market for a couple of reasons. Being outdoors makes it a little less claustrophobic in my opinion, although the stalls on the outskirts are still quite close. Also there are quite a few street food stands towards the back that have some very cheap but good meals available. I got egg fried rice for 2 dollars, as well as a coconut and strawberry soft serve for the same price. There's supposed to be live music but apparently that has been put on hold because of covid. Would definitely be great to see that return. Most of the stalls sell the same cheap knock-off clothing items and apparel that is a dime a dozen in these other markets in the city. Would love to see some locally made goods available.

A hive of activity, you can get pretty much anything you need. From ice cream and food to clothes and hand crafted jewellery. However, PLEASE be careful and look after your valuables as the night market is known for pickpockets.

A small square selling mostly wearing products. This place is on the riverside road and located between Psar Chas (The old market) and Bopha Phnom Penh restaurant. Daily open to the public. Motor bike parking costs 2000 RIELS (0.5 usd) while the car parking fee is 5000 RIELS( 1.25 usd). Medium products price range between 2-4 USD.

As the name suggests, it5a night market in the heart of Phnom Penh. Opens everyday at night. Located on riverside, which the hotspots for tourists as well as locals gathering. May be you've already familiar with night markets in Bangkok, selling apparels, souvenirs, clothes, foods and live music. It's the same, but with a little bit of Phnom Penh twists. The clothes more like chinese made clothes, or souvenir clothes (you know, with the city name printed big). Foods are somewhat similar with Yong tau fu, where you choose assortments of meat, seafood, meatballs and other processed meats, veggies etc. Then you can choose to boiled it (like shabu shabu), grill it or deep fried it. Then you seat lesehan in the middle. Just choose empty spots. Don't forget the live music! Sometimes ajeb ajeb like dangdut, sometimes local ballads.

Street food here is excellent. They do hot pot, grill, noodles/rice. Everything I've ordered so far has been great. Best coconut shake I've had in cambodia. The beef sticks are tender and delicious. The market isn't very big and there isn't a crazy amount of options, but it's definitely enough to have a nice dinner. Went here 4 times already and tried a lot of stuff. Highly recommend 👍

This market not allow digital cameras. If you want to use digital cameras you must have from government. Not the same other night market on the world. This is the reason that is not popular for international tourists. Not clean and some vendors sell very high price. Foods are terrible.

Lots of clothes and an area for food. A bit expensive (higher prices for tourists) but nice atmosphere.

This is a amazing market. The mood is here is so nice. You can have some really good nights here. The stores have nice products in decent quality fore the price and you are able to haggle the prices down 10-20%. Also there is a lot of food and drink stalls with a community eating area on some plankets on the ground in the middle. I've been here 5-6 times and I'll definitely be back.

a lovely place to feel the most of cambodian traditional cuisine and the atmosphere. also with it's friendly cost. but if you're the type of person who doesn't like to sit cross-legged, and can't eat food that is a little less clean. then this place is not a recommended for you.
