It's really pleasant experience to stay here in all the ways. Nice view, very humble and polite staff , good food and all other amenities. I absolutely loved and enjoyed .

It was our first BnB experience and I we truly fell in love with it ! Karan is a super host and though he was not available at the property still he was very concerned about every single requirement of ours ! The property itself is very beautiful and 200 points to the cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay alot 😊

Our stay at Sojourn site was very good and memorable. we witnessed great support from the entire staff. Especially want to narrate a incident, one of our family member mistakenly while taking bath removed his diamond ring and forgot to wore it back. Same day we went for local site seeing and realised the ring was missing and not in position to remember where it was left. When we visited back to homestay and enquired the care taker Nirmal, he mentioned we have found the ring from bathroom and securely kept in their custody and without any hesitation he returned it back. We were very thankful for his honesty. The sojurn site location is mesmerizing with mountain views and natural water bodies very close the site, the rooms were very clean and tidy with all the facilities mainly equipped kitchen, utensils etc. I would strongly recommend if anyone planning to visit Dharmashala to book a stay at Sojourn. The host Karan was very supportive and he ensured we reach the place without any issues and did the follow up till we reach at the site , He fulfilled all our requirements as we requested. Thanks.

We occupied almost the complete property of 5 rooms and stayed here for 3 nights. I would say that this was a best decision as we were really doubtful on the property and facilities. To start with, we had a warm welcome from the manager (viban) and team. They ensured that we are comfortable and made sure the stay was pleasant to all of us. Right from making sure food availability, additional beds and arranging birthday cakes… everything was done at its best. The choice of food was also good and ensured that the stay is good.. Also, owner Karan was just a message away and ensured that we are comfortable. Right from the booking to stay was well managed and taken care. Highlights Comfortable rooms Great hospitality Good food Few hiccups 1. Hot water was not available for the first few days. The pump at the terrace needs to switched on. Post that the flow was good 2. Language issues. Since we were not comfortable in Hindi- had issues to communicate Otherwise overall stay was comfortable. Thanks to the whole team

We as family stayed for 2 nights at Pratiksha Cottage i June 2023. We had a very comfortable stay. Room spacious, Neat and Clean. Their Staff Nirmal is very sincere and took care very well.

The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of room for accommodation. We stayed at Gulmohar house, which was ideal for our group of 7 Adults. We had a special request to have chef onsite who can cook jain food for my parents and in-laws. Nirmal and Chunnilal (the caretakers) went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. They even took care of some last minute/urgent food related requests. The neighborhood is also in a safe and nice location with a beautiful area to take morning walks by the flowing river. The garden has a nice overlook to the mountains to watch morning sunrise with a cup of tea/breakfast. The only thing maybe worth noting is (which wasn't an issue for us), the place is about 35-40 mins drive from McLeod Ganj - so something to consider for those who want to drive up there everyday.
